The location was really good

The booking in for the pool. It seems silly only one family can book in at one time. Having to ask every time we wanted to use the gym

The staff are very well trained. Very efficient and alert in all departments, without being over intrusive. The hotel felt calm, peaceful, secure, safe. The location is ideal for all central Liverpool events. Our twin room was a perfect size to move around comfortably and with all the necessary amenities. On floor 10 so we enjoyed wonderful views over Liverpool rooftops and of the Mersey and Wirral. Excellent free WiFi. Good bar area to meet up with friends. Very good breakfast with a variety of hot and cold food and very tasty croissants.

All was good on our visit. No complaints at all.

Great place to stay in Liverpool. ! Ideal ! Excellent location near everything Upon getting there we were very hungry after the kitchen had closed but Thomas was very nice and did his best to talk to the kitchen who promptly obliged and made us an excellent pizza . Next morning there he was to greet us with a welcoming smile at the wonderful breakfast buffet , full of energy and willingness to accommodate . Mathias also at the reception was very good and helpful as well . Room was good sized and bed was comfortable . All the staff we encountered were excellent. Breakfast hash browns , croissants & pain au chocolate were superb Highly recommended

We’ve stayed here numerous times. Staff were brilliant and so helpful. My mum took ill and we asked for some help, they couldn’t have done anymore. Nice atmosphere. Breakfast was fantastic. Reasonably priced but could put a promotion on for multi day stays. Love that it’s pet friendly.

I’ve stayed here numerous times before. I prefer Novotel but switch to Premier Inn Albert Dock or Aloft. I looked to book Novo for only 2 rooms, same headcount, the month prior. Cost was almost £1200. I booked the PI instead. I then booked Novo just a week out because I got 3 rooms for half the price I was originally quoted for 2 rooms.

Great location for rail travel, evening and day activities

Check in was a disaster. We arrived at 2.15 and were told to return at 3. We came back at 3 and there was a huge queue. We finally checked in at 3.35 and by then the queue was out of the door. The reception staff were doing their best but there were only 2 work stations. Given the popularity of Liverpool for weekend visitors I am sure it's like this every Friday. Why not remodel the front desk and increase the number of workstations.

Everything was very good, until… I entered the toilet… Small, nasty with a horrible tatty door, which did not match the lovely decor in the rest of the room!!!

I have stopped at the Novo hotel on previous occasions, which is why I have been generous.. Unfortunately, we tried to order room service, the chef was sick.. ( you should have back up) We wanted to order drinks at the bar on the Saturday morning @ 11:30am, unfortunately the bar wasn’t ready to serve 🥹 Myself and my family were attending the arena, Liverpool were playing at home, so overall I was disappointed to introduce them to the Novo on this occasion

It was lovely room to stay in .lovely staff .lovely restaurant to eat .Nice bar .and nice atmosphere. In hotel best place have stay in a hotel I will be going again first time going was bods lovely every minute we was gutted when we left we didn't want to go home it felt like .on holiday .it was so relaxing. And pool was perfect and the gym was good I will 100 procent stay here this is my favourite hotel have stayed in have been to many and nothink is like this boss hotel to stay now I want to go all the time now since I first visited here I live in liverpool myself round the corner from hotel it felt like home and will defo be returning to this hotel again thank you very much

Nothink we were so happy from when we first arrived to when we left there was nothink up and we loved it and will return again best hotel in the liverpool area if I new this was there all that time I would of gone sooner thanks the bed was so comfy best sleep ever and room was so Honley and cosy and had the best sleep ever we was so gutted we had to leave we wanted to pay for another night lol 😆 and lovely room lovely food nice staff and welcomed and nice pool and good gym

Staff member David was amazing! He worked every afternoon during our stay and he found solutions for our every request. Thank you very much for your hospitality and excellent customer service. !!! Other staff members were really helpful too. The pizza was delicious!!!

I forgot to take a photo but behind the television the dust was extremely thick. We used the stars as our son was afraid of the lift and on the four days we were there the stairs were not hoovered and there was the same rubbish every day exactly in the same place. Scrambled eggs were watery and without any taste. The swimming pool outside ( toilet , changing room etc) was flooded every evening and very slippery. Note for naughty swimming pool users: Please don't leave the dirty towels on the changing room floor!!!!! There is a box for dirty towels under the towel shelves. Thank you!

Excellent service. Excellent and friendly staff. So clean. Relaxing pool and sauna. I cannot fault them. The breakfast was so delicious, especially the scrambled eggs. They had everything, even gluten free. The barman even made me a hot toddy!!!! I didn't think he would know what one was. It was very quiet in our room. We heard nothing. Each day our bed was re-made, and we had fresh towels! Even though we didn't ask. Everyone, I mean everyone, was lovely, smiley and friendly. So helpful. We will come back here again. I need to come back to Liverpool for more site seeing, and I will be staying here with my daughter again.

Absolutely nothing.

Great location. Half way between the station and the docks. Restaurants over the road. Plenty of bars nearby. Room was very clean Extremely comfortable bed Loads of choice at breakfast Home Bargains is next door for any snacks or anything you need. Sauna was nice

Pool is quite small. I booked my slot for 5pm, which was probably a mistake as it's half term and it was full of families so I didn't get much swimming done. Maybe a later slot would have been quieter.
