Friendly staff. Gorgeous well thought out room. So clean.

We put parking into our search in booking.com Please know the parking is a direction to a public car park a 10 minute walk from the hotel!

Genuinely the best hotel I've ever stayed at, it was so pretty and so clean. Stylish decor, room comes with wine and champagne glasses, lots of seating options, double headed shower and gorgeous lights all around. You get your regular complimentary tea and biscuits etc, however, you also get quality robes, slippers, water, sparkling drinks and milk. Also, plenty of plugs and 2 reading lights. We had a wonderful stay, so central to the city, plenty of food places across the road too. Will definitely be coming back!

Only thing is there's no hotel parking. We parked in the Parr Street one and it cost £30 for 2 days.

The hotel smells divine! Lovely professional staff. Everything modern and stylish . Great location! We honestly had a great time. Will be back!

Nothing really, I think the ventilation in bathroom could be better

My wife has been very poorly over the past year and is still recovering so when I was travelling to attend a conference and she and our border collie came with me. The staff team at the hotel were, without exception, very welcoming and friendly, greeting us with smiles and asking what they could do to help us settle in. They couldn't have been more accomodating, helping me get our luggage in and helping me find parking and giving our dog a tasty snack and lots of pats and attention and making us all feel at home and relaxed. The brilliant service continued when we ate in the bar area and at breakfast the next morning when the team were welcoming and friendly, recommending places to visit and to walk the dog and bringing dog bowls of water and a sausage for breakfast for him too without being asked. The facilities at the hotel are great, our accessible room was brilliant and the bed and room was large, well laid out, comfortable and very relaxing. And it’s a cracking location too within easy walking distance of the centre of Liverpool. But for us, the brilliant staff team were what made our trip a real standout. As we left and said our goodbyes both my wife and I said we wished all hotels could employ staff as good as that. They are an absolute credit to the hotel and to Liverpool. The most dog friendly and friendly hotel we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!

From the moment we stepped inside to the moment we left, everything about our stay was absolutely amazing and perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. When they noticed I was on crutches, they immediately arranged an accessible room without me even needing to ask. It was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. A special shoutout to Emily, Peter and Billy, who were all so friendly, approachable and always smiling. Their warmth and positive energy truly made our stay even more memorable. The room was pristine, beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I’m usually a die-hard duck and down feather person, but I was so impressed I actually purchased the exact same pillows to have at home. The mini bar was a lovely touch, and I really appreciated the excellent coffee and tea service in the room, along with the proper glasses. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety was impressive, everything was fresh, and it all tasted delicious. The small details made a big difference. The vanity pouches, plush slippers and soft robes were unmatched. Every aspect of our stay felt thoughtful and genuinely enjoyable. This will absolutely be our place to stay every time we visit Liverpool. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Really brilliant hotel, lovely decor, clean and great room facilities.

Breakfast was horrendous. We left after 1.5hrs because the food still hadn’t arrived.

Nice hotel in great location in centre of the city, close to shops and plenty of places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip. Bowling place just few buildings down the street for something fun to do. Visited two pubs close by on a staff members recommendation for my fiancé looking for good Guinness. Both were lovely for cosy drink close by. The bedroom was clean, bed comfortable and shower was great. Everything you could need really. A huge thanks to (Pete I think his name was) who ensured that our welcome was cordial upon entry to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. He displayed professionalism, courtesy and respect from the word go (and of course a little Scouse humour) which made both my partner and I instantly at ease and relaxed! Best wishes! Lot of hotels don't have toilet brushes in rooms anymore, bit nit picky I suppose. Unfair to leave a mess.

Within easy walking distance from the station. Perfectly situated for exploring the fabulous city of Liverpool. Lots of places close by to eat and within easy reach of all the main attractions. Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. All of the staff were very friendly, attentive and keen to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It is disheartening how people just discard their litter. Along the river side there are lots of places to sit and enjoy the view but nowhere near enough bins. This does not excuse the general laziness of people. Such a shame 😞

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely sincere. They supported us in every aspect of our needs, both during the meeting and throughout our stay. It was clear they truly enjoy their work, and their positive energy made all the difference. We’re so grateful for the warm hospitality — they made us feel completely at home. The hotel itself was spotless, centrally located, and the rooms were excellent. The complimentary coffee and high-quality toiletries were also a lovely touch. We truly can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Excellent location, buzzing at night. You could stay for a week and eat somewhere different every night in less than a 10 minute walk. The area is somewhat run down in the light of day but that gave it some character. The breakfast was good and all the staff were very friendly.

My only negative is the price that we paid. We booked for a concert that was scheduled for that night but was cancelled. For some unknown reason (wasn't available or the premium was too high) we booked on a non-cancellation basis which I will never do again. As a consequence we ended up paying over £100 more for the night than the going rate. They said that was what Booking.com would have paid to them. I'm not sure. Someone made the excess profit. Disappointing but a lesson learned.
