The apartment is equipped with everything you may need, from a hairdryer to a washing machine! The place is divided into three layers, ground for kitchen and bathroom, 2nd layer (only 5/6 steps up) a living, and on top the bedroom and a small area where to dry your washed clothes. Also parking on the property is available which is very comfortable.

I was on constant communication through booking.com of our arrival time, and we still ended up waiting in the cold wind for the key. Also when we rent an apartment we do not go in with our shoes, someone from the staff came to change the towels and left wet footsteps all over the ground floor. I think s/he should have saw the shoes next to the door and should have removed them.

It has all you need to enjoy stay - clean, good and big bed, hot and stron water, fast WiFi. This automatically gives 8. But there is more to that: free and big parking, very nice host, coffee and kitchen amenities. But what is the best is location between two amazing restaurants - Bar Coloura with fish and Casa Do Abel with meat. This makes this place exceeding expectations. It is also good spot to explore island.

Nothing major - maybe changing the pan and toaster would help? :)

Perfectly situated in the middle of the island and easy to get to either side within an hour. Has everything you could possibly need to live there for a short period of time (or even longer). Owner incredibly responsive to any questions we had and even very quickly responded to resolve an issue we had with accessing the property.

There was nothing to dislike about staying here!

A very spacious and well-equipped apartment. The host changed our bath towels and emptied the trash after a couple of days, which was nice. The apartment also has a washing machine, which we found very useful.

The front gate got stuck a couple of times. The bedroom floor was not very well cleaned, but other than that the apartment was quite clean.

A nice place with lots of commodities. The owner Antonio is super nice and very helpful. The place was generally clean and the bed was comfortable.

The street is busy and noisy. It gets better at night. Some of the dishes and cooking pots were not well cleaned by the previous guests. The sink in the bathroom is blocked

Wonderful little apartment with all the amenities inside and more, right over the beautiful beach of Caloura. The parking area was large and there was always hot water for a relaxing shower at the end of the day.

The only negative is that it took them 5 days to give us clean towels. The humidity there was so high that nothing was ever drying(even when hanged outside), so after day 3 the towels had already a very bad smell and they were not usable anymore. We tried washing 2 of them ourselves and hanged them outside but they remained dump for 3 days..

This place is a gem! The location is fabulous, right in the middle of the island, not far from anything. The unit is lovely, very cute and homy. Antonio is a great host, he was super attentive to our needs, he even let us check in at 8:30am since our was a night fligh in. Totally loved it and would defintely go back.

I can’t imagine a better choice of accommodation. The house was amazing and very clean, everything you might need is there: nespresso, beach towels, iron, washing machine etc The owner was super helpful and kind, appreciate everything 😍 I would totally recommend to stay here

It’s perfect

There's everything you need and the host is very accommodating. Beautiful property 15 min walk from volcanic beach, and 15 min walk into town.

It's very open concept, so it's best if you have similar sleeping habits as your roommates, otherwise the noise carries.

Very nice apartments with everything you need. We enjoyed our long time stay there.
