I had a fantastic stay at this property in Gold Coast! The location is amazing, right in front of Surfers' Paradise beach. It's super convenient to walk to Cavill Avenue, where there are plenty of cafes, entertainment, pubs, and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen has upgraded appliances. We stayed on the 47th floor (room 4703), and the sea view was breathtaking! I highly recommend Room 02 though, as it offers both Sea and City views, especially stunning at night! The hotel has parking available, making it even more convenient. Overall, a great experience!

I asked for an early check-in, but unfortunately, the room wasn't ready until 2:10 pm. When I entered, it seemed like the cleaning was rushed—the floors were wet, and it felt like they had just finished cleaning. I wish the room had more utensils in the kitchen. Parking was a bit tricky at first, but once you get used to it, it's manageable.

I stayed in Two-Bedroom Apartment Sky View for 3 nights and it costs a total of $2,451 and a $300 bond was charged on your credit/debit card before the stay. In addition, it’s also the third tallest building after Q1 and Meriton Surfers Paradise Ocean. The reception is on the second floor, where HYDE Paradiso Bar is also situated on. If you enter from the front entrance, there are lifts that you can take to the reception (HYDE). There were a lot of people checking in and it took me about 10 minutes to wait for the people. Besides, oncierge service is available for guests. When it comes to the public transportation, the nearest light rail station (Cavill Avenue) is only a few hundred meters away. The hotel is surrounded by priceless ocean and beach, a diverse array of cafes, restaurants, and shops. The biggest shopping centre in Gold Coast, Pacific Fair, can be reached by light rail and get off at Broadbeach South. To begin with, I did request for a room higher than level/floor 55 and to my great satisfaction, I was allocated to room 5902 on level/floor 59. The grandiose scenery on such altitude really catches my “Soul” just like the name of the hotel. It’s definitely worth the money to stay and the breeze from the ocean makes it even more legit. You can see through the entire southern Gold Coast clearly, including Coolangatta, city jungle with Q1 being the protagonist, and southern west to the artistic residential areas with Nerang River. Furthermore, the shadows of the buildings casted on the ocean in the afternoon around 15:30 in July are quite stunning and underrated. On the other hand, the interior has good-looking decor and two bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. The balcony turns out spacious and much bigger than equivalents in most hotels and apartments. To top it all off, since I was a child, I have been inspired by how cool and tall Soul looks and always wanted to stay here for once.

Nevertheless, it’s the only shortcoming that is several spider webs on the balcony, but everything is perfect except for that.

Peppers is in a prime location with excellent ocean views, the facilities were nice, and the size of the room was exceptional, I highly recommend it for families staying longer than a week, because you really do get the space required in the rooms. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The gym was amazing

The price to stay at Peppers is completely unreasonable for a 3rd floor apartment. The room service comes from a restaurant attached as did the breakfast and it really didn't meet the standards of what you would expect for the price they are asking for. The pool areas are run down and could do with a refurb.

The rooms cleanliness needs improvement. Upon arrival we found rubbish under some of the beds, a used slipper under the couch, a dirty sponge left in the bedside table of the master suite, a BOOGER was wiped on the walls of a bedroom. We were on the 20th floor room 2001. There was garbage chute that was poorly maintained and leaving a god awful smell through the entire hallway. The garbage chute room was messy and foul. The smell was hard to deal with, we had to hold our breath every time we left the room and waiting for elevator was awful. I expected an other standard considering the price paid.

Loved the view, room was perfect, bed was very comfy. Facilities were also amazing as we had up to 10pm to be able to swim which is a bonus as I love a night swim.

My overall stay was amazing, however, my included breakfast package let me down as I was expecting a buffet, not just a continental breakfast, perhaps you could add this on your website as I was not aware and assumed it was a whole buffet, in saying this, I am still happy with the service I was provided. Overall, the food was delicious and was worth those extra dollars for the duration of my stay. No complaint.

We had advised our arrival time and hoped to get in a little earlier but was not in until after 2.15pm. Found the reception staff a little rude when checking on the time that the apartment would be ready. The gentleman who bought the keys down to us when was ready was very polite and helpful We had to ask for the shampoo and moisturising to be refilled

Best location in surfers paradise and amazing views, we stayed in 2 bedroom skyline view apartment The apartment is specious and modern The staff are simply amazing I forgot a large amount of cash in the apartment and Reece the Assistant Manager was very very helpful by taking the extra mile locating it even it has been cleaned out from the room and was mixed with the rubbish as it was inside closed envelop

One staff member was very rude and not very understanding as my hubby had to go in to get key ,as I am in a wheelchair chair and he was treated as some sort of bum of the streets ,we had just traveled 11 hours in a car and was tired and exhausted and they made him go back to our car 4 times for his id then card then my id then my credit card and the and then stuffed up our room number , so by that stage we were getting very upset and we also have a 6 year old that wasn’t happy and the staff member was not compassionate at all and no apology for the stuff around
