The location of this hotel in Kos is extremely good, right next to the Old Town, near to the ferry arrival and departure points and within very easy walking distance of a number of very nice restaurants. The hotel was more modern, attractive inside and better-appointed than we had perhaps expected with very modern facilities, excellent and very comfortable bedrooms and a very pleasant breakfast area. The lady on reception was very friendly and arranged a taxi for us to the airport very effectively.

Very little not to like about this hotel - maybe the breakfast could have been a bit more imaginative!

From the time we arrived, Effie on the front reception made us feel very welcome. The staff were amazing friendly and helpful. The Houskeeper Sophia greeted us with a warm smile very morning and made sure our room was just perfect. Linda on the bar and general helper was friendly and made us feel at home. These ladies make this place warm and inviting we just loved the service. We had room 406 that looked over the port of Kos. The location is 3 minutes walk from all the tavernas and just a distance a way from the noise. Yes it is peaceful. We used Gym. The rooms are self contained with a kitchenette so we cookd breakfast.

The location and overall condition were perfect. The staff members were very kind and helpful. Everything was what I expected.

Clearly the location is the main advantage, as the hotel is placed very central to Kos City, close to the harbor. I also appreciated the friendly staff that did their best to help the guests although at times they seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. The hotel is very clean overall, both in the rooms and in the other areas. The modern elevators and air conditioning were working just fine all the time. The gym was also a nice feature, quite well-equipped for a hotel gym.

The wi-fi. Very poor and unstable. Almost unusable for many good hours. In some areas of the hotel it was a bit better, but not by much. If you rely heavily on the wi-fi internet connection during your stay here, then I highly recommend having a backup solution of some kind... It's a shame that such a nice hotel cannot properly upgrade or maintain this aspect.

Really correct hotel in the middle of Kos. You can easy find this hotel, you don't have to use your smartphone and GPS to find it. The hotel is located higher than the main street, you just have to find the blue logo on the roof of the hotel, and you can find the route. I didn't use GPS, i arrived with the ferry and I have already seen the building from the ferry. The staff was really correct and helpful. Interesting fact: There are room card, and card reader on the door, but the if you would like to open the room, you have to use keys. I asked sea view room, and I was satisfied with the result. The view was correct. The room was very spacious, and really correct. I didn't tried the breakfast due to lack of time.

Nothing, but: At first sight, the elevator is a little bit small and looks weird, but after the first use it is correct, you don't have to fear from it.

Location is the best you can get. Amazing staff!!! especially Laura, who was in charge of breakfast. She always knows exactly what each customer prefers and can speak 5-6 languages (english, italian, french, german, spanish, turkish). We had a room with the view to the port. For example i loved the spanakopita at breakfast and she always saved some for me. We had a room overlooking the port where you could see the sunrise, the ships and the coast of Turkey in the distance. Extraordinary! The room was large, with balcony and very clean. Also there are parking places for the hotel, so no worry about parking the car. We enjoyed every moment spent in this hotel

Excellent accommodation, idealfor us - not too far to walkfrom theport andslightly away from the busiest parts of town. Large, well thought out room, great shower, beds were the comfiest of our trip. Price to quality ratio is brilliant, have already booked for our return journey next year. Definately comfortable enough for more than our one night stay - didn't use the plunge pool, but it would be bliss in really hot weather! Fly screen on patio door meant that wecouldhave frwsh air at night - very little street noise (we had an inland view which suited us).

Prepare yourself for the brightly lit exterior when you return at night! It's LED generated so low level once you are on your balcony or in your room, so not a problem - I'm light sensitive but had a really good night's sleep.

The location is fantastic, right by the ancient sites and so close to the port. The view from our room was outstanding. The room itself was big and comfortable with a great big bed and lovely sheets. The shopping area and bus station are less than 5 mins away.

If we'd gone to breakfast a little later I'm sure it would have been great, however, it was so busy and noisy. The food wasn't laid out very well and we only found the fresh fruit when we went to get coffee.

We enjoyed everything as usual in this hotel we gave stayed multiple times over the years all staff wer brilliant cleaning lady and reception staff all great

Only one thing, a young man on reception one morning didn't get his name ,(glases) prob mid 20s, , my wife asked for fresh beach towels and the way he reacted was not giid he said we can't change every day and we would get them away, not good customer service as we weren't asking for a change every day, was the first time we asked but he changed the towels anyway, just not very pleasant, felt like giving him the towels back and going buy 2 towels b apart from him all other staff were realy good as usual will definitely return

Superb customer service, the weather was poor but we visited the hotel to make some phone calls and leave our bags. Reception allowed us access to our room at 11:00 hrs. Amazing. Good sized room, warm and comfortable, bed and pillows also excellent. Breakfast had a lot of variety consisting of hot and cold options. Would definately recommend. Great location and easy to find.
