The hotel is well located, it is a short walk from the bus stop and the metro is nearby too. The staff at the reception was quite courteous and understanding - we arrived at about midnight from a long trip and as one of us was sick, we were offered a late check-out. The breakfast was good and has a large variety. It is worth the money.

The location is excellent—easily accessible from all directions and conveniently close to major tourist attractions like the London Eye, Tower Bridge, and Westminster. It's an ideal spot for both sightseeing and travel ease. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all amenities functioning properly. Room service is prompt and reliable. Breakfast offers a good selection, though the dining area is quite limited in space, which can result in wait times for seating.

Good location, walkable to multiple train station and very near to St Pancreas station if you are coming from Paris like us. Good supermarkets and restaurants around as well. Daily breakfast was great and the manager on duty usually was very responsive to anything.

The room felt very crammed for 3 people with literally no space to walk. One could just stand or lie down. Some of the other staff could do with some hospitality training in how to respond to customers as we got a few responses that would be considered rude where we come from.

Rooms appeared to be recently refurbished so everything was very clean and fresh. Bathroom was spacious. Beds were comfortable. All amenities covered in the room (plenty of towels, extra pillows, tea/coffee making, etc). Breakfast had a very good spread and choice.

This couldn't be helped at the time but the renovations were still ongoing during our stay, which meant the exterior of the building looked a bit shabby and workmen were walking along scaffolding in the mornings. BUT we were notified of this and promised that no work was done after a certain time at night.

The room was perfect, comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. I loved the location too, so handy, easy to get to, and great sights on the way from Blackfriars Station to the hotel.

I found the breakfast disappointing, especially as a vegan. The hot food wasn't very hot, the hash browns tough and overdone. I would have had to request (and wait for?) veggy sausages rather than them being there as an option. I had hash browns, beans and tomato. Limited hot drink options too. I would have chosen a herbal infusion or a decaf oat milk coffee if available.

Staff is very good and friendly. Rooms itself are very small, room for family is same size as for couple, just with open sofa bed, so space becomes so tight that you can hardly move around, not to mention opening your luggage. Room was clean and warm, just too small and pillows not so comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Location is very good near metro station and millennium bridge. Provided that hotel costed 300eur/night with big discount, can’t really say is value for money.

Great location just a short walk from the tube. A fairly basic hotel but had everything needed. A Good breakfast is included adding to the value for money.

I feel the hotel would benefit from a better access system. One can walk straight in off the street and access the lifts to all the floors without being seen. If the lifts were room card or code operated it would add a sense of security. Rooms are accessed by a key card - these seemed get wiped easily resulting in a steady stream of guests heading down to have the cards re coded. Ours didn’t work by the time we hit from reception to the room. They could use a second coffee machine as the queue for the one they have gets long. Get your tea/coffee first or your breakfast will be cold by the time you get you hit beverage.

Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast available was excellent in quality and variety. Close to river and Blackfriars Tube ( over the river ). Staff were very friendly and obliging in every respect.

Despite requesting a high floor and rooms close together, one room allocated was on the ground floor and the other was on the First floor. In room 105 there was a dangling lampshade next to one bed which was at my forehead height ( I am over 6ft.tall ) and has the potential to injure someone. Flex from lamp to ceiling fitting could be adjusted.Rooms had no drawers or cupboards to put anything.

The breakfast was varied, and very generous as one could have as much as they wanted.

We booked one of the Accessible rooms, the only drawback we encountered, was that the access into the Bathroom was limited for someone who uses a larger Wheelchair. We don't all wear the same size shoes, likewise, not all Wheelchairs are the same size. The entry into the bathroom should not be limited.

Good location, close to the tube station, walking distance to a few touristic spots. Comfortable bed, great size of bathroom.

We had a problem with the hairdryer in the first day, called the reception, someone came, checked it was not working, and said in the next day a person would come to fix it. Nobody came, we had to ask again. The air conditioner was not working properly, we also asked support - like 2 or 3 times, nobody came. My partner was working from the hotel while I was out and used to go down until 2pm, so someone could clean the room. First day, nobody came. Second day, after he was inside the apartment, in the middle of the afternoon, they opened the door to do it.
