The location was the best part. Right on the river walk.

There was no breakfast. When booking this hotel I specifically looked for hotels that offered complimentary breakfast and this one came up. False advertising. Also, we upgraded to a river walk view but the room we got smelled like urine. Housekeeping tried to clean up but there was still a slight odor. Also, there is So much construction in the area, it was an eyesore.

Location was good,very good access with the riverwalk.

Didnt like the parking. It was not free parking even for guests at the hotel.we have to valet park that costs additional 55$.The parking spot that they have in the hotel costs 35$ as well and you have to pay everytime you come out from the parking spot,thats why we decide to do valet for unlimited acces.Parking should be free tho.Valet or not, it was not free.

Overall a wonderful stay! Comfortable beds and pillows "to die for" as my wife said. Great location, great live music in every direction with nice areas to chill and enjoy the moments.

I have only 1 thing I think yall should check into. That is the shower water pressure and temp. Shower got warm but I enjoy a nice hot shower and temperature just didn't reach the level.

The location was excellent. We visited each of the restaurants and the staff at each were efficient and friendly. Durty Nelly's was really fun. The Valet staff were incredible,especially Ruben! He was just so outstanding. He offered suggestions when we had questions. He gave us water and even offered to get us coffee. We were there for my grandson's BMT graduation and I was so touched by the sincere congratulations that Ruben offered to him.

The laundry facility could use serious updating. The product dispenser did not work and the dryer did not dry.

Great location on the river walk. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

Our room had a view of construction equipment, and the workers started their day very early in the morning.

Perfect location, nice clean rooms, friendly staff, absolutely loved the breakfast place and the irish pub.

The AC lacked some to be desired, and the bathroom had no fan. The staff was excellent other than the battery died on our safe and I was locked out. Staff moved slow and we were in a hurry to get to state basketball game. When the staff arrived to replace the battery, which I was not mad about, the lady said my roll of quarters for laundry could have "jammed" the safe. Stupid comment, that did make me mad. Overall, not a big deal, it all worked out. I'm a gym guy so I would have enjoyed a sauna or hot tub, also not a big deal.

Right on the River walk! Great location. Clean & comfortable hotel room. All of the staff were so helpful and seemed to be in a great mood. G.A at the River’s edge restaurant was GREAT!!! So helpful. Nothing to do with the hotel but wanted to add The Christmas parade was a disappointment and not worth it. Just go to San Antonio during the holidays but the Christmas parade is not what you think I would rate it 2 out of 10 not worth $100 for seats

I didn’t like the thermostat display the temperature in our room. It was weird. Just make it normal not in Celsius and Fahrenheit

The room had a bad smell the whole visit...

All of the staff were amazing and very welcoming! So funny - my family was still on the way while other family had already arrived at the hotel. We chatted - and my aunt actually said - oh my I feel like a celebrity here. Everyone at the hotel extra nice and welcoming…kept asking if anything needed. We loved our stay. The holiday decor absolutely beautiful. My husband and I also had drinks at the bar - also amazing. We will be back!

Always hate to pay so much for parking, but realistically the area is limited on parking and it’s the going rate.

Elevator availability was not good.
