The property was very clean, the room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The location was perfect as it’s a walking distance from museums and the city centre

The shower head was broken, and the TV did not include non-german channels or streaming options (often provided in 4* hotels). The hallways can be very noisy which may be a problem if you’re a light sleeper

Generous sized hotel room with separate toilet room, bathroom and walk-in cupboard room with space for your suitcase. The bedroom was large with a dining table plus 2 chairs, two lounge chairs, a wall to wall cabinet with fridge and coffee and tea making facilities and large tv (which I did not use). Very friendly staff. Very clean with nicely scented pump-action body wash and shampoo/conditioner fixed to the wall. Windows can be opened. Located on a quiet street. It is close to a major pedestrian shopping street with all manner of shops and supermarkets. Very nice bars, restaurants and cafes abound close by. About 5-10 mins walk to the underground metro, 20 minutes walk to the Naschmarkt, Cafe Sperl and the Ringstrasse. Lovely place to stay if you don't want to be in the touristy CBD area and want to be close to an area where Viennese people (albeit, middle to upper middle class people) live.

A very positive overall experience, especially considering it was a last-minute booking. The hotel proved to be an excellent fit for a family's needs. Key Points: Service & Reception: The staff was very courteous. Despite the late booking, the family received two adjoining rooms and was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to one of them. The Rooms: The rooms were described as spacious, clean, and tidy. Breakfast: The breakfast was tasty and offered a sufficient selection to please everyone. Location: The hotel's location is excellent, situated near the main shopping street, Mariahilfer Strasse, which is a significant advantage for visitors to the city.

The hotel is excellently located close to the main shopping street and close to several restaurant areas. Metro not far. We got an upgrade which probably meant more space (but likely not more anything else). Very nice breakfast and a good feeling. Dark and quiet at night.

The two key issues were cleaning and shower. No matter how we tried, bathroom floor was always flooded after taking a shower. The wet towels used to dry the floor were not changed on the first night so I had to get new ones from reception. The room had little furniture which included two light tables. Apparently no-one had cleaned under the tables for at least half a year, the layer of dust sticking to our socks from there was impressive. A a smaller problem, A/C was blowing onto one side of the bed and was difficult to adjust and there was nowhere to put clothes or suitcases (except on the floor) although the room was really large.

The hotel is close to everything! Within walking distance of the major sights, museums, Rathaus city hall, and St. Stephan’s Cathedral, and main street shopping area. The metro is almost at your doorstep too! The hotel is charming with a tiny elevator (fits one person with their luggage or 3 people) but surprisingly the wait for it is not long nor constantly occupied and rooms are modern & clean. The staff are friendly & helpful too. Water, coffee and tea are provided without cost which is a nice bonus!

On the first night the doorknob came loose and fell off, but was fixed :) Carrying heavy luggage up the stairs up to the main door was challenging so be prepared!

The hotel is located on a quiet street - no cars, no tourists, so you can relax after a working day. The hotel’s room is very cosy, I really liked the size and design. There is everything you need for a comfortable staying - a working space with a nice table, a teapot and even a capsule coffee machine. The breakfast was good. I would love to stay here once again.

According to the hotel information, it provides printing services for free. However, when I asked to print my documents, the manager said that the printer was not working. This was quite inconvenient, since I was counting on this option.

Excellent location and very comfortable bed. Decent sized room and balcony. The aircon was effective, which was highly appreciated as at times it was 34 degrees outside during my stay in Vienna,

Wi-Fi coverage was not great. There was only a very small section of the room where you could get a signal. Parts of the room look as though they could do with some general maintenance and upkeep i.e. there was some minor damage previously done to a section of the wall which had not been repaired.

The room was perfect , the style of the hotel too, great position. lot's of parking options near by (paying ofc)

The breakfast was ok, surely not on par with the room and the hotel. Next time I'll do it outside of the hotel.

no soundproofing in the room at all! You hear absolutely everything, and the room was not clean enough, towels were old, dripping tap in bathroom, bath was to old, need to change. A lot of dust on the bedside table, it was really strange to see it. Moments like this leave bad impression

Very spacious room, enormous. Very comfortable bed. Good bathroom. We did not try the breakfast but the smell was very nice! Location is really good, 5 min from subway and 15 min walking to Hofburg and Museum Quartier.
