Very good Breakfast... but they need to keep the pork stuff on different side not with Muslim food they can not mixed or cooked in the same plates

The hotel is great, from the moment you enter you feel well taken care of. Particularly noteworthy are the breakfasts - amazing and the staff working during breakfast. He made us feel special! The rooms were clean, new, always carefully cleaned. The staff tried very hard and for that a big plus. Also the service of the lower pool deserves thanks, we were with a small child, and yet the crew looked after us wonderfully. Thank you for that!

The fact that the upper swimming pool from the photos is additionally payable (you have to order at the bar for a certain amount) and not available for people with children. If we had known about it earlier, I think we would have chosen another hotel, because the lower pool of the Hilton hotel is shaded all the time (except for 1.5 hours in the morning), which prevents sunbathing. During our stay, we had almost 2 days of hot water failure, which is a big inconvenience when traveling with a small child. In a 5* hotel I would expect some small compensation, something extra (e.g. cookie, chocolate) as an apology, but here was only a card under the door with information.

I’m a frequent visitor.Besides the location and newness of the property -the contact team members at Front Desk-Concierge- Housekeeping-Room Service are all well trained and Tariq and Mabrook to name just 2 of many are exceptional. The furniture and fixtures in the rooms are also well maintained and the newness of the property creates a good impression.

The TV channels offer minimal variety to an English speaking audience.Could not watch anything at all.This issue must be instantly resolved in my view. The apartments with PATIO are nice but the patio needs to be generally better maintained. Food is average.This time did not order anything at all. No alcohol is available at the property but with due respect to religious beliefs a Hilton Property should have one outlet at the minimum.

- the shower gel is empty and despite three days of stay was not filled - rooms are not good soundproofed, you can hear the metro from outside every 5 min, the alarm from next room.

I didn't like the food. The all day dining: dinner buffet was below my expectations, the menu was also not impressive. The in-room dining experience was also a disappointment. Usually, a standard club sandwich is served in most of the hotels, and it's usually my last resort/option when I get back to the hotel/to my room after a long day. I'm sorry to say that the club sandwich I ordered to my room was the worst that I had in my life :(

Very close to downtown dubai & a beautiful room - everything you needed. Staff were lovely and friendly. We loved that they also had an adults only pool with no noisy kids.

No where did it state that the hotel didn't sell alcohol - we would've love to be able to have a relaxing cocktail by the pool.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton during the Christmas holiday, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The Christmas dinner buffet was a highlight – the variety of dishes and the quality of the food were exceptional. Every bite was delicious, and the festive atmosphere truly made it a memorable evening. The breakfast buffet the following morning was just as impressive, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. I also want to extend my sincere thanks to Manisha and the afternoon duty manager for their outstanding service. Both of them went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism and attentiveness made a real difference, and I felt truly valued as a guest. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel in December! Akhil and Jenny from the reception were exceptionally kind and helpful, successfully solving all our questions and addressing any issues we had with professionalism and care. All the employees were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This was our first time staying here, but definitely not the last! The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. We highly recommend this hotel!
