I always enjoy my stay here. The staff are always accommodating and go out of their way to make my time there more pleasant. This time around they let me check in 3 hours early, which was really appreciated cos I was exhausted from travel. They were nice even after I accidentally left with the room key which I had delivered the following day. Also the rooms are big and very clean. Location is great as it's close to town and surrounded by a bar and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay..

Location was perfect for us because we were close to the event centre, walking distance to takeaways.

Pillow was too soft, need 2 pillows for the single bed. The shower hose needs to be fixed, there was a lot of water wasted, not much pressure coming from the nozzle. Need hand soap.

The location was perfect, and the staff were very helpful and polite

the cleaning needs to improve drastically ... food stains everywhere including the ceiling. the bedding was very heavily stained and should have been thrown out... the bathroom sink needed to be cleaned out as it was partially blocked.

The facilities are nice. Shower pressure was good. Bed was comfortable

The pillows are thin as, basically, no pillow. I even noticed 2 other people come to reception to complain. Also, friends upstairs said they had uncomfortable pillows. Also, my hot water jug was dirty.

Excellent service and I was able to pay at the actual property and did not have to pay at another location, like at the Kings Court Motor lodge on ulster Street.

The only dislike was the bed was hard and could feel the electric blanket underneath. Apart from that the room was great and the location was excellent...

Awesome location surrounded by plenty of shops and food outlets.Cosy enough rooms.As we came to an event at the Globox Arena it was minutes away either walk or uber.great recommend!

The room, facilities and staff were fantastic. Very affordable and great value for money.

The room was right next to the McDonalds drive thru so I was woken up several times throughout the night.

Proximity to our venue

The bathroom window had a broken catch. The three dispensers for soap and shampoo in the bathroom and shower had been removed and we had to ask for soap.

The beds on had two pillows so one pillow each it says there’s more in the cupboard but none to be found
