My stay was alright. I spent five days, and while there's nothing noteworthy to mention, the housekeeping staff were helpful.

The front desk staff's communication style can be bothersome; their speech resembles that of army officers rather than casual conversation.

Location is amazing, metro is just 3 minutes walking and mall is near and walking distance . Staff was very friendly and helpful .

Whenever i come to Dubai i stay in this hotel , its been almost 7 years i come to this hotel but unfortunately this time the room had small cockroaches!! And daily i used to find cockroaches in the bathroom which made me uncomfortable during my stay and i had to clean sanitize and clean the bathroom myself as it had a lot of dirty spots. And also the ceiling had a lot of dusts. Unfortunately i wasn’t satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and i don’t think i will stay in this hotel again . And they need to work on the check in process as it takes so much time also.

Good food available and very tasty. The lifeguard happy to order us food and drink in the day from the restaurant. Close to main restaurants to go out to eat and we had no issues getting an Uber when wanting to go more in the centre or to the airport hotel. We were on the highest floor 7 and could not hear the rooftop bar or any noise at night.

There were only 3 sunbeds so my partner had to sunbathe on a chair a whole afternoon’s as there were large Russian families with towels on beds and not using them. Check in took about 30 mins as the boy in front of us had an issue with his credit card.

The breakfast was a choice between popular continental, Indian, Chinese and Arabic dishes. Mr Azhar, the F&B Manager was welcoming and ever smiling. Mr Dinesh the Chef made delicious omelets. The breakfast was a great beginning to our day. Thanks to Mrs Rafseena at the travel desk who helped to plan our unforgettable vacation.

Mr Samarit, (not sure of spelling), who was the executive at the customer service desk was quite unsmiling and curt. All other staff were very cheerful and smiling to help. As we were a senior citizen couple (aged 74), we felt the interaction unpleasant.

last time i visited they kept 200 AED as security Deposit and they informed me it will be reversed to my credit card which i used to pay ,but still didn't received ,even after couple of month still not received

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and every visit confirms why it’s my top choice. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome… specially to Rachelle who never fails to say “welcome back ma’am” every time I see her. If I remember correctly my last visit was in Oct - Nov last year, I always feel welcomed and it felt like home when I see either her and the other two Filipino ladies (i cant recall their names.. i guess Ann? Im not good remembering names.🫢) I never have to ask for anything twice, and any request is always handled promptly. Its good to see improvement as well. I used to call and asked for slippers and dental kit… now they got it all ready, I no longer need to call reception.👍🏻👍🏻 This hotel’s customer service truly sets it apart, and it’s the main reason I keep coming back.

Wifi signal wwas weak… needs an improvement in that department.

It was my family’s first time to stay in this hotel and we had a fair share of great first impressions. The room was very spacious and facilities were clean. Service received from reception was also exceptional. Thank you to Rachelle and Mary Anne. Hope to visit again next time!

Both check in and check out took much longer than expected, despite having 2 receptionists already available at front desk. It would be better if there is a designated person assigned for check out (like most hotels). The manager on duty was present on the reception area but was only there to ask the guests how their stay was. Usually they should also help with the process especially when the queue is getting longer.

I like the location, it's near to everything I need specially I'm a little bit picky with food, I don't like spicy food but in that hotel they serve western, oriental, and always adjust depends on guest request. The staff Havendra, Anu and the supervisor Ambrich are all very helpful and accommodating. They always there when I needed something. Havendra always makes it a point that he clean my room and refill everything in the room when he sees that I finished my water, tissue and towel is always new and clean. Really this hotel is a choice if I'm going back for business again.

Nothing. When there's problem they are always ready to help and fix, so there is nothing I don't like.
