My stay at this hotel was THE BEST! The attention to detail is out of this world—every flower, color, and light seems to have a purpose, and you can really tell how much thought went into creating this space. I’ve worked in and stayed at a lot of hotels, but this one tops them all in every way. The breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL! They even had a barista who really knew his stuff and could whip up any specialty coffee you wanted. It’s on the 9th floor so the view was BEAUTIFUL! I live in the UAE, where they claim to have luxury hotels, but this place trumps all the ‘luxury’ hotels I’ve stayed in there so far. A special shoutout to Vimy (I hope I got her name right). She checked me in after a long 12-hour journey and made the experience so much better. This is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Stay here, it’s worth it!

Everything was great

Perfect location, excellent breakfast.

The room lacks space—there are no enough wardrobes for storing clothes, so we were forced to keep our clothes in suitcases. The hotel is comfortable, but its amenities do not justify a 5-star rating. I'm not sure about the Spanish standards applied in hotel categorization. This is a good hotel, but when I book a 5-star hotel, I expect a corresponding level of service. I booked and paid for the hotel two months in advance, and the day before my arrival, I saw that the same room with breakfast was €100 cheaper for a 2-night stay. It's not a pleasant feeling when you feel deceived.

Great position in the old town, the most amazing staff of any hotel we have stayed at! A lovely greeting and smile from Gabrielle on our arrival who was very helpful sorting our bags. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. The Breakfast service and quality were amazing, the Barrister made individual speciality coffees ( we had a Bon Bon, iced with Baileys, served in a glass pipe…. 🤩) Nothing was to much trouble …. Sparkling wine was also included…. ) The hotel bedrooms were immaculate and individual in design… we loved the giraffe print dressing gowns and lovely bathroom facilities.

Parking wasn’t on site so a little inconvenient.

I stayed for 7 days and can definetely stay here forever. It feels like home. They thought of all your needs and what suprised me is the hair straightner machine in my bathroom😍. Absulutely all of the staff from the chef to the doorman, reception, restaurant all of the staff are very professional, well groomed, kind, helpful %100 of %100 to all staff. I can't skip the location of the hotel. Its exactly at the center of everything. Amazing location 🙏 And the breakfast is more than amazing, you can't find this anywhere in Europe. As you can say from the name; " It's ONLY YOU " in Valencia. Great job, great Management 🙏

Absulately everything was great.

The hotel features a very stylish and modern interior design, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere with clear five-star vibes. The breakfast was excellent, and having a dedicated barista added a personal and high-quality touch to the experience. The in-house bar has a cool, vibrant feel — perfect for relaxing in the evening or starting the night with a great cocktail. We also visited the on-site restaurant, which offers a creative fusion menu combining international flavours in an exciting way. Later in the evening, the restaurant transforms into a lively nightclub, making it a dynamic spot that offers both fine dining and entertainment without having to leave the building. Highly recommended for those who appreciate great design, quality service, and a unique all-in-one experience.

Nothing to not like.

The breakfast was excellent - great choice of food, staff were very helpful and breakfast until 11 am gave us a chance every morning to take our time getting up. The bar was great with a good location directly behind reception. Bar staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that you were happy. Our bedroom was cosy and the bathroom was a good size and we were very impressed with the shower - a good size and plenty of room in it.

The reception area lacks space and isn’t relaxing. The hotel entrance is too close to the reception.

We stayed for 4 nights 17/2 - 21/2 On arrival we were welcome by Guillermo, offered a glass of prosecco which was welcome following an easyjet mistake in our booking The room was lovely, breakfast is simply fantastic and the coffee baristas, the chap on the grill, the staff at the desk and for me the abundance of fruit and yogurt - perfect The bar is so bustling in the evening and a great atmosphere Our waitress for dinner in a local pizzeria said she goes to Only You each payday to have breakfast!! You are right in the heart of town and there is a real pride from the staff in the hotel and the locals around their city - we arrived a week PRIOR to a big festival and it sounds like that is the time to be there but over 5 days we were entertained everyday

The hotel is fantastic, breakfast was really complete and everything was very well prepared, I appreciated all the options they had. The gym was small but very nice and it was great to have it available 24hs. We tried the restaurant on the top floor for lunch and the food was amazing, the rice dishes were delicious and the service was great.

Sometimes we left the room for almost all day and when we returned in the afternoon the rooms were still not done, the cleaning crew was always super nice, but we also wanted to be able to enjoy the rooms and relax there during the afternoon hours.

The atmosphere of the hotel itself very friendly and inviting for a 5 star hotel. The service from arrival in the taxi from taking my luggage, bringing it to the room was perfect. The room was very spacious

Not a big issue for me but if there was an event, they close of part of the lobby/ground floor, where you could’ve sat for a drink or with laptop. Therefore, the seating space became limited because the bar area was always occupied
