Hotel is in a safe and convenient localisation , within a walking distance from tower of London, tower bridge, st Paul's Cathedral, the shard, borough market etc. In room you get tea, basic cosmetics like shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner (but they're not regularly refilled and that may be a little discomforting), bathrobe- we run out of a shampoo in the middle of our stay , although I think that if asked - the stuff being so welcoming as they were ,would help us with that with no problems. Breakfast was fresh, tasty , although not cheap, we paid 25 pounds for one person . Windows let the wind through, and you could feel drafts around ankles (we stayed in december), also water although hot, sometimes wasn't hot enough. Additional bed , more like a couch was made with two separeted mattresses and they tended to drift apart during night and you could fall in between them Overall I would recommend it for short stay , but for that price I really expected more.

Great location, really good breakfast, and the best staff. Ben at the reception was very nice and he helped us with all we needed.

Toilets in the room bathrooms without enough privacy. Not comfortable at all.

We stayed at the hotel for a week, and the breakfast was exactly the same every day. The only vegetables offered were cucumber and tomato. Some small changes to the breakfast would definitely make the stay more enjoyable. Another point is that room service starts early in the morning, around 8–9 a.m. One time, we returned from breakfast around 8:30 and ran into the housekeeping staff. So, be sure to leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign when you go for breakfast, to avoid having to wait for cleaning.

The hotel was nice and located in the center of London, close to major attractions like the London Eye, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, and Big Ben. There are also tube stations nearby, making it easy to get around the city. One great positive was that even though we arrived before check-in time, the hotel had availability and kindly gave us the room earlier.

On the downside, the hotel could use some maintenance, especially in the bathroom. The shower was old and not working properly (though we didn’t request a fix or a room change). In general, the room felt a bit outdated.

No room facilities replenished on day 2 had to ask late at night when back from a very long work they did however more than obliged - Thankfully Room service let themselves in at 9 on day of check out and made a work call very uncomfortable .. not good, and well before check out time whats more she could see i was in a meeting and i asked her to give me 10 mins .. she then tried to have a conversation which was a real problem and i had to apologise and leave my client meeting

Great location near London Bridge metro station. Super close to Boroughs Market, London Bridge, Shard, and Shakespeare's Globe. Easy walk across London Bridge or even Millenium Bridge to St. Paul's and Tower Bridge areas. Room was very clean, and beds were comfy. Fold out couch easily accommodated two people. Friendly staff and quiet room. An M&S foods within short walking distance, (<5 min), which helped cut down on breakfast and lunch cost, saving money for dinner out. We would stay here again.

Couldn't find an outlet in bathroom. Room is small for four people. Shower is slippery. (You can request a bath mat, but it was basically a towel, which prevented the drain from functioning properly).

It was our second time in this hotel as we liked it a lot. Breakfast was excellent, a great variety of healthy and 'yummy' choices! There was a nice smell in all areas of the hotel which we liked a lot! The location was very convenient with London Bridge train station close by (getting to Gatwick was very easy), Borough Market, Tate Modern and the Globe nearby. It was also quiet, the beds comfortable and we slept very nicely.

Unfortunately, even though we had sent a message to the hotel beforehand asking for the non-transparent option in the bathroom, this was not the room we were given upon arrival. However, the receptionists were very polite and gave us an alternative. We will certainly stay here again when in London.

Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast plentiful - very good choices. Rooms clean and fresh towels every day. Lovely reception area, good bar and well laid out. Quiet street area. 10min walk from London Bridge tube station and the fabulous Borough Market. Advice - when coming out of the tube station leave at the Borough Market exit as it saves time getting to hotel. Back entrance of hotel and through car park, takes you to tube station quicker.

Hairdryer in room isn't great for drying - take your own. Hotel is too far away from theatre land for me but that's my personal preference. 1hr walk from Westminster.

Location was excellent . The rooms where very clean, check in was seamless and check in staff where extremely helpful. Nice bar are and breakfast was very good.

Housekeeping entered my room without knocking at 8:30am to inform me check out was 11am and to vacate to room. I told the member of staff it was only 08:30am and just be out by 11:30am ever so rude. Shame as overall my stay was quite pleasant other than the rudeness of housekeeping.

Generally the Hotel is good from check-in/out, helpful and attentive staff, rooms (size, cleanliness) and breakfast (food and service was decent). The extra bed was surprisingly very comfortable!

These are minor issues, but house-keeping is a bit inconsistent: - Complimentary water was not re-filled after the first day. - Requests for bath mats from the online app was not fulfilled after the first request. - Subsequent room cleanings seemed to miss certain replacements of towels or bath mats (important for a family stay)
