The location was perfect. Central to everything as walked around the city from here. The room for 4 people is huge!! Our family of 4 really enjoyed it. The teenagers stayed in the bunk bed. Both beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is pretty big too and plenty of mirrors for everyone. The breakfast was amazing along with the coffee. Definitely a bonus to have it before you set out to explore. Overall it was very quiet at night which we liked. The staff was so helpful with questions and printing tickets for us. We would definitely stay here again!

The top bunk was a little challenging for a 16yr old but comfy once you're settled.

Location is unbeatable. The bathroom was modern, spacious, and with an excellent shower. The front desk staff, especially Vanesse, were helpful and friendly. The lounge was open plan, simply designed, and provided good seating for an excellent breakfast.

The room, #214, was quite small, with a double bed that was against the right-hand wall, the bed therefore enterable on just one side. The room had a tall window looking into an interior shaft of four walls. Therefore, there is no view, and there is no natural available sunlight. A large supporting pillar at the end of the bed blocks the view of the clothes closet. You walk around the pillar to enter the bathroom. A quite small desk top and chair, but there was little room to work because of the space occupied by the bed and pillar.

Location is excellent, right at the heart of this vibrant city - easy walking distance to galleries and shopping. Good breakfast, Rooms clean, tidy and well maintained.

The hotel does not activate air conditioning until later in the year, making rooms hot and stuffy when temperatures are unseasonably warm (as was the case during my stay). There is no lounge, so time spent in the hotel is in guest rooms only. Double room only has one chair.

Great location. VERY clean rooms. Nice bathroom. Great to have the bidet.we like the comforter on the bed Nice to have the breakfast included and in the hotel lobby. Fabulous to have the elevator, especially considering our heavy suitcases and aging knees. The personnel were outstanding, very friendly and welcoming. I loved the purple hard candy they gave us upon checkout (I wish I could find more of those candies).

The room was very small. Only enough room to open one suitcase. The bed could've been more comfortable. I wish we could've stayed at the Petit Palace longer

Location and price. Hotel room is clean and gets the job done. Great value and friendly staff. Even being right in the hart of Plaza del Sol, there is no noise, so you can get a good rest. The blackout curtains also work better than most hotels.

The only thing I didnt like was that when we entered the room, there was a bit of strong smell of cleaning products. So, I opted to open the windows for a while. Then it got better and I was able to close it and turn on the AC.

Location, location, location:) very central, few steps from Sol, on a pedestrian street, literally 10-15 mins to any major POI. Soundproof windows make sleep great. Daily room cleaning. Complimentary water provided on arrival day. Kettler available on request. Good recommendatons from staff as to dining and transport options. Room with a balcony to the Sol makes an excellent choise.

Poor sound isolation from the corridor, latecoming neigbors might wake one up.

Perfect location. Near Plaza Mayor, walking distance to Prado Museum, National Archeological Museum, a wonderful food store as well as numerous restaurants. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was large (quad) nice bath with shower and a terrace though it was often too rainy and cool to use except to look out at the streets. Breakfast was very nice with hot foods and fresh fruits, lots of coffee and bread options. Fresh squeezed orange juice.

Great location and value for money. The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. Staff at the front desk were very helpful. It was great to be able to open the balcony door.

Can be noisy - other guests were very loud late at night in the hallway. Hopefully a one off.

Location is great - you are right in the middle of a busy shopping/restaurant district. Staff are very nice and helpful.

While you are close to everything, the location is not very quiet at all - lots of restaurants around that are open late. Plus construction (?) noises in the morning. We didn't mind much, and we would still stay there again, but beware if you are looking for a peaceful night.

Location is perfect, everything is in walking distance and a stone's throw away from the Sol metro station and absolutely no outside noise issue even though its right in the middle of such a busy area.

Size of the room. This was our 2nd stay in one of the Petit Palace hotels in Madrid, and this one has the prefect location but the room size is crazy small. And the temperature in the room was not cool enough for us during our Feb/March trips so we just opened the windows and slept so that worked for us but might now work for others especially if there is any outside noise at night from other people staying in the hotel.
