Great location, service and clean. Wonderful staff. Easy to get there off the orange line boat stop less than a block away. Easy to get around Venice.

Can’t beat the location. The rooftop bar was nice especially around sunset. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and air conditioning.

Location and the interior..very clean modern and cozy

Not to complain but be aware that the walk to hotel takes almost 25 mins from main station ( who will complain abt a walk in Venice ?)...alternatively take water bus to rivalto bridge stop and then its few mins walk to the hotel

Great hotel. The hotel is an old fashioned Venetian style hotel which was what we were looking for. Most rooms still have a proper key to open the door which you hand in when you go out. We had a deluxe suite which was lovely with a balcony which was definitely an added bonus. Not much of a view as it’s not on the canal but just nice to be able to stand outside. Room was good size and bathroom was huge. The room was clean and bed was super comfy. Staff are super helpful and so friendly and they all seem to know you when you walk in with a big smile and hello. The hotel is in the best location in my opinion as it was walking distance from everywhere lots of shops and restaurants nearby you go over lots of small bridges and walk down lovely little street. The hotel had a lovely roof top terrace also which was great after a day of exploring to come back and have a drink in the beautiful sunshine. All in all perfect for us 😊

Breakfast was really disappointing

This hotel is near the Rialto Bridge, San Marco Square, the Grand Canal, plenty of restaurants. The room was clean and pleasant, the fridge stocked with nice refreshments. The staff left us a welcoming basket of fruit our first day. A moderate sized room. Venice hotel rooms in general are not spacious. The hotel itself has a sweet, clean aroma, noticeable in the hallways and stairwells. I think it might be the carpeting, which looks new. Breakfast was served in an attractive room, with pleasant music and a buffet of plentiful and varied foods. There is a nice bar on the roof, with a view of the rooftops of the neighborhood.

Another great stay at this hotel. Rooms are nice, location fabulous. Can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff are, so kind & helpful at every turn.

Carpets in rooms need deep cleaning or replacing. Not the fault of housekeeping, who are excellent. Weird that they hand copy your credit card # to a little piece of Post It style paper at check-in. Asked about it & they said I could watch them tear it up at end of stay, but who had access to this written # during my stay? Don’t remember this practice during my first stay there.

Good location, very beautiful room.

Didn't love having to leave and pick up keys at the front desk every time you come and go, but other than that it was a lovely stay.

Location was perfect and closer to all the major attractions. Front desk staff was friendly and helped give good advise on what to see around.

Breakfast was not value for €15, the private taxi from the hotel to the train station (S.Lucia) was only €70 one way (hotel to train station). That’s how much we payed when we returned back and the hotel front desk helped us arrange the water taxi and helped with the luggage all the way to the ferry. That is exactly what they did when we went in to the hotel from the train station. But for the first trip ( train to hotel) they charged us €250 which we felt was not fair.

I stayed here with my wife and two adult children for three nights at the end of our most recent two-week stay in Italy. We wanted something central so that the kids could see Venice for the first time and this hotel fit the bill. The beds and pillows were our most comfortable for the duration of our two weeks here and the staff was accommodating and fantastic in helping us find water taxi booking out to the airport. The rooftop was quite enjoyable, but also slightly overpriced even for Venice.

The breakfast is a bit overpriced for what it is and I’d skip it.

Perfectly situated, very close to the Vaporetto station from and to the train station, the Rialto bridge, the Duomo, the Gondolas, in the center of everything. Beautiful room and spacious and bright bathroom, all clean and comfortable. Double bed could a bit short for someone tall, but it was really wide! We had room 304 which had a large balcony in front of the bed, with a nice city & landmark view, and the bathroom also had access into the balcony. Good soundproofing, no noise from outside or from other rooms. I would recommend it, and would come back here anytime!
