Breakfast was very good. Nice to have full breakfast options. I just wish they offered different meats each day. Waffles were great. Cleanliness blew me away. Walked around in white socks and they never got dirty. Bathroom was spotless with no soap scum or mildew anywhere. All staff was very welcoming!

The TV’s in common areas play Fox News and made people uncomfortable which was visible to anyone paying attention. That alone was enough to start the day off on the wrong foot. I do wish they had outdoor pool available, indoor pool could get a little noisy.

I absolutely loved how clean the room was! The amenities were great. Room was fully stocked with plenty towels & toiletries. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing! I love the buffet style! Kid friendly. Loved the hot tub! Location was perfect! Tv had great selections. They even provided a crib for us for free!

The indoor pool was cold. Definitely did not feel heated. The beds were very firm. I think it’s ridiculous that you can’t vape or smoke on balcony. I feel as long as one cleans up afterwards it should be fine. The elevator made a scary noise every time we road but was essentially fine. Also my booking on here said I was supposed to have a spa jacuzzi tub in my bathroom and I did not. Not sure if that is a booking mistake or hotel. But overall great clean hotel!

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and updated and the beds were very comfortable. I was very impressed with all of it. The pool and pool area was very clean and well taken care of. I was very impressed.

Honestly the only thing that was bad was that they're was some kind of sports car show and the cars were driving up and down the road all night long so we didn't get much sleep. Not y'all's fault but it did kinda mess the stay up a little. It's ashamed to have such nice rooms and comfy beds and not get to enjoy it because there's a bunch of idiots drive up and down the road making horrible noises and blocking the parking lot so you can't pull in but other than that it was great.

How quickly staff responded I personally sleep with AC on freezing my significant other needs heat lots of blankets he offered to go to front desk to pick up extra blanket and they brought it quickly. Location was extremely good everything we wanted to do was either 8-10 miles either way

Everything was cool only complaint breakfast the gravy was ice cold we were there 3 mornings each morning same thing but there is a microwave to warm it up on top of your biscuit.

The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. After a quite unsettling experience at another hotel late into the evening when we first arrived, we came straight to the Comfort Inn and the front desk staff went above and beyond for us. Not only did they check us in right away but they were also able to accommodate us in the type of room we wanted. We will definitely be back!

Several of the doors were hard to access using our key card.

The location was great. It is a great value if you just need a place to sleep. Beds were good if you do not need plush mattresses. It was great for my back. We did not eat breakfast. Loved the mini kitchen in our room.

Jacuzzi appeared gross with lots of foam/bubbles on top with guests rubbing them all over their bodies then entering the pool. Balcony needs some updating. Rails very rusty. Door to balcony needs new paint. View from the balcony was meh but we did not spend much time at the room so that didn’t bother us much. We were on 3rd floor and 1st floor room directly beneath us smoked (not cigarettes) on their balcony and came straight up to us. No waters in the vending machine. Front desk said the wrong size bottles were brought and they were waiting for right size to fill the vending machines.

This property is one of our favroite place to stay in Pigeon Forge. so when we're planning a little get away we search to see if this property is available. We have never been dissappointed when stay here. this hotel gets a 10/10 from my family and I always and a big ups to the front desk gentlemen Richard I think that's his name. He showed all around good customer service. Thank you.

Breakfast was always great, room was very nice, staff were all great and friendly

Our smoke alarm went off at midnight one night and we had to locate maintenance guy for help but he was great. Also the key cards didn't always work may need an upgrade or something. The hot tub stopped working. Probably due to alot of younger kids playing with the dial

The staff was very pleasant and the rooms were very clean. It was also very close to restaurants in case you did not want to drive. The breakfast was very good- got a real breakfast with eggs, sausage and waffles along with fruit, yogurt and your choice of pastries. Orange juice, apple juice and another breakfast drink. Loved our stay!!!

There was nothing I can say I didn’t like.

We checked in later in the night and it was a breeze. Front desk attendant was quick, friendly, and informative. Room was spacious, water stayed hot through four showers. The facilities, room, pool, breakfast room, elevators, everything was clean and there was always someone cleaning within the hotel during our stay. Staff is friendly, location was great. Breakfast served every morning. There was some renovations going on during our stay, but it didn't effect us at all. Definitely would stay here again for future visits!
