The staff was very kind. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately. And any question that was about recommendations for attractions or restaurants in the city, the staff was very helpful and even helped to search if we asked about specific things. And beyond all that we had 2 birthdays during the trip and the hotel spoiled us with double desserts for both birthdays. And we got there with a little baby girl and they really helped with everything we needed and of course they made sure there was already a crib waiting in the room when we arrived. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend.

Hotel is in center of the city, walking distance from the Beach and the garden. Quite, very clean, room is enough big, bed and pillows are very comfortable. Reception and all stuff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is rich and has wide variety. Someone had spotted that during my stay was my birthday and hotel surprised me with nice note and chocolate cake. My room was 506 with terrace and sea view. Next to the fitness are rooms 502,503 which are the one with direct sea view and terrace. If i travel to Varna again i will use the hotel again.

Location was excellent. Room design was beautiful. TV music channels had amazing selection and variety. The view and terrace on the 5th floor room overlooking the sea. Breakfast in the room was nice. Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The mid-stay survey asking what could be better and its immediate follow up. The coffee and pastry place on the street under the hotel.

The bathtub in room 506 did not completely close during fill-in and we never got a full bath. Water kept on escaping, which is a huge waste of water. Liked everything except the concierge on the day of check-out, asking too many questions and messing up with our suitcases.

Posh interior, fancy rooms. We booked the king superior suite (room 501) and it was spacious and snug with a huge terrace and adjacent pool and gym. Great artwork all over the place. Each floor has a different theme, earth, wind, fire, water. Nice bathroom amenities. Great breakfast. Amazing speciality coffee in the bar 87 downstairs, with Victoria Arduino hardware. Staff was attentive.

There are no weights in the gym, just cardio machines and flimsy 5 kg dumbbells which I can lift with my eye lashes. The bathroom has glass walls, which is fancy, but inconvenient during night time, when you turn the lights on there is light spillage due to the glass ceiling and walls. Looks very nice though, can’t deny that, Thai style. Some signs of wear and tear. Just one elevator. The TV sets used to be top notch back in 2010, now they are obsolete and would be nice to have them replaced with the newer Bang and Ofulsen models the brand sports, especially for the price asked.

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed in our room was huge, and they had even set up a crib for our son. The hotel still offers the same kind of quality but the maintenance staff is lacking lately and that is visible by the dents, scuffs and mediocre repairs you notice around the building. Breakfast was excellent as usual and you just can't beat the location.

Parking is not included. The tile in our shower was sloping the wrong way so water would flow out of the shower space towards the far wall. Lots of scratches and dents in the walls, baseboards, doors.

Great hotel- always a pleasant stay. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are good and varied. Air con and WiFi worked well. Location is ideal- an easy walk to the sea garden and the central walking street. Will be back again.

Not that diminished the stay but :Some of the furniture is looking rather worn out and needs replacing and some of the spaces need renovation- but I know this is ongoing.

The hotel was excellent – very clean and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Varna. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Very nice hotel, very close to the city center and the main areas of the city (5 minute walk to the center, 10 minute walk to the beach). Staff was very nice and check in & parking was quick. The room was pretty large, absolutely huge bed. Not the best view in the world, but you're not going to Varna for the view from the hotel :)

Fantastic experience! Staff were amazing, clean, comfy and stylish rooms. One of the guests next to my room came back slamming doors at 5am and yelling loudly, I called reception and within 5 minutes it was addressed and I was able to have the most perfect nights sleep 🙏

Gym equipment was dated, there were no towels available in the spa so had to bring them from the room and no cups for the water machine. It’s right in the centre so it can be a bit noisy but that’s the price you pay for being so central.
