The location was brilliant, the beds were comfy, bathroom was brand new. The night porter was friendly. Instructions for check in easy to follow

The room was really cold, the radiator was on the whole time but we did struggle to get it warmed up. It's a little bit tired especially compared to the bathroom, but comfy nonetheless. There were no toiletries or hairdryer which are always handy, and it could use a full length mirror. Overall though was great to use as a base for the weekend.

Clean & comfortable. Lovely modern bathroom. Convenient location a reasonable walk from West Jesmond Metro station. Liked that it was keypad entry (although we did meet a member of staff on the premises)

It is basic and good value for money. It was quiet and clean, bathroom and shower clean and worked well. It is fine for a budget stay. We just needed a place that was reasonably central to sleep and get showered and turned around and it was fine for that.

It is a budget place so you et what you pay for, but it is perfectly good for the price

Fairly basic Hotel at a great price and in a great location for both Jesmond and the town Centre. £6 Uber into town. Jesmond is a lovely place with cafés and restaurants and bars.

New, large bathroom. Comfortable beds. Coffee/tea. Helpful and kind gentleman who worked at the front desk.
