The room was very nice. Very clean and acceptable. The breakfast was Very good. The biscuit and gravy was awesome. The young lady named ( Laneece). was so welcoming, polite, and helpful. Her attitude was better than the people serving at the front desk. She smiled at you and was very helpful. She deserves a paid day off!!!!!

Well honestly, I felt the greeting upon entering was very dry. They appeared to be more interested in their phones than (the paid customer)... I also had a plumbing issue and when I asked the lady down stairs if she could ask maintenance to plunge the toilet while I was gone... She said that she could "give me a plunger" for me to do it myself I am assuming?? Well to my surprise when I returned back to my room, the issue was still there. Never had that happen

From the receptionist to the cleaning personnel it was fantastic. Their courteous attitude was really amazing. The place was like a paradise. I already recommended it to some friends. 👍👏🏾

maybe the parking spaces were kind of small. Honestly, my son and I did not expect that much of the place when we entered the parking lot after a terrible night in a different hotel.

The nearest convwnience store is 3/4 mile away. There was prople who guests there who had marijuana reeking from under their room door (considering this is a smoke free location) Some of the guests that was government subsidized rush the breakfast area, rush to fix plates (plural) and take them to their rooms..uncheked ny staff. Rooms desigmated for 1 or 2 visotors have 5+ people in there as i saw ome person check in and later brought in 6 through a side door.

I was under the impression that there was a restaurant on the premises.

I love how comfortable it was inside the rooms and breakfast was pretty good.

I did not like how I didn't feel safe for my stuff in the car and the parking situation in the back. Also how there's no cameras watching our car if someone does break into it and we can't even walk in the back doors they weren't working we got to walk all around the front.

My deposit is not refunded weeks after checkout. The lack of trust knowing I came out of the country and my card can not take a refund. Same problem staying in SONESTA. My door had issues throughout my stay.

They accepted pets which is a huge plus for us. There is a fee, but that's understandable. Room was a King Suite with Kitchen. Room was comfortable. Staff were very nice.

Asked for a receipt upon check out. We've never stayed in a hotel that would not give us a receipt of our stay regardless of booking through Booking.com.

This is our fourth stay at this location and it has never failed to satisfy. We volunteer at the Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child processing center in Charlotte, and this location is at the opposite end of the street; very convenient! Tip about the breakfast - If you disassemble the breakfast biscuit (separate the biscuit from its contents) and use the toaster in the room to toast the biscuit, and then warm the contents in the microwave for about 30 seconds, it will taste much better than relying solely on the microwave. The hotel is still dealing with the whole covid/caronavirus panic, so the very nice breakfasts that were available during our first stays are now a thing of the past. Breakfast last year was presented in a paper bag, so they are improving. This year the meal was presented in a compartmented plastic container and was nice, but it's not quite the same as years past.

Loved the complimentary breakfast and the amenities/size of the king suite was amazing.

It would’ve been nice if the tv had the capability for apps like Netflix or to connect an iPad to watch movies, but the channel selection was nice.
