We enjoyed staying at Casa Nuova. The property is clean and the facility is new. It’s on a quiet road so avoids all the traffic on the main road. The on-site parking is really helpful as finding a parking space in Kotor can be difficult. The bed is very comfy and we had good sleep. The room also has a smart TV which allowed us to watch eg Netflix when we wanted to rest in the room. The host is super responsive and helpful. We would come back.

The bathroom design is not great. The shower curtain is not enough to stop the water splashing everywhere. The bathroom floor always ended up wet after shower. Luckily, the room dried very quick in the hot summer weather.

The property was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The location was excellent, making it a great base for exploring Kotor and other parts of Montenegro. Since we were a family, we needed to hire a car to visit various places and immerse ourselves in the authentic Montenegrin experience. If you’re planning a trip to Kotor and want to have a car, I highly recommend this location. While finding a car park in Kotor can be challenging, this property is conveniently situated near the main attractions. You can easily leave your car there and enjoy exploring the beautiful Kotor. We had a lovely breakfast on the property’s balcony, which my sons and I thoroughly enjoyed. There was nothing that bothered us, so I can’t leave any negative comments.

Fantastic host Tatyana. Very friendly very helpful. Property is self owned so takes the extra effort to ensure guests are comfortable. Property is a modern design and almost everything required in a home is made available. Kotor has more warmer people than the rest of Montenegro . If I visit Montenegro again i would want to spend more time at Kotor and at Casa Nuova

The municipality tax collection at the town centre needs to be collected at the respective property to avoid inconvenience. I can't imagine senior citizens doing this without assistance who are staying at such locations.

This property was a great location, only around a 15 minute into the old town of Kotor. It's also only a couple of minutes walk from the strip in Dobrata, where there are lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was spotless, and we loved the huge balcony with views of the bay. The AC was also very efficient and great during the very hot weather!

Cooking facilities within the room weren't great, but also absolutely fine if you just wanted to prepare some light dishes.

Words are not enough to express my gratitude for the humane attitude and understanding we received from the owners of the hotel. We are visiting them for the second time and we didn't even suspect how good a choice we made a year ago. The location is excellent, the view too- 5 minutes from the sea and the promenade. And, at the same time, it is quiet and peaceful. We had all the comforts in the apartment and felt like home. A well equipped kitchen is an added bonus. Oh, the huge terrace with sunbeds is lovely. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kind and humane attitude and for taking care of us!

Location was perfect - tucked out of the way from the hustle and bustle, but also equally so close to everything we needed! Bed was super comfy and looked on to the most amazing view of the sea and mountains - incredible !! Tatjana made us super welcome, offered recommendations for both Kotor and surrounding areas, and made us feel right at home. Would absolutely recommend and book again!

Only minor minor thing is there were no tea/coffee supplied in the room

Nice apartment that’s a good size for 1-2 people. Bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great. Good natural light and big porch which was really nice. Allowed me to drop off bags early which was really nice! 15 min walk to old town with grocery markets on the way (which was perfect).

Bathroom is a bit small, especially the shower so it’s easy to accidentally flood the bathroom a bit when you are using it, but it has a drain which is ideal.

The apartment was super clean and comfortable for our 4 night stay. It's about 20 mins walk to the old town or less than 10 mins to the bars and restaurants on the shore. There is a steep hill on the walk though. We had a car and free parking was right below the apartment. Tatjana was a great host and helped with recommendations. We were extremely happy with our stay and would be happy to recommend it.

We loved how new and modern it was. There was great free parking, brilliant stuff that replied on WhatsApp straight away. Fabulous AC that kept us cool all day and night even though it was mid heat wave at 35°!

The location is about 15 to 20 minute walk from old town and is quite uphill walking back. However it isn’t too tricky. As a picky girl I also would have loved a long length mirror to do outfit checks lol!

Very lovely property, quiet, extremly comfortable bed, fully equipped appartment, small kitchen, big tv, personal parking space (not on the street but in front of the building, dedicate remote for the barier), 10 minutes walk from Kotor fortress, 7 minutes walk to Kotor beach,l where you have several restaurant options as well as access to a long walking promenande on the gulf, perfect for evening walks. Very good value for the amount paid here, friendly host, helped a lot !
