Good location in terms of proximity to both the train station and amenities on the high street. Only stayed for one night but the room was clean and well presented and the bed was super comfy - just what was needed after a long day at a friends wedding at the near by Broxmouth Courtyard. We checked in after reception had closed and the staff were really good in ensuring they sent over all the info we needed in order to compete a self check-in.

Nothing really - it was a very short overnight stay and the room met all the requirements of what we needed.

Staff and food were excellent. Room was very clean and i had a sea view. Large beer garden.

The parking at the front on the street is limited but some at the back. At weekends you can park in surgery opposite.

Staff were excellent. Simon the barman was lovely, very professional and made me feel very much at home (especially as I was a lone guest). The bed was extra comfy and I slept very well.

The shower gel is mounted on the wall of the shower but it didn't dispense properly so I had to unscrew the bottle to use it. No parking except roadside, which is fine if there are spots available. Everything else was wonderful

Very good location, only minutes' walk from the main line station and less than that from the High Street. The room was generally very well equipped and had a stunning view of the sea. Breakfast was fine.

There were one or two minor glitches, e.g. one of the bedside lights was not working. However this was only a small drawback which didn't really affect the overall good experience.

Spotlessly clean and functional with modern furnishings, generous sized bathroom, light and airy bedroom. Friendly staff interaction at check in and breakfast.

Limited parking roadside due to double yellow lines outside the property at junction however on checking in it was clear that the medical centre car park opposite can be utilised overnight resulting in no issue overall.

Location, room and staff friendly

No kitchen so no facility for breakfast and wasn't advised of this until we arrived. Hotel not open until check in time 4pm. Which seems a bit late .so unable to get a drink until after this time,after we travelled 4 hours to get there.

Great location, friendly welcome (the bar is the reception as well), lovely sea view. Kettle with tea and milk, hairdryer and all necessities are there.

The breakfast situation was unclear (I think you have to book the night before). It's cheaper to book directly on their website rather than here.

We stayed in room 15 which was very well equipped and clean. We were worried that it may be a little warm considering the heatwave at the weekend but the room was a lovely temperature and well aired. Room was also very quiet with no traffic noise.

A beautiful big room with a king size bed. Mattress and pillows very comfortable. Comfortable chairs to sit in. Our room was extremely clean.

It didn’t have a fridge. Not totally essential but as we had been self catering for part of our trip it would help.

Room 17 had sea view, was gorgeous. Lovely, large spacious and updated room and shower room, lovely staff. Had a full bed and single bed in room. Paid for a delicious hot breakfast (not incl but reasonably priced.). Had dessert at the pub night we stayed - in addition to cakes and other treats they make three kinds of ice cream sundaes (which is a hard-to-find dessert as well as delicious).

We loved it all. But no lift I think? Bed not perfect but I slept well.
