Everything …. Kitchen well kitted out with a beautiful welcome basket, outside area with sauna, hot tub and dinning area. The inside has amazing bathrooms and snug area with wood burner and plenty of games.

The on sight bar / food area was not needed. With such well equipped homes on site I think it would be a shame to not use them fully.

We loved everything about our stay! The staff were amazingly helpful and helped me create a fabulous weekend for my husbands 50th birthday. The house exceeded our expectations, it was simply stunning. It had everything we could possibly need and more, the house was immaculate, comfortable and luxurious. The welcome hamper was truly wonderful with so many lovely goodies and treats. The location is fantastic so close to the beach and short distance to cafes and shops. We added the pizza evening extra to our booking and it did not disappoint! There was enough ingredients and toppings to feed us and our 3 hungry teenagers! We had so much fun , I would highly recommend. The hot tub and sauna were amazing too!

We honestly couldn't fault anything it was the best! I would add that the hot tub is checked by staff unannounced twice a day (totally understand and appreciate it has to be done) however I think it would be better if they knocked first rather than just walking in. It could easily cause an embarrassing situation or distress that could be avoided. Our kids and our two Cavapoos also found this quite unsettling.

The staff, welcome pack and attention to detail with lovely toiletries, beach towels, towels, smeg products and overall quality was excellent, really nice touches. When visiting Chomp restaurant my 80 year old mother found the bench a little hard so we grabbed a more comfortable chair for her from the seating area, when in our accommodation an hour or so later there was a knock on our door from a staff member who said that she had noticed that my mother had needed the chair and had brought it down for her to use during her stay, service above and beyond that was soooo appreciated and just such a lovely thoughtful gesture 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Nothing not to like, would have liked a cooling fan as weather was exceptionally hot and just a rail to assist getting in/out from hot tub but that is being picky just would have been nice for me with hot flushes and a bad back lol

Large spacious 4 bedroom beach house furnished to a high quality and utensils and kitchen wear to an exacting standard very impressed beds comfortable hot tub and sauna hot clean and maintained daily by on site staff parking for 3-4 cars we had 2 cars and a van recycling facilities which is important to us outside clean and well lit inside log burner lovely with plenty of wood and lighters provided robes towels dog towels and bowls provided outside drying rack all thought about throughout home away from home inside drying airer and mop and hoover all conveniences provided washer dryer literally just bring yourself nothing needed fantastic location staff were excellent when we had a problem with a loud party next door dealt with efficiently will definitely return

Could have done with a separate tumble dryer as washer dryers never effective Stomp eating area poor menu choices so didn’t bother definitely need to look at changing menu and offering different food choices needs variety

Its hard to put into words how special this place is. The beach is incredible, to be able to walk there from the Beach House was a real bonus too. The people who work at Three Mile Beach are so friendly and accommodating, they could not do enough for you. We were lucky to have good weather in January, but I would guess it would be cosy there even if the weather wasn't great as there is a lovely wood burning fire and, of course, a hot tub and jacuzzi! We will be back just as soon as we can :) Excellent place, all round.

Wow, where do I start. We loved absolutely everything about this beach house. It is so close to the beach, the space inside and outside the house was amazing, the hot tub is fantastic as well as the most comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. So much thought has gone into this house. Everything from Beach towels, bath robes and the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. From weighing scales to an array of pots and pans. Dishwasher, washing machine and filtered water tap.

There was nothing not to like although the access road may be slightly challenging in the height of summer.

Just perfect !! Thank you for a wonderful stay The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the hamper and welcome gifts were most appreciated, staff were excellent. Everything was so well thought out and presented, we wanted for nothing you’ve literally thought of everything, a truly wonderful 50th birthday experience for my family thank you !

Very dark by jacuzzi and maybe a better outside light by the bar b q but constructive criticism only The whole place was faultless, and everyone in our party had the most fantastic time in such a relaxed clean and well thought out environment

Everything! We’ve been before when they were new and no standards have slipped. It’s an amazing place to stay and we can’t wait to visit again

All the facilities, everything is thought of and we didn’t really need to pack much for our three year old, just clothes. The hot tub and sauna are a perfect way to finish the day after the gorgeous sunsets every day. Gwithian is our favourite beach so this has been the answer to everything we need to stay.

All the staff were unfailingly willing and helpful. We really felt everyone truly wanted us to have a great stay. The outdoor space was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped. We all loved being at the house.

Very little could have been better. The pillows are quite thick, so I ended up using one of the (excellent) towels as a pillow instead. But the beds are comfy, the showers are great, and everyone slept well.

The welcome hamper was extremely generous, the house itself was great. Superb layout and decorations, well thought out accessories and facilities.

For a beach house there was surprising lack of drying options for towels, robes, beachwear etc... Also some issues with equipment maintenance, however these were dealt with very promptly and professionally.
