Surprisingly, we liked everything! Very helpful staff - we arrived late (the hotel organized a free transfer from the airport for us) and Artur met us at the reception. Very helpful, patient, explained everything to us, told us about the excursions that we later actually booked. Very clean rooms - they cleaned and changed towels. Delicious breakfast, although almost the same every day. And one more important point. March 17 is my birthday, and although I did not ask the hotel for a gift, in the evening they presented me with a bottle of wine, strawberries and cakes. It was very nice and unexpected!

Several times there was no hot water, it heated up gradually.

The staff at reception were very helpful and kind. We couldn’t stay our last night due to unexpected work commitments but we were offered a compensation by including free breakfast or the option of using that night on a future occasion. We also had our room cleaned upon request at odd times like 6 pm.

Sad to say we asked for a simple glass of tap water at the cafeteria as we were on our way out one evening when there was a single employee who replied she first needed to squeeze and serve a few servings of orange juice before pouring the glass of water- for the only clients who were there apart from us - . After waiting for 10 minutes we walked out, and looked for water elsewhere.

Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great with good proximity to tourist activities and transport. The breakfast had good variety and was delicious. Overall, it was great value for money and we would stay there again.

Some of the hotel facilities like doors, and fittings were in poor condition and just needed a bit of maintenance. The cleaner didn't change our bin from previous occupants, and forgot to put towels in our room and refill water. These weren't major problems for us and the staff at reception were happy to rectify immediately.

Clean, comfortable, lovely and helpful staff! I particularly liked how spacious the room was, and the building looks beautiful and well kept.

We weren’t able to get twin beds and got a double despite requesting it weeks in advance. There were very few electrical plugs (only 2) in the room, which isn’t ideal when you’re staying with someone else. Especially to charge your phones or if you need to use your laptop. The plugs were also awkwardly positioned, far from the beds. I also didn’t like that they ask for a 50 euro deposit on arrival, which I wasn’t aware of, but we did get it back.

The hotel is located in an excellent location. Close to the subway station, as well as a beautiful park. We were welcomed very nicely. As a welcome gift, we received a platter of fruit and wine. The hotel has a very nice and helpful staff. The kitchen is prepared to meet the needs of people with food intolerances, which should be appreciated. Breakfasts offer a wide variety of baked goods, it would be nice if there were a few more vegetables. Our room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is now undergoing renovation, with work going on here and there - which is a positive thing, as the bathrooms, for example, need to be refreshed (at our bathroom the toilet flush was leaking). The main drawback of the hotel's location is the noise from the street (this can be a problem for people who are light sleepers). The noise is made both by the railroad (operating regularly under the neighboring bridge) and by garbage trucks operating at night (the charms of a big city).

The breakfast was good. Some days, 3 days I was Not able to go to breakfast and the hotel staff says since it was book thought Booking.com they refused to reimburse me. So I kind of lose 3 days paid for 2 people for breakfast. So think 🤔 before you pay 💰 in full for breakfast.

The carpet I. The corridor should be removed cause it look 👀 dirty. But the room was nice and big and clean and the water bootle was so artistic very beautiful 😍 it looked like a bottle of fine liquor but it was water 💧. The hotel staff was so nice to give and refill us two bottles per day for free . I love their availability. One day they clean the room at 8 PM 20:00 🕗 too nice 😊

The room was comfortable with good air-conditioning. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a nice view from the room - only across the street really but looking onto beautiful buildings whose façade caught the sun.

There was piped music in the room (radio, I think). I didn't realise this at first, and for a few hours I thought that the music was coming through the window from a nearby bar or café! I then realised what it was and that you could adjust the volume or turn it off!

Staff were excellent. Instantly welcomed and made to feel relaxed while checking in. Took time to provide information about the city and how to travel to the main attractions. Room: Clean, good sized bedroom, generous toiletries provided, clean spacious bathroom with bidet facilites. Breakfast: All you could want - fruit, cereals, yogurt, hot food, great variety of pastries, cakes and breads. Location: Good location, set off the main street. Easy access to the Parques Metro station and also close to the start of the Gray Line Bus Tours.

The coffee provided in the machine wasn't to my partner's liking - he said it was too much like instant coffee. The street outside on both nights was noisy around 12.30 am x 5 minutes when the bin lorries were collecting bins/skips and workmen calling out loudly to each other - I went back to sleep, no issues.

It was a pleasure to stay at Turim Europa during my Lisbon vacation and I am very pleased with my choice. What I like from the beginning, there was availability for early check-in. The location is near Parque metro station, the blue line which in my opinion is the most important. The room was even better in real. We had everything needed. Big and comfortable beds and pillows. Big thank you to the lady who cleaned our room 210 (Hilecia) sorry if I didn’t read the name correctly. And to the end - check-out, we had to storage our bags, because our flight was late in the evening, again thank you!

The hotel is very nice and for our time in Lisboa it was good for us. In general, the rooms are comfortable, we had breakfast and it was delicious and the staff was excellent. They answered all of our doubts and gave us recommendations on what to do in Lisboa.

The air conditioning was not working very well in our rooms, and although we tried to adjust the temperature, it didn't work. Also, consider that this hotel is 30 to 40 minutes walk from the historical city center and 15 to 20 minutes in the car.
