Good room size. Close to the train station, which was convenient for us as we arrived late and tired. You can get to the city center by walking (20-30min) or several buses in 10-15min.

We booked the hotel because of the pool, but we couldn't use it because its temperature was 26 degrees. It's a bit too cold for winter! The location is good if you arrive late or leave early by train, but note that the surroundings are two construction sites and the back of a mall with trash containers.

We stayed at a business suite for 2 nights and when we came back from a 1-night stay in Hallstatt, we stayed at a junior suite for 1 more night. We liked the size of both suites. Although they were quite expensive as compared to a standard double room, we preferred paying more for comfort. We liked that we could keep our luggage at the hotel when we were in Hallstatt.

Some areas of the floor around the dining tables and chairs in the business suite were not as clean as I would like. There were dry food left over when I cleaned the areas with antiseptic wipes that I kept in my lugguage.

The buffet breakfast on Sunday was really good. Location is closed to train station. Facility is clean.

There is ice bucket inside the room but when i asked the reception where i could get ice, he told me i needed to go buy the ice by my own. This is the first time i heard about the bucket is only for convenience.

The staff is really nice and kind. The breakfast is very good.

Not so clean, the room I was old and there is a big construction in front of the window, with noise and dust

Great location that is a less than 5 minute walk from Salzburg Hbf. Attractions like Mirabell Palace and the Altstadt are only a 15-20 minute walk away, with trams/trains from Salzburg Hbf if you rather not walk.

We left our hotel keycard in the slot to keep the energy running while we were out, and the card was gone when we returned. Spoke to the reception staff about this who just told us that it was likely the housekeeping that took it based on a "misunderstanding". Fortunately nothing else developed from this, but it left us feeling a bit uneasy as this was the first time something like this ever happened to us during a hotel stay. Wifi was really bad Bed and pillows are a bit too soft, but this might be down to personal preference

Service as in the good old times, attentive, friendly and flexible. Our booked business suite did not match our expectations for a room for four, mainly due to extern reasons. Asking for another solution Receptionist Anna Pieringer handled the situation with grand charme and very professional - while dealing with other inquiries, phone calls, questions and more at the same time. She stayed friendly and professional throughout. Both fascinating and fantastic to see that excellent service is still happening even under pressure. Without us asking for it but without any hesitating or questioning we ve been offered an upgrade to the Grand executive suite plus another executive room. The Grand executive is an appartment which definitely got beyond our expections, spacious, comfortable, high quality. Pool and training facilities spacious, quiet at certain times and clean. Room cleaning fast and efficient. All staff we met were friendly and welcoming. Roomservice fast and friendly. Special regards to Serpil and her breakfast team - the combination of warm, friendly and professional service gave us a coming home feeling and we are definitely coming back. Thank you for making this short stay unforgettable.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We liked the big room with plenty of space. The fridge & kettle are included. Staff were pleasant.

The A/C was difficult to use. We set the room temperature at 18dgs but it resulted in the temperature being 25dgs. We couldn't open windows as there was street noise. There is an energy fee of 2.50EU p.p per night. This is extra to the overall price. Breakfast is 24EU per person. We were overcharged by 26EU, but this was refunded after we pointed this out to them at reception. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would return.

The hotel was near the main train station, and city centre was on foot reachable in about 20 minutes. Room was quite big, had enough space and was clean. Wardrobe had enough space for my things. I appreciate very much the possibility to use swimming pool , fitness room and sauna. Choice at the breakfast was good.

On the same floor where I slept there were some people who had party till 4 o'clock in the morning and from 6 o'clock there started outside work at the construction side, I could hear everything through the entrance door and window I had to close . I didn't have much possibilities where to dry my towels.

My problem was handled very professionally by Mir (front desk agent). That’s about all I liked.

My room type what I booked was not available upon arrival- obviously they sold it to someone else. Thanks to Mir the receptionist, he took care of us and try to compensate us. Breakfast hostes just saw only one person checked in the room so when I showed up with my kids she called reception to verify the number of guests in the room. Unfortunately I had to walk to the reception to explain that I booked a room for three person, my cell phone was not with me so I couldn’t prove it but they were nice enough to believe me so at the second time we were allowed to enter the breakfast restaurant.
