Refurbished, very clean and well appointed. Much quieter stay than previous times (we had rowdy neighbours on previous stays). Food from room service was lovely, fresh and hot. Previously we had a double with sofa bed and that room was awkwardly small with the sofa bed in use. We had a two double bed room this time and room size was better, but still tight for space.

Nothing. It was great. I didn’t like having to make a reservation to use the pool. We opted against going as I didn’t want to be held to a particular time.

Clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was of good quality

Location was a bit far from city centre and quite pricey taxis to get to centre. Otherwise hotel was great.

DIDNT LIKE THAT WE WERE PLACED ON THE GROUND FLOOR BESIDE THE MAIN DOOR, THERE WERE TAXI'S AND PEOPLE COMING AND GOING LATE INTO THE NIGHT, HOWEVER WE HAD BLACK OUT BLINDS AND WAS LOVELY TO WAKE IN THE MORNING TO DARKNESS

Lovely hotel, on the outskirts of Belfast, just a handy taxi ride away. Very clean, comfortable and well run with good facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff, and everyones name is displayed. I was checked (and out) by Jobin who was very helpful and friendly. The name of the lady who cleaned my room was on a card in the room too, Beata, and the room was spotless. Breakfast was really good, again, super friendly and helpful staff, and it's all run very well and efficiently. Had dinner in the River Bar Lounge and Bistro, and was happy to see a vegan option as standard (vegan option on the lobby menu too). Really helpful features such as a taxi box on the reception desk, so you just press a button and are given a number and a taxi comes. Also there is a person stationed at a desk in the lobby to help with any queries and I could get a coffee brought out to relax in the lobby. There is a pool, gym etc here too, and it's only a mile to Queens parkrun, which was very handy. I heard no noise from my room in the night either, slept very well. Can't fault anything - would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sofa bed took up a bit of space in the room but it was required for our child Swimming pool needs upgraded a bit and might be good if there were more floats etc for kids to play with Cost-.it was a bit expensive to stay

The staff were very helpful and understanding with our dietary requirements. Nothing was too much for them Fantastic selection for gulten free dinner and breakfast and good dairy free food choices best hotel yet for this Breakfast is fantastic in wrapping to keep from cross contamination. I was very impressed with this. Bed for sleeping 10/10 for comfort Room Cleanses 10/10 Birthday card and chocolate left in room nice touch for child I genuinely can't fault this hotel we are planning on coming back for the summer time as we enjoyed it that much 10/10

Little niggle.... it would hit it on the nail If there was a hot tub and the swimming pool wasn't as cold.... But the hotel is a real fantastic place

I loved pretty much everything. The hotel is very plush and the staff are excellent. Everyone we met was friendly and interested in helping. Our room was gorgeous, very comfortable, totally clean. I loved all the little seating areas spread around so you could relax away from your room if your wanted to. It was not cheap (in my view) but I think we got good value for money.

Not much really. Venue, maybe? You are bit out of town so you need to drive anywhere. On the other hand that ment plenty of free parking in site. Oh, the coffee in the room. Nescafé Original should not be allowed to exist in any case and at this price I would like to have seen some decent coffee in the room.

There isn't any fault to find with this hotel. Located with easy access to city for shopping and entertainment, we took in 2 shows at the lyric while we were there. Staff couldn't be faulted, all on board with customer service. Pool and spa facilities excellent and well maintained. The River bar (onsite) was excellent and I found all staff excellent with a specific mention to Michael Johnstone, whose customer service was fantastic, welcoming and nothing too much trouble. With this all taken into consideration, we will be returning again and many thanks for making our stay very memorable

Staff were friendly. The restaurant and bar were both nice, although having a few more dining options would have helped (I thought the two restaurants were going to be separate rather than shared with different menu options). The breakfast was excellent. The pool / gym etc facilities were good however had to be booked on a weekend.

The TV in my room was jammed on the "welcome page" and even turning off/on at the wall didnt fix this. I stayed for two nights and after arrival asked if the sofa in the room could be changed from a bed (not needed, as it was just me) back to a sofa. This didn't happen, although the staff were apologetic. It would be good to have a few more dining options. From reading the website I thought there was going to be a curry restaurant and another restaurant. In fact they were both the same room, with different menu options. The hotel is located quite a distance from Belfast centre and other areas of interest. I didnt realise it was so far.

We went to stay to celebrate my granddaughters 5th birthday because she wanted to stay at a hotel with a pool for her birthday. she was treated like a princess 👸 the hotel had left beautiful balloons, an absolutely beautiful book and a birthday ice-cream voucher which she enjoyed after dinner. All very much appreciated and adored, but at breakfast Daisy wanted toast and nutella, but after asking for this there was no nutella so Daisy opted for toast with beans an bacon. But when this wee tired granny (me) got back to the table a super man had mysteriously left nutella on the table lol so Daisy was allowed to eat this with a spoon after she had ate her breakfast. Thank you so much for making my granddaughters stay so special 💗
