Ordered room service didnt turn up for over an hour as ran out of order but didnt tell me, BUT when i inquired hotel supplied food and drink free. Gutters blocked causing rain to hit window cill making loud noise, i put towel on cill to dampen noise lol. Please clean top of vending machine on 1st floor next to lift, its minging.

Facilities were fantastic, with a welcoming Reception and great pub and restaurant environment! The free weekend parking was a BONUS, and with plenty of parking spaces there was always a spot for us. Really impressed with the cleanliness of the heated pool. And the bed comfort was 10 out of 10!

The location of the hotel for getting in and out of the Coventry Arena was not great, 15 minutes drive and had to go through the town. The extract ventilator in the en suite was not working, but this wasn't too much of an issue for us. Also it would be nice if access to the gym and heated pool was free for hotel quests.

I liked the size of the room, and the facilities, room service, starbucks, gym and Pool (although I didnt get a chance to use them). Upgrading to Club room was great apart from guests in the room above banging around it was lovely and quiet. The water bottle was a nice touch, but if the rooms booked for 2 should there not gave been 2 bottles.

There was only 1 set of towels even though I'd booked the room for 2 people. The pods for the coffee machine weren't replaced so once I'd used them I was left without any for half the stay. The only cups were for expresso coffee meaning having a cup of tea was an issue. The coffee cups and spoons had been left in the sink with water in them and not cleaned. Not enough toilet rolls. Luckily my travelling part couldn't come in the end but if they had it would of been a but awkward with only 1 set of towels.

I liked the check-in process, the on-site facilities and general atmosphere, the attentive staff and the fact that the lift was fast and rarely delayed! The outside terrace was very welcome and parking was ample plus free at weekends.

Our window had a noisy aircon unit outside which meant we could not sleep with the windows open. The room was very stuffy as a result. The position of the hotel was absolutely excellent for our night out but in a more general useage it might be felt to be too far from any alternative places to eat or drink.

The location was great. We travelled without a car but there's a bus stop right outside that took only 10mins to get in and out of the city centre and for only £5 all day each which was great. Food was fantastic and it looked like there was a lot of great events on. We never attended the leisure centre but plenty of other guests seemed to be going and what I did read about it, it seemed very good.

From our room we could hear the carpark which normally wouldn't bother but on this occasion someone was revving their engine. Obviously this isn't the hotel's fault, but just as a heads up.

Me and my partner booked a last minute stay, we stayed in a clubroom so had free access to the pool , sauna, steam room, gym, it was amazing , so relaxing, we got free late check out, the hotel has a pub and grill also Starbucks, has everything you need if just wanting a chilled weekend, location is good too not from from the centre, and 12 minute walk to shops and restaurants, its our first time here and will be definitely staying again, they also do tribute band nights.staff we're all friendly.

That wasn't anything with disliked, our stay was 10/10

Room was well equipped, bed super comfortable. I unfortunately had to dash each morning before breakfast time, so I cannot comment on the quality of that!

The only problems I encountered was my first room smelled very moldy and mildewy. It was coming from the bathroom. I let the staff know and they moved my room as soon as possible. They were very attentive and apologetic. It didn't have to do with the cleanliness of the room, it was just a basement room that maybe didn't have great ventilation.

The room was basic, but served us well. Very good bathroom. The male staff member in the reception area who checked us in was very friendly and very helpful - a credit to Village Hotels. For us, customer service is very important. Parking was very easy and free - this was a Saturday afternoon.

Not keen on the faceless auto-check-in facility. A lot of guests standing around with luggage and unsure what was happening, but thankfully a male staff member turned up and ensured a smooth and friendly check-in experience. Likewise, when we checked out, unmanned reception area, but thankfully, a very friendly staff member arrived to help us with this process.

Excellent gym and swimming pool. Check in was fantastic and the room. Great options for breakfast, very enjoyable after a hard gym session!

Room above us decided to spend all night running around their room, very strange but not the hotel's fault, it was also pretty hot because you can only open the window and inch. Bit chaotic trying to order dinner in the evening due to bar being busy, and the staff didn't ask who was next and served people out of order.

Room was great and clean, bathroom was nice and cleen and shower worked with good water pressure. Staff at reception was very nice and kind and helpful. We watched the Euro24 final at the bar and there were a lot of external guest but all was very well managed. Our food arrived in time and all as expected. Breakfast was good and plenty and staff was very kind! GYM + SPA was great well I didn't use the GYM so don't take my word for it but it did look nice. I used the pool and spa and was impressed with the facilties! sauna was spacious, hot(95C) and dry and the jacuzzi (x3) was nice too. Wi-Fi was avaiable everywhere and there was enough bandwith for all so when all guests were using it - it still worked absolutely fine and fast.

only thing was it was very hot and we couldn't cool it down even with the 2 fans provided. It did cool down a bit later at night so we did get enough sleep. There should be an option to fully open the windows.
