Easy to check in. Basic bud good kitchenette facilities including fridge. Comfortable bed. Adequate air conditioning. Nice walk-in shower.

There was an iron but no ironing board. Many of the TV channels did not have a signal including virtually all of the english channels. It would have been good to have details of breakfast options downstairs in the room itself. No staff around so not sure how responsive to problems the hotel would be. I did send an email to customer support about the iron and TV issue I mentioned but did not get an answer in the 4 nights I was there.

Very nice apartment, big, fully equipped. Good location - very close to the station and walking distance to the city center.

Customer Service wasn’t on the best level - they were responsive, but not solving the issue. First the Basel card was not in the apartment and I need to request it again twice, before I received it on the second day afternoon. Then I asked for storage access and despite paying for it a day in advance I wasn’t provided with the code, I received twice wrong instruction, where the storage is in the building, code was active from 3pm when check out was at 10am - again I had to call 4 times and waste almost an hour to get it solved.

Big, clean, nicely furnished, great location

We booked just a few hours before arriving the first night of two. We didn’t have the Basel cards in the room which I guess is understandable given the short notice. But we didn’t get them day 2 or 3 either, despite numerous calls and emails. It looks like customer service didn’t get the word to cleaners. When we talked to cleaners they had not been contacted. On last morning we waited in all 45 minutes in the lobby, in the room as instructed, calling several times and chasing cleaners. No cards. Consequently we couldn’t benefit from any Basel card advantages during our stay and had to pay full fare for local transport and sights.

The location is great - 3-5 minutes walk form the central station. Comfortable check-in, entrance in building and appartment with a passcode, which spares the trouble of carrying a key around. Design of the appartments are pleasant and you have everything that you may need for your comfortable stay there. It is great value for money. It is also quite although it is located near the central station. There is also a bar/restaurant on the ground floor, however I haven't visited it unfortunately. The kitchen is also great, which a dish washer, various dishes, pan, kettle, coffee machine and a pan. Everything is very tidy.

I didn't like that you should check the inventory list as you check-in and report if anything is missing/damaged, or they may charge you for this. When you come as a tourist, you do not really have time for this. Moreover, it is not my responsibility to rate the condition of the place and report it.

It was really hard to communicate and get responses from anyone on customer service. I actually never received a response about my issue with the code for the main door, and I stood waiting outside the building for almost an hour.

Clean, well presented studio with terrace with enough space for two of us and all the facilities we needed. Communal pool area and kitchen facilities looked good although we didn’t use either during our stay. Great location just a couple of minutes walk to trams, trains and buses. Shops and food outlets within walking distance too. Contactless check in was no problem and communication from customer services was good. Overall, excellent accommodation and I would definitely stay again

Had to chase them for Baselcard as it wasn’t received on arrival day but was dealt with within 24 hours

It was near train station,easy access with code,neat and clean and quite area.

There should be some coffee and tea facilities as well arrived bit late and didn't familiar with area,these things are very helpful as i used to book apartments or rooms with booking.com and they always provide coffee and tea services,that's why i bought and left some of the stuff there.Otherwise its all good. This one is not complaint but Suggestion that leave emergency phone numbers and also make customer satisfied with leaving your contact and tell them that you are always available to help if they need to. They communicated very well before we arrived. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have an open lobby/check-in desk that was 24/7 but the access code they sent me worked perfectly and I found it very straightforward when we arrived late in the evening. It was so great to have a fridge and kitchenette- not that we cooked while on our weekend vacation but we still appreciated it. The location was great too- super close to the train station and tram lines. My only small note would be that we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the AC (maybe we’re just too American haha) but there was a fan in the room we used and cracked the window at night so we were still comfortable.

The hotel is very favourably located, just next to the railway station, within a walking distance from the historical centre of Basel. The room is equipped with a convenient kitchenette, there is a fitness centre and a small rooftop swimming pool, very useful on a hot day. The impersonal procedure of checking in and out is efficient, but that obviates the question about the staff.

The room was too hot and stuffy when the temperature went up, the window did not open and the air conditioning was of no help. At some point we had to keep the door open to ventilate the room. The bed is a bit too low, it may not be that easy to get up from it if you are not well trained.

It was clean and modern. Good location for what we wanted. Found a nice marketplace. Ideal for catching trams and trains. We came from the airport, and the bus into town was very easy to catch and easy to find the location of the apartment from there.

I don't like the lack of human contact. Everything was fine, but had anything gone wrong, I'm not sure what I could have done. This is mostly down to my age and lack of confidence in all things electronic ! The room was extremely hot, and we weren't able to open a window. The design of the bed didn't suit our age group either. It has a kind of running board all around the side of the bed, which you have to kind of leap over! We had a similar bed at home once (trying to be trendy), but it drove us mad, and we got rid of it.
