The hotel was beautiful, the room large and clean, the receptionists did an absolutely awesome job at customer service. The beds were very big and super comfortable. The hairdryer was great too. The location was perfect. Additionally, the reception works even at night and the receptionists are available and ready to help at all times, even if it means helping with a big spider in the middle of the night.

The bathroom could use some refurbishment and it was very narrow. It would also be fantastic if the room had a microwave, but it's completely manageable without it. Overall, a great experience.

The location was exceptional! Local amenities were great and only 4 stops to Oxford Circus. The Aparthotel very handy if you needed to heat something up in the microwave or keep drinks cool. Very neat set up for a solo traveller. Good ventilation through a number of windows if you need to air the room out. Overall happy and would definitely stay there again.

The size of the ensuite bathroom is challenging for a tall/ larger person. The shower head had a habit of falling off the hook. At times you could hear other guests walking around or above you, although it was not a deal breaker. No toaster, would have been nice to make toast mornings.

Location is the best about this hotel, safe area, near shops, resturants and 2 big groceries the MS and Saisbury plus 2 underground stations different lines 6 mins walk and 10 minutes walk to the famous Hyde park. Rooms was nice comfortable good size for 2 person only and very clean and I salute the housekeeping staff they were the best out of many hotels I been around the world , spotless clean and organized. The kitchen utensils was awesome all complete and if you need extra they will kindly provide more, I like the wats app contact if you need any help from front desk instead of calling. I need to mention the 3 kind front desk staff round the clock Mr Abdul Aziz Mr Samson and Miss Saakiya all were welcoming , always smiling, concerning and very patience with guests, they make me feel like one family. Coming from airport or going to airport best to walk 10 minutes between hotel and Paddington station to get Heathrow express which is comfortable. I highly recommend staying this hotel especially to first time visitors who is new to London . For me in the future this will be my first choice whenever I come to London

1 The sound proof room a bit annoying at certain times but didnt bother me a lot. 2 About the kitchentte just be careful when washing the dishes try not spill any water to the stove area as it is very near and electric black out may occur which happened to me only once and was careful after that 3. Please note the tv is not smart TV so luckily I brought my reciever to see netflix and you tube

Nice hotel in a quiet area. The room was perfectly okay for this type of property and the general area you're in. If you want a bigger, more spacious room, expand your budget. It is perfectly adequate to lay your head down for the night beds are comfortable enough. Liked the fridge in the room there was also a hob which maybe useful for long term stays. I think a microwave would be more useful. Staff I met (although didn't interact too much) were friendly and pleasant.

There was no real window in the room there seemed to be a sealed door with curtains and a little rectangular glass panel up high over the sealed door. Normally, I wouldn't like a room without a window. But this didn't feel claustrophobic and found a fan in the room, so it made the room less stuffy. But I would have preferred to stay in a room with a window I could open.

The hotel is in a great location (there are 3 metro stations within walking distance), the hotel has wonderful service and efficient staff. The staff is absolutely wonderful and friendly, going out of their way to make things perfect for your stay. I was surprised of how professional and kind are all of them. I especially want to say a few words about Saladin at the reception, he is a really the best in this hotel! Everything was amazing: clean and cosy rooms, comfortable bed and perfect pillows, fast lifts, good wifi. This will be my home anytime I am in London. Thank you.

The room was bigger than expected and had enough space for luggage, desk and had small refrigerator and kitchenette to cook along with a kettle. No breakfast was included in the rate which is why it was cheaper than other rooms in the area. Front desk staff were excellent and helpful. Any hotel in London with an elevator is always a plus. Lots of towels in the bathroom. Rooms very clean. Internet was fast. TV connection had all the stations but was maybe satellite connection or something so was slowish. The walk to Paddington station is 20 mins and to Bayswater station is 8 mins.

The shower doors were designed to only let thin guests in. If you were a bit chubbier you really needed to suck your gut in to squeeeeze thru the glass doors to get into the shower. This was the design of the shower doors in my room but the manager showed me it was not the same in all the rooms. As this is an older building the floors creeked so you could hear the guests in the room above you.

Very good location near transport points & restaurants/groceries stores, quite neighborhood, friendly staff, room cleaning everyday, no problems with heating. Value for money, booked 2 months in advanced for the beginning of March and for comparison I could only find basement rooms with no windows and tiny space even though were better looking or slightly better located (even more expensive). Looked for 7+ reviews, usually I do 8+, but London's price for quality is quite high compared to other EU's capitals/city destinations.

With a little investment this hotel could get a lot more for them and guests. I think the kitchenette is useless to the majority of guests, in the middle of civilization you don't really want to cook (I would run a feedback to see how much is used) and sometimes could even trigger the fire alarm (guess this woke us in one of the mornings). I would use that space for guest's storage. Bathroom & TV upgrades would really make this hotel a 9+.

Staff - some of the friendliest hotel staff I've ever met :) they were willing to assist with anything they could. Cleanliness - It was very clean. The kitchenette and toilet were basically spotless. Kitchenette 'amenities' - The room I was in had a fridge, kettle, plates, mugs, essential cutlery and a small saucepan. Some dishsoap and a sponge was also provided. Room size - As a single traveller, it was fine. For my parents (in a different room), it can feel a little bit crammed but it serves its purpose as a place to rest/sleep after a day out.

Bathroom/ toiletries - Bathroom was fine but the shower had a little smell like a "damp smell". Hand and shower soap felt a little irritating on the skin. Placement of furniture and sockets - Most of the sockets available in the room were fully or partially hidden behind furniture which made it difficult to access (to plug in chargers, etc.)

Absolutely gorgeous area. Staying down the basement it's highly recommended. very quiet. Sam on reception and a few other staff looked after every need. Absolutely thrilled that we stayed here. Very safe area.too. peaceful walking around. Great pubs cafes supermarkets transport.

Ground floor twin room very noisy with a joining door, paper thin. Sam looked after us immediately and changed our room for the basement which was absolutely sensational.

The location was very good. We could walk to the subway stations easily, there were a lot of food places nearby. Hyde park and Kensington palace were within walking distance. The rooms were small but clean. Most rooms in Europe are small. It was fine for my daughter and me. There was a little area for cooking if you want to cook although it is cramped. We didn’t really need to cook although one evening my daughter did heat some instant noodles. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was one man in particular in the evenings that was very helpful and gave me a lot of information. When we would come back at night, he would ask how our day was. All the staff was kind and helpful. One lady that worked there even helped my daughter to carry her big suitcase to the taxi because my daughter was carrying so much stuff. The staff here at this hotel are exceptional.

I can’t think of anything right now that I didn’t like. I guess the one thing I can say is that sometimes you can hear a little bit of noise through the walls but it wasn’t really bad and didn’t really bother me much. I bring earplugs so if something bothers me, I just put my earplugs in. I feel like most hotels can have that happen though.
