Very Clean property. Much better than anticipated. Location was the best aspect ( though cairns itself is not very big ). Next to 7-11. Next to Bruce Highway. Lake St Woolies is hardly 4 mins drive. Lagoon and Ferry Terminal is 6 min drive. Botanical Garden is about 6-8 mins drive. AC worked perfectly and Laundry in the unit also made big difference ( as going to Laundromat and waiting for the cycle to finish is very inconvenient , especially if you are time bound ). Mattrices were also very comfortable and having TV in main room and lobby ( to watch netflix/ prime) was also very comfortable

Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and equipped apartment. it was very easy to feel "home" and we could settle down very easily. The apartment worked well for our short stay, and it could easily work for staycations or workcations (if you have good mobile data or when the apartment starts to have its own wifi) Plenty of living space both indoor and outdoor, generous bedrooms, bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Great location - lots of places nearby at a leisurely long walk. Highly recommended.

We loved the location. Really loved watching the planes take off from the airport (couldn’t hear them inside the apartment). The apartment was quiet, spotlessly clean, the lift from underground car park to the apartment floor was a welcome relief. Loved having an extra bed already made up and in place for our child. Great location, walking distance to the city centre along the esplanade. Nice having our own car park underground. Staff were friendly and easy to contact.

Place was simple, nice and clean, accommodated my family of 4 very comfortably. View was nice of the mountains, nice balcony. Greg our contact was very accommodating at the beginning 100% helpful and friendly, easy to find and clear instructions. Thank you

Could have done with a few extra pillows we love our pillows, and the TV WIFI kept dropping out that is probable my only complaint, so quiet happy overall.

The size and location were excellent. It had air conditioners in the main room. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable with individual air-con so you could have the temperature you were wanting. The bathrooms were clean but maybe a bit dated and suffering from the curses of beach-side living. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Access was great, especially the underground carpooling and lift directly to our floor. Made access to the apartment a breeze when stairs can be an issue.

Probably the only thing lacking was access to the internet directly in the apartment. It makes it difficult to then look things up or find directions when you are a visitor to Cairns. Perhaps it could be a consideration for the future.

Greg, who manages the apartments, was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was large, had 2BR's, one with 2 x single beds, and the other with a double bed. Everything was facilitated in the kitchen. It was clean and tidy. Its interior has older fittings, so if you're looking for a modern interior, you'll have to go elsewhere and pay 3 times the amount, but for what you pay, it's a good family stay.

Under a flight path, but planes stop at around approx 2300.

The property is clean, spacious, easy check in from the owner. Message me privately and have all the details that i needed without me asking for it. Easy check in and check out. Quite a good and comfortable stay. i got what i pay for and not expect too much as well as i did not book for a 5 star hotel.

Getting in and out of the apartment was very easy. Very close to the airport and the city center. Overall apartment was very spacious for five guests. View was very nice.

The bathrooms could've been better. The shower doors didn't properly close and the shower head wasn't ideal. The utilities such as the dryer did not work. Spare towels would be greatly appreciated next time

The apartment had great facilities like dishwasher, large fridge, washing machine, dryer, air-con in all bedrooms and living areas. The rooms were very quiet even though there is a backpacker establishment next door. It suited our needs very well.

It would have been a lovely addition to have wi-fi accessible in the apartment. We used the electronic code for a side entrance gate which was very useful for us - we got the code from another resident and perhaps this could have been provided by the site manager. The apartment was ideal for us - 6 adults from one family. With 6 adults, it would have been more convenient a few times to have had a second set of keys. We worked it out.

There was plenty of room and it was very clean. The location was quiet and close to the northern end of the Esplanade. The pool was lovely and well maintained. The manager Greg was very friendly and helpful.

There were no luggage racks to put our suitcases and no drawers for our clothes, only hanging space which is fine for a couple of days but we were there for ten days. The curtains in the main bedroom and lounge didn’t have cords to open them. There was a plastic outdoor table and metal chairs as a dining suite. The beds were okay but probably due for an upgrade along with the pillows.
