First time staying here, view was lovely and the room was clean. The bed was SUPER comfortable!

Parking cost extra which we were expecting. However the car parks aren't numbered so even if you get one on arrival you may not on return if going out for the day/evening. If that happened you would have to park down the road at a public carpark.Because of this we had to Uber to our event which defeated rhe purpose of paying for a car park.

We booked a Superior Twin with 2 double beds. We got 3 single beds. Offered us the option to cancel but needed somewhere to stay so not an option.

The hotel is at a great location. It is not far from the freeway and saved time for me travelling to the office on Mt Wellington Freeway. It's less than 1km from the restaurants and bars and the water front. Also a great morning jog route. I had a nice view to the water from my room. Bed is comfy. Staff are generally friendly. Breakfast was good.

I noted the pillow cases might not have changed as they didn't look fresh and crisp. Sound proofing is OK. I suppose at the end of the day other guests should respect their other guests staying and be quiet after certain time.

Everything was good room the service and staff was welcoming.

We appreciated our stay, but had a couple of issues. Firstly, there was no designated area to boil water, and we had to use the bathroom power socket to heat the kettle, which wasn't ideal. Additionally, when we checked into our room, one of the bed's wheels was loose, and unfortunately, the cleaner hadn't addressed the issue. My husband had to sleep on the bed with the problem. Despite these issues, the rest of our stay was satisfaction.

Where it was located, close to the city and highways to commute. Beds were comfy! All in all we loved our stay we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in fact we will stay there again.

No cutlery in room, no way of heating food(microwave) We didn’t like that we weren’t told about the cost of parking until we got there. No biggies just little things that would help be a bit more comfy.

There was a significant staff shortage on the day I arrived, and yet the staff who were on duty, took matters in their stride, were friendly, professional, realistic and adaptable. Access into the entrance of Copthorne is not the easiest to drive into, and is somewhat off-putting. However, if you can get past that challenge, Copthorne Auckland City is certainly value for money, whilst enjoying being treated first-class.

The carpark! If Copthorne Auckland City provided a "courtesy shuttle" from the airport, I would most certainly have taken up the offer. I was fortunate to have someone pick me up from the airport and drop me off to Copthorne, and after navigating the tight driveway, I was pleasantly surprised with Copthorne Auckland City. Having travelled with friends to board a Cruise at Auckland Harbour, we ordered a taxi Van Shuttle, that found the driveway a challenge. Nevertheless, I have no hesitations in staying here again :)

Easy to find, easy check in and out. Staff were amazing and helpful. Room was a good size for 3 people, beds were super soft and comy, amazing pressure on the shower. We had a cute little balcony looking out onto the street. We were lucky enough to get parking both nights. We had dinner at the restaurant on the second night, food was delicious.

Our only negative was only having 2 towels for 3 guests, but we sorted it out so not a big deal.

The staff were very accommodating. We had arrived much earlier than check-in time and had hoped to leave our luggage with the front desk until we could check in, but when we arrived, the front desk informed us we could check in early since our room was already ready. The location was also very convenient! Close to lots of tourist attractions and things to do.

Some of the furniture was a little beat up, but nothing that affected the function of the room. It just might be less visually appealing to some.

The location a bit out of the way, but good for access to conference venue of The Pullman and University of Auckland and The High Court. Also the restaurant was good with helpful staff. Offer of millenium membership with $35 rebate by front counter staff was appreciated.

Your staff make this a lovely place to stay, they were all so professional and friendly. Treated myself to the yummy buffet breakfast during my stay, it is cheaper than going out to a cafe and has everything I like. The chef provided me with cream for my coffee too, so very kind. Perfect location for me to walk to galleries, museum, surrounding parks. Lovely room, comfy bed and pillows, good WiFi and facilities.
