The location is perfect The staff were friendly and cooperative Room was clean when I checked in

Since I am a usual and returning customer : I see lots of things changed since my last stays . No slippers or bath robes offered which I find it too strange becusae I got them when I stayed in Jan , April and June same year. I had to buy them because I did not bring them with me with the assumption that yhe hotel will offer them to me as usual!!!! The coffee and tea offered were too humble compared to my last visits too Toiletries offered only when requested also strange It seems the hotel managemnt is trying to save money but from my guest prospective I did get the value of the money I paid Sometimes little details matter for the guests

Unfortunately we were unable to stay At the Citadines, South Kensington Hotel as they had a maintenance problem the night before. However, a Senior member of Staff rang on the morning we were going there and told us that we would have to go to one of their sister hotels. It was further away from where we had to be on that evening as we were going to walk there, and the hotel had already offered to pay our taxi to and from the venue at no cost to us. The hotel we were transferred to, Stamford Bridge London, was a nice hotel with excellent helpful staff. We had a walk the next morning along the Embankment which was lovely.

I would have like a cup/saucer for tea at breakfast rather than a mug, and a better choice of fruit as only had grapefuit and melon.

Located short walk away Gloucester Station. Amenities such as grocery store (Patridges) and coffee places in the area (Guillam, Starbucks). Clean, spacious lobby with friendly front desk folks. Laundry room available. Room was a lot more spacious compared to my other classmates' hotels in the vicinity. Short walk to Imperial College and other attractions such as Natural History Museum, VNA museum. P/S: Great Italian restaurant closeby.

Housekeeping only done once in a few days and charges apply if you request for more cleaning. I think I only had my room cleaned once through my 9 nights at the hotel.

Warm welcome, ramp access ♿ and the location for the Royal Albert Hall (we were attending an event there) and for Hyde Park. Would definitely stay again great to have the kitchenette and everything we needed was provided.

No towels in the room but reception sorted before we were back from the event so all good. I'm a wheelchair user and in the room we were allocated the sofa bed blocked access to the main space. Fortunately I can transfer and walk short distances so we didn't need to change rooms. If you need full wheelchair access within the room definitely ask them to double check if the room will meet your needs.

Location was the main attraction - it was a 8 min walk to my son's college residence. and in a safe easy to commute from locality. Train stations, bus stops and all sort sof shops and restaurants around. Close to the major a Neat and clean The front desk staff was very friendly at all times of the day and night. The coffee and hot drinks in the parlour was a bestseller at the end of cold and tired long days. Luggage storage was another plus.

For someone used to open spaces, the long narrow corridors to the room were a bit claustrophobic. But that's London for you. Price on the higher side for facilities

this hotel is in a wonderful position close to tubes and museums. The road has lots of shops and restaurants but not too busy. The Staff are friendly and efficient and the public area is comfortable with the coffee machine. We liked the information and space for recycling. Our room on the 6th floor was comfortable and quiet with lots of hot water and a very comfortable bed. The small kitchen was fine and everything worked. Mostly we were glad it was a quiet oasis. The Gloucester Rd tube is a very good choice with easy links to Paddington and Heathrow plus all stations inbetween for things to see. We were there for the Royal Marsden Hospital and that was close with an easy walk. South Ken Museums even closer

Our one bed apartment on the 6th floor was a bit stark and characterless and the TVs were not smart so no streaming. We could not find extra blankets and the coffee table was very small and hospital like - but overall these were not problems just observations. Both the heating and air con worked.

The room is really good, we love the location and the staff are friendly. We have been many times before and will return again no doubt in the future. In the context of London in accommodation we think it is excellent value.

The plumbing in our bathroom was not working properly. Strangely, the shower would not provide cold water so very difficult to cool down scalding hot water from both the showerhead and the basin. Management couldn’t rectify the fault.

Location, cozy and simple room.

I was asked for ID and wasn’t reminded in advance that it would be needed. I guess I just used to book apartments and forgot about the hotel rules, but I think things like that should be reminded to guests prior to their stay to avoid confusion. As for the room: there was no plugging for electric kettle in the kitchen and the wire felt warm and unsafe after plugging it to boil in the room. Towels were with some spots and should be better cleaned. Everything else was fine. Cozy and comfortable.

Great location Clean hotel Well-equipped kitchenette Safe environment

Only one lift was working during our stay, which led to long waiting times. No direct access to the 6th floor, which was inconvenient, especially with luggage. The main concern was the sofa bed: it was extremely uncomfortable and made loud squeaking noises with every movement. This cannot be considered a suitable sleeping option for an adult.
