Helpful and efficient front desk staff, breakfast venue staff. Good 4-star quality room, comfortable bed. Well-stocked Nespresso an unexpected feature. Bathroom tiny but functional. Well-located very short walk from train station, close enough to restaurants and some museums.

Incomprehensible AC controls. No temp setting, just + and - degrees. No matter what I did with these plus and minus controls, the system did not seem to react. Then, half a day later, +1 K (I think this means Celsius) turned out too hot. So back to -1 K. No result until middle of the night when I woke up due to chills. I have seen such thermostats in a few other hotels, and could never find any internet source (much less hotel source) that explained them. But you don’t want to bother hotel staff and seem stupid. . . Hotels with these thermostats should change them to the usual Set Desired Temperature type.

The location is super 5 minutes from train station, feeling safe and comfortable. The view from windows so beautiful and romantic. The breakfast was excellent, so many options every day.

The cleanliness((I don’t know how they cleaned the room when at the end of the day it was always too dusty.You can find attached photo as a proof of this👇My suggestion for manager please take attention on this not to spoil reputation of such a nice place.

Great location with access to the main station and several tram lines. Markthalle is just round the corner for an eclectic selection of food options and the station also offers various outlets and a supermarket. The hotel is really smart, staff were lovely, and check-in was swift. The room was really spacious and light with plenty of cupboard space, desk, etc. The bathroom was a good size with excellent shower and surprisingly good toiletries. The bed was comfortable, the room was a good temperature, and I was pleased to find a wide selection of English TV channels available. Breakfast was excellent and offered lots of choice.

Location is great. Right on the main train and bus station from airport but also 10 min walk to old town. Room was soundproof and we slept great without waking up. Very clean and comfortable. Great complementary coffee and water in room.

Parking is too expensive, 35chf per day. At some moments it was very warm in room and you can not adapt temperature too much. I asked for room with a view because it was New Years eve but I didn't get one.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center and major attractions. Public transport is extremely convenient—trams and the airport bus stop nearby, and the train station is just a short walk away. The hotel is stylish and modern, with great attention to detail. We stayed on the 15th floor and had an amazing view of the city. Breakfast was varied and tasty—don’t miss the waffles! Very clean, just like the entire city of Basel. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return

Good soundproofing, comfy beds, clean hotel, good quality natural shower products. Convenient location next to the station (but 20min walk from the main bar and restaurant areas).

It was very warm and stuffy in the room at night, the aircon did not work properly and was hard to adjust, so I didn't get a good sleep. Cannot open windows. My colleague who slept in another room had a problem with the aircon too, but her room was freezing cold. My Classic king room window was facing an office building, which was very close and made it dark in the room. I had stayed in a Deluxe king room before and the view was amazing, which made a huge difference.

The price was too high for the overall experience. A guest cannot use the TV to cast their content in the room unless they are using Android… it's 2024! Would have been nice to receive at least a couple of chocolates or biscuits (it's often standard from 3-star hotels). Almost impossible to use the wifi from your laptop, because of the auto-triggered action of the open wifi. If you don't know how to force your browser to open that specific page, you are out of internet

The rooms were clean and view was incredible. Beautiful sunrise to wake up too. Great location as walking distance for sightseeing. I was there for the DR joe dispenza event and was easy to get to there too. The restaurant was great, and close to so many others.

I was on 15th floor and on my first night, I had a migraine creep in so went to bed early to sleep it off but the music from the bar was thumping into my room and brain. That said, it didn't bother me on any other night as it's not on all night.

Hotel room was very large and beautiful. Location was 5 minute walk to Train Station which made travel through Switzerland very easy. The hotel provided us a discount card for free tram rides and discounted museum rates. Staff at the hotel very very friendly and helpful.

The room temperature controls inside the room were very confusing. We got them to work but it took a lot of adjusting.

The facilities were lovely, and access to the gym was useful as I like to go regularly. Easy to leave luggage in storage while not checked in, this was very helpful for myself. Location was perfect being right next to the train station and trams, though I chose to walk most place. View from room was great and really added to the stay. I went to one of the in hotel restaurants and had an amazing dinner with a great environment
