Lovely modern hotel next to Rossio square so good access to the metro and nearby train station. The hotel is within walking distance of all major sites. Our room was a good size with a large window that opened and looked out to the bustle of the main square. Very comfortable beds with nice linens. Good sized bathroom with an excellent shower. Quiet A/C in the room. Wifi worked well in the room and common areas. Despite being on a busy road it was quiet at night. Excellent breakfast in a nice breakfast room. Many choices of fresh fruits, cereals, eggs, breads, pastries, typical Spanish breakfast fare etc. The staff at the front desk, breakfast room and those who cleaned the rooms were attentive and friendly.

Excellent location, in the heart of Rossi Square on one side and on the other Commercial Square, right on Rue Augusta, a pedestrian street, at least 10 blocks long, filled with cafes, restaurants, shops. Very safe area with extremely welcoming staff. We requested a room with a walk-in shower for my sister who has limited mobility and uses a wheelchair. The room had a city view, right above Rue Augusta, it was ample, clean, the bathroom just as we requested, very safe, clean with everything we needed. Room and beds were made daily. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and it was such a pleasant surprise the breakfast buffet was so generous! Freshly squeezed juices, champagne, fruits, yogurts, plentiful with local meats and cheeses and delicious pasties, including the famous Pastel de Nata, and excellent Cappuccinos, what a treat each morning!

Nothing to report, it couldn't get any better. We are savvy travelers, having visited over 60 countries around the world. This last experience in Lisbon and many surrounding cities, brings it to our most cherished locations. The people, the service, the location, were all amazing.

Great choice for breakfast to set you up for the day. Comfortable rooms. Located right at the corner of Rossio Square and 20m from Figueira it couldn't be more central- do beware taxis and private tour companies cannot stop outside the hotel as there are traffic lights and a pedestrian crossing, so expect to have to move your bags a little further.

Lisbon has these cobbled streets everywhere and the tyres make a right noise going over them. I stayed on the first floor right above the main road and could hear the vibrations throughout the night. Take some ear plugs and you'll be fine.

I had been planning this trip for over a year and I wanted a special room at your hotel. The lady at the front desk went up and above to ensure that we got our room. We were more than excited upon arriving at our room. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast such a selection of foods, fresh and delicious

We had lunch and were extremely disappointed. I stated my allergies prior to ordering my food (all nuts and sesame) upon receiving my meal there were sesame seeds on the food. This could have been a major crisis if I had eaten the food.

Amazing location, we walked to all of our destinations within 20 minutes, only 5 minutes from the waterfront. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, a font of all information. It was my daughter’s birthday, they left some pastel de nata in the room as a surprise! The room was very clean, bedding was white and fresh.

There was nothing not to like but when booking, it’s good to know that it is a very simple hotel, reception, rooms and the restaurant, no lounge/communal areas/other amenities. But absolutely ideal for a city break as we were out and about all the time, apart from a quick siesta and sleeping there.

The staffs are friendly, helpful and informative. I got a navegante rechargeable card when I was asking how could I get them. The room is huge and silent! I could sleep well… they don’t have kettle in the room, but when I asked for it, they delivered it to my room asap. Location is perfect, it’s on a flatter surface, also very close to Rossio station which will be very easy to commute to and from the airport (the metro has elevator so no worries with luggage). The location is close to many attractions and restaurants Thank you I had a great stay

Nothing, only cos it’s on a flatter area… sometimes gotta go uphill to certain places… but overall still manageable!

Room 203 had a set of french doors opening onto a Juliet balcony overlooking main avenue to the river on left and Rossi square looking right. I loved being able to open the doors for fresh air and to hear the excitement outside. Amazingly the sound dropped 90% when I closed the door. Very good noise blocking. Location is in tourist central which made meeting tour groups a simple walk across the street. But getting to more unique or artsy neighborhoods was 10+ minutes away.

Drain in the bathroom had a mild sewer smell, coffee maker broke and the staff did not replace it until I insisted. The blow dryer was temperamental extending the amount of time it took to dry my hair. Other than the french doors the room is nothing special. Small room with minimal to no storage for clothes including folded and hanging.

Everything. Room 103: Very spacious, very clean. Staff: exceptionally great. Went out of.their way to assist us. Location: You can't get any closer to the sites then this hotel. Short walk to tram 12 and 28 plus tram 15. All less then a 10 minute walk from hotel. Breakfast: Very good choices and very filling. Sits on the corner of Rau Augusta, which has all the eatery establishments you can want. Short walk to Santa Gusta elevator, and also Commerce Square. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had requested rooms next to the elevator and we had 2 rooms next to the elevated, but on different floors. This was not really an issue. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, great shower (although I did ask for tub mats as the bathtubs were very slippery. Breakfast was very good. We paid separately for breakfast, but the price was reasonable. We had dinner one night at the restaurant and it was excellent and reasonably priced. Cristina, at the front desk was very helpful with booking a day trip, answering our questions and making our stay a very enjoyable experience. All of the staff were excellent! The location was absolutely perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again when in Lisboa!

There was nothing we didn't like about this stay!

The location of the hotel was perfect, located on the square where the tour buses, taxis, tuktuks, and other transport, as well as walking tours, left from. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Despite our second floor window looking out on the square, our room was very quiet. Loved that we could walk no more than 10 minutes to get to the waterfront and that there are so many bars and restaurants in the area. Every single one of the hotel staff were wonderful; attentive, friendly, able to answer any question and help with any request. The attached restaurant, Bastardo Fish Bar, was always busy and serves excellent food. I would definitely stay here again!

Our room with one double bed was quite small, with not much space for suitcases. The bathroom had very little counter space for toiletry bags, etc. TVs in adjacent rooms could be heard, maybe because they are wall mounted.
