Pretty much everything - except access fro my mobility scooter Unfortunately some o the long corridors to the guest rooms had an awful lot of doors to navigate (yes I know some had to fire doors) but were all of the necessary - this was just inconvenient as much as time consuming. The worst thing was though Having a Set of Steps - halfway to the room - which were impossible to mange on a mobility scooter - and there is no way a single person would mange unless they were able to get up and carry their scooter/wheelchair down them. HOWEVER SEE BELOW)

Ass much as there were some physical issues that made things impossible for many in a wheelchair or confined to using a mobility scooter - The Staff Were Amazing - they apologised for the room Allocation - from what the staff said and how they phrased the4ir response - it sounding like part of the hotel may well of been set out slightly differently and not have the barrier of the steps in the corridor. best suggestion DOUBLE check when booking and perhaps ring ass well as email to notify the venue of your individual needs as it could be there are rooms that are Fully Accessible not just partially accessible.

The staff were friendly, the decor was clean and modern. The breakfast was nice with good veggie /vegan choices. Great to have a fridge in the room. The ai on and decor was lovely and modern

It was noisy at night. Was woken us several times over the weekend by noise from nearby clubs. The queen size bed was fine for me as a solo but wouldn’t have wanted to share it. The room was quite dark as is often the case with hotel rooms

Professional friendly staff, modern and immaculately clean bedroom and bathroom. The shower was amazing and for a city centre hotel the room was incredibly peaceful. As a light sleeper being undisturbed makes a real difference to my stay especially when I have an early start the next day. Breakfast was lovely and the ambiance in the restaurant was calm and ordered with a wide range of options and decent coffee.

There was nothing to dislike.

The suite was very clean. Lovely bath in the room and separate bathroom with shower. Extremely comfortable bed with very soft linens.

The lighting in the bathroom was quite cold. Breakfast had a really interesting menu but the presentation wasn't great. My style than substance. Should be more continental options. Coffee wasn't grea.

The room was a good size, Comfortable and clean . Breakfast was lovely as there was a cold buffet and an assortment of hot meals to chose from which were all cooked freshly for us. Excellent!

The only little disappointment was our room was very dark as the fire escape was outside our window but have to say it did not spoil our stay and will return again.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the staff were very kind. However, on weekends the nearby bars/clubs play music extremely loud until late at night. Even though the hotel has soundproofing and it’s not really the hotel’s fault, the noise is still very strong and makes it hard to sleep.

Everything was fantastic. Clean and comfy.

Yhe only downside is the holding deposit not being returned sooner. 7-10 working days to be returned to me ia ridiculous as it was out of my account instantly. With todays banking capabilities, I think it's really poor. I would be more understanding if it was 1or two working days. 7-10 days is ridiculous.

No dressing table. Only one mirror but next to bed so no space to sit (bed far too high to use ) & do hair/make up. Terrible lighting too No hanging space for dresses

Just wish all hotels would put in showers instead of baths it use be easier for staff to clean ,who as time to fill a bath up if it just 1 or 2 nights so much quicker jump in shower .

The room was fab and very clean, very modern and spacious. It was so close to the city centre so I definitely recommend it! The staff were friendly and they have a gorgeous restaurant/bar within the hotel as well.
