The staff, without exception, were attentive, courteous, and highly professional. It was evident that hospitality is at the heart of the hotel’s ethos. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the manager, Mr. Francis, whose warm demeanor and attentive care set the tone for an outstanding experience. His dedication to guest satisfaction was palpable, and his approachable manner made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. He is, without a doubt, a remarkable asset to the hotel. In summary, my stay at Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars was nothing short of excellent. The combination of luxurious comfort, impeccable service, and outstanding personnel—particularly Mr. Francis—made it a truly memorable experience. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this establishment to discerning travelers seeking exceptional accommodation in London.

The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Anything you want they will try to accommodate. The hotel facilities are very good although the bar area is a little small but there are other bar areas that we found later. The location is great and having worked in the area it was a great way to re-visit and see what ahs changed (not a lot!) The room is really spacious and although no view the large TV makes up for this! The bed was so comfy and huge and the room and bathroom spotless.

I am currently suffering some mobility issues following an accident and the height of the shower was a problem to exit from. This was not something I highlighted to the hotel in advance but maybe noting this on the description of facilities as may help for people with mobility issues.

Just what we needed for our weekend visit to central London. The hotel entrance is just across from the Blackfriars tube station exit, maybe two minutes' walk, and South Bank is five minutes away on foot. London Eye, OXO Tower, The Shard and St Paul's can all be seen from around the hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel was clean and quiet. Room was very comfortable and the drencher shower just perfect! Checkout was a wonderful midday. If I have one observation, it's that milk for your tea or coffee seems hard to come by at the otherwise excellent buffet breakfast. Fantastic stay, this will probably be our first choice of accommodation on our next visit.

V quiet and very large room right by St Paul’s Cathedral and Blackfriars station

Not much nearby in terms of restaurants etc. but just a couple of tube stops away or a walk

Staff very nice - rooms lovely and clean. Location excellent.

Breakfast very poor value. (shown to table - and that’s it - you fend for yourself and as a result I didn’t find the toaster until we were leaving and there was nobody to ask). For £30 per person I was expecting a properly cooked and presented breakfast, not a buffet - and a pretty mediocre one at that. Hotel was on the whole good - but let down by a sub standard breakfast offering.

Excellent property. Close to eateries, public transport, hop on hop off bus and Karen was amazing. Could not have asked for better accommodations & facilities. Bed was so comfortable and the complimentary sparkling water was a bonus. Only negative was the Chinese Restaurant- food poor quality / could taste the raw flour coating on the calamari and it was like chewing rubber. Overpriced and would not recommend at all.

It looked nice, clean interior and multiple lifts so no delay when going between the room and the lobby.

There was quite a lot of roadworks/building works in front of the property. One of the lifts also didn’t display correctly when going to the 7th floor (the buttons usually light up but for one lift, the light didn’t come on so wasn’t initially sure it was working, the lift worked fine though, far from “complaint worthy”. The place was great.

We arrived late due to our flight into London being delayed. After check in the member of staff on reception rushed down to the kitchen to arrange club sandwiches so we didn’t miss room service (which was literally just about to close). We really appreciated this as my wife and I were very tired and hungry. The staff here are always so friendly and helpful and really do go the extra mile. It is always a pleasure to stay here.

Everything was perfect as you would expect from a Hyatt hotel.

Room was good, breakfast fine. Staff were all excellent and hotel is in a great location, very convenient for transport

The only issue with our room was the heating/AC was a bit unpredictable in that room temp per the thermostat was usually 21-22 degrees despite us setting the room temperature at 19 degrees. We had dinner at the Chinese Cricket Club and were a bit disappointed with the portion sizes for the main dishes.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and exceptionally clean hotel. All amenities in room were excellent. Personally find the colour scheme very restful. The bean shaped sofa within the room was great for seating 2 very comfortably.

Ordering breakfast in-room was complicated with tiny print on my iPhone. Gave up and decided to go down for breakfast instead but food was excellent!
