We felt quickly at home at this place. The twin room we stayed in is spacious and full of light. The host is very friendly, accommodating and kind. Breakfast was as complete as we like. For us, the location not far from the start/end of the South Downs Way trail was fine. There are good pubs serving nice food within walking distance too. And walking to the railway station the next day was easy. Guests coming to walk to the Seven Sisters are at a good address. The host walks there regularly and can give tips if needed. The neighbourhood is quiet.

Guests coming for proximity to the sea may find it far to walk.

Breakfast varied and delicious. Quiet room at the top of the lovely large 1900s house. Decent sized twin with small en-suite. Kind hosts helped with luggage up the 2 flights of stairs. On-street parking was convenient, and only needed a permit (£3 from host) for a portion of the stay. Great location for us visiting the west side of the town and close-by bus stop to get further east for a trip to the pier and seaside.

From the first meet with Suzanne to leaving the BNB we had an enjoyable time. The room was very clean with a good bathroom & shower. Comfy bed & room for the 2 of us to move around. Dinner at a local pub was suggested and a lovely meal was had. Breakfast the next morning was also very good with a good range of cereals and fruit along with the full English breakfast and other options.

For a BNB there was nothing that i felt was missing.

Beachy Rise is perfectly located for The Downs and Eastbourne. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast of my choice was very good and nice fresh coffee too. I was only visiting for one night, and on my own, so Beachy Rise suited me perfectly as a safe and comfortable place to stay with easy access by car to everywhere I needed to go to in Eastbourne. Useful to note though is that parking around the house is limited d to 2 hours between 8 and 6 so without a parking permit you would not be able to leave the car all day at the location. I would happily stay again and would reccomend.

I forgot o mention to the host that the shower runs to hot and cold on the setting and didn’t seem possible to control. The hose is kinked at the end by the shower head which possibly affects flow but anyway it’s was a case if dodging the very hot and then cold water and trying to find the bit i between in which to wash.

The location was perfect for us to visit an old friend. The owner kindly arranged a parking permit (£3) so that we could park outside the house. The room was small but cosy. The breakfast was well cooked (perfect lightly poached eggs). Altogether a very pleasant experience.

The rented accommodation is mainly on the first and top floor. There is no lift. So, if you have difficulty with stairs this B and B is not for you.

We loved our stay at Beachy Head very welcoming and very helpful with information about local area for food and places to go. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was delicious. Can't fault anything about our stay would recommend 👌🏾.

Very welcoming and clean. Excellent facilities in the room and a fantastic breakfast.

The parking could be tricky and although we had no problem finding a spot, in high season it's a good idea to purchase a 24 hour permit. There's free parking a minutes walk away but there's no gaurantee of a space.

When arriving, we were greeted by the owner and welcomed us to their home. Nothing was too much trouble . Everything was lovely and clean and the breakfast was really nice. The room had all that you needed for a perfect stay. We will use this property again with no hesitation.

To be honest, I don't think there was anything we didn't like.

Excellent location for us and we were able to park right outside. Suzanne was very welcoming. Room was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our overnight stay. Breakfast was very nice and freshly cooked to our preferences. Highly recommend

Nothing on this occasion

Very welcoming when we arrived. Our room was fully equipped, clean and well decorated. Shower etc. was superb. In the mornings in the lovely dining room, there was a good choice of breakfasts, along with fresh coffe and tea. Our hosts were friendly, informative and efficient.

Absolutely nothing to complain about!
