I absolutely loved how clean the room was! The amenities were great. Room was fully stocked with plenty towels & toiletries. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing! I love the buffet style! Kid friendly. Loved the hot tub! Location was perfect! Tv had great selections. They even provided a crib for us for free!

The indoor pool was cold. Definitely did not feel heated. The beds were very firm. I think it’s ridiculous that you can’t vape or smoke on balcony. I feel as long as one cleans up afterwards it should be fine. The elevator made a scary noise every time we road but was essentially fine. Also my booking on here said I was supposed to have a spa jacuzzi tub in my bathroom and I did not. Not sure if that is a booking mistake or hotel. But overall great clean hotel!

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and updated and the beds were very comfortable. I was very impressed with all of it. The pool and pool area was very clean and well taken care of. I was very impressed.

Honestly the only thing that was bad was that they're was some kind of sports car show and the cars were driving up and down the road all night long so we didn't get much sleep. Not y'all's fault but it did kinda mess the stay up a little. It's ashamed to have such nice rooms and comfy beds and not get to enjoy it because there's a bunch of idiots drive up and down the road making horrible noises and blocking the parking lot so you can't pull in but other than that it was great.

The location was great. It is a great value if you just need a place to sleep. Beds were good if you do not need plush mattresses. It was great for my back. We did not eat breakfast. Loved the mini kitchen in our room.

Jacuzzi appeared gross with lots of foam/bubbles on top with guests rubbing them all over their bodies then entering the pool. Balcony needs some updating. Rails very rusty. Door to balcony needs new paint. View from the balcony was meh but we did not spend much time at the room so that didn’t bother us much. We were on 3rd floor and 1st floor room directly beneath us smoked (not cigarettes) on their balcony and came straight up to us. No waters in the vending machine. Front desk said the wrong size bottles were brought and they were waiting for right size to fill the vending machines.

We checked in later in the night and it was a breeze. Front desk attendant was quick, friendly, and informative. Room was spacious, water stayed hot through four showers. The facilities, room, pool, breakfast room, elevators, everything was clean and there was always someone cleaning within the hotel during our stay. Staff is friendly, location was great. Breakfast served every morning. There was some renovations going on during our stay, but it didn't effect us at all. Definitely would stay here again for future visits!

Air conditioning TOO LOUD!! Street lights from parking lot shine directly in my eyes while in bed. No way to darken room. This building will be renovated soon. Hope these issues will be resolved as I enjoyed staying here. Need pancakes and bacon at breakfast. Not always waffles and sausage. My kids wouldn't eat a bite, so we weren't able to take advantage of the breakfast.

The location and my room was ready before check-in time so when I got there and hour before check-in my baby was desperately ready to get out of the car.

The towels at the pool were to cheap and little. I mean I’m an adult the towel didn’t do anything and would fit around me. I had to use 3-4 towels to dry off just a little.

Elevator was slow,stairs were on opposite ends of hallways,Laundry was in another building with no signage(I seen) no snack machine located on our floor,pool area felt hot and stuffy

Everything was very clean and comfortable.

The key cards didn’t work very well. My car was hit by an inconsiderate individual that didn’t even have enough decency to leave a note to apologize. Suggestion: Offer some different items for your breakfast bar especially on the meat selection. Not everyone is a fan of sausage and it was served every single day.

The breakfast was nice, we all found something we wanted, and with four kids, that is difficult! The staff were all very helpful and kind.

I wish there was a little bit more space in the rooms, but we stayed only one night and didn't have a problem.

The location was excellent, right near the road up to Dollywood and in the middle of Pigeon Forge. The breakfast was hearty with several options, including good coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave along with a sink, rather than having to use the bathroom sink for water and to clean out mugs.

Everything was solid. It seemed like an older, but well maintained hotel.
