My stay at this hotel was THE BEST! The attention to detail is out of this world—every flower, color, and light seems to have a purpose, and you can really tell how much thought went into creating this space. I’ve worked in and stayed at a lot of hotels, but this one tops them all in every way. The breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL! They even had a barista who really knew his stuff and could whip up any specialty coffee you wanted. It’s on the 9th floor so the view was BEAUTIFUL! I live in the UAE, where they claim to have luxury hotels, but this place trumps all the ‘luxury’ hotels I’ve stayed in there so far. A special shoutout to Vimy (I hope I got her name right). She checked me in after a long 12-hour journey and made the experience so much better. This is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Stay here, it’s worth it!

Perfect location, excellent breakfast.

The room lacks space—there are no enough wardrobes for storing clothes, so we were forced to keep our clothes in suitcases. The hotel is comfortable, but its amenities do not justify a 5-star rating. I'm not sure about the Spanish standards applied in hotel categorization. This is a good hotel, but when I book a 5-star hotel, I expect a corresponding level of service. I booked and paid for the hotel two months in advance, and the day before my arrival, I saw that the same room with breakfast was €100 cheaper for a 2-night stay. It's not a pleasant feeling when you feel deceived.

Great position in the old town, the most amazing staff of any hotel we have stayed at! A lovely greeting and smile from Gabrielle on our arrival who was very helpful sorting our bags. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. The Breakfast service and quality were amazing, the Barrister made individual speciality coffees ( we had a Bon Bon, iced with Baileys, served in a glass pipe…. 🤩) Nothing was to much trouble …. Sparkling wine was also included…. ) The hotel bedrooms were immaculate and individual in design… we loved the giraffe print dressing gowns and lovely bathroom facilities.

Parking wasn’t on site so a little inconvenient.

We stayed for 4 nights 17/2 - 21/2 On arrival we were welcome by Guillermo, offered a glass of prosecco which was welcome following an easyjet mistake in our booking The room was lovely, breakfast is simply fantastic and the coffee baristas, the chap on the grill, the staff at the desk and for me the abundance of fruit and yogurt - perfect The bar is so bustling in the evening and a great atmosphere Our waitress for dinner in a local pizzeria said she goes to Only You each payday to have breakfast!! You are right in the heart of town and there is a real pride from the staff in the hotel and the locals around their city - we arrived a week PRIOR to a big festival and it sounds like that is the time to be there but over 5 days we were entertained everyday

Only You Hotel, is perfectly located, a short walk to many restaurants, shops, bars, historical sites and a 20min taxi to the marina. The breakfasts and wonderful baristas were such a treat, and we tried various coffees each morning. The staff were always friendly, helpful and eager to offer tips and suggestions when needed, we checked in with Rosa, such a lovely lady!

Our room was not very well cleaned, the attention to detail lacking. Used coffee cup and drinking glasses not replaced, after use, the lady forgot to replace the coffee pods and tea. The internet dipped significantly during certain hours of the day, we called reception to check the connection, it got so bad.

The hotel is fantastic, breakfast was really complete and everything was very well prepared, I appreciated all the options they had. The gym was small but very nice and it was great to have it available 24hs. We tried the restaurant on the top floor for lunch and the food was amazing, the rice dishes were delicious and the service was great.

Sometimes we left the room for almost all day and when we returned in the afternoon the rooms were still not done, the cleaning crew was always super nice, but we also wanted to be able to enjoy the rooms and relax there during the afternoon hours.

The atmosphere of the hotel itself very friendly and inviting for a 5 star hotel. The service from arrival in the taxi from taking my luggage, bringing it to the room was perfect. The room was very spacious

Not a big issue for me but if there was an event, they close of part of the lobby/ground floor, where you could’ve sat for a drink or with laptop. Therefore, the seating space became limited because the bar area was always occupied

V modern, hip hotel. V attentive to customer needs

Being picky but, too many features in room e.g. electric curtain drawing that were not optimum in how to operate!! Obvious luxury but not necessary imho. Breakfast was a luxury, and we opted not to pay at time of booking, but with a room at €500+ per night, its bothers me that breakfast is not included in price. Not all of us want large, copious, luxurious breakfasts and yet one size fits all is only option available at significant on cost. Caused a niggle to me as I forgot I hadnt booked breakfast and incurred surcharge on check out.

It is very difficult to rate this place. It is without a doubt a super cool spot with super cool people all over the place. The place is gorgeous but somehow disorganized and chaotic. There was no bellman when you get out of your cab and we had to carry your bag up the stairs. We noted this to be common. Then when we were leaving, our bellman ran around for 10 minutes to get us a cab with road closures all over the place and he was a joy. You have to wait 10 minutes in line to get your coffee for breakfast but then once you get it, it is the best damn coffee you’ve ever had and the barista is ready and willing to make you anything, including an espresso martini in the morning. You can’t get the attention of the waitress in the bar because she is too busy talking to her friends for 20 minutes, but then the drinks,once you get them, are spectacular. Anyway, there lots to like about this place including the location which is both out of the way and in the heart of it all.

We had to beg to get face clothes and on day two we were told the hotel didn’t have any, even though there was two in the bathroom when we got there. It was very odd to say the least.

Staff were extremely nice, helpful and professional. Complimentary drink on arrival, some local tips for coffee and snacks as well as a really friendly atmosphere. The bar staff are exceptional - friendly, fast and in the face of some drama one evening, extremely professional.

The room was well furnished, only criticism is lack of drawers/storage for some clothes but we managed fine. We requested an iron and board which came extremely quickly but wasn't of great quality - again I managed though.
