Our stay at Altis Avenida Hotel was just perfect. We booked a Deluxe Double Room and they upgraded us to the Presidential Suite. The room is amazing, with a huge terrace overlooking Praca do Rossio. Location is excellent. The room was very spacious and clean, equiped with everything you need. They have a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view, perfect to have some drinks and a nice dinner. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a morning flight and they were so kind to prepare a breakfast box for us. I definitely recommend this lovely hotel and we will definitley come back, Thank you so much for making our stay in Lisbon so amazing!!!

Absolutely fantastic hotel in every sense. Beautiful facilities, very comfortable rooms, epic view rooftop restaurant, but most of all, incredibly kind and customer centric staff. They took care of us unlike any other hotel in a very long time, anticipating our needs and ensuring out stay is memorable and comfortable. And the location! In the heart of old Lisbon, with walking distance to all attractions and sights. Every recommendation. This is what I consider a 5-star experience!

All about our stay was super fantastic and we plan a next stay during New Years Eve 🤩 The Hotel Manager Carolina, welcomed us very nicely, explained everything about the hotel and its amenities and surprised us with an upgrade and even a surprise gift in the room, wow!🫶🏻 The rooftop at the 7th floor offers a nice panorama view, cool drinks and great food. The bed was super comfy, the location at the heart of Lissabon and friendly people all over the place. Make sure to not miss your chance for check-in for an amazing experience 🙏🏻

Our stay at the Altis Avenida was exceptional. The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. A special mention has to go to the staff who went above and beyond to provide us with outstanding service from the moment we checked in and particularly after I had a fall which resulted in mobility difficulties. The fact the staff regularly checked in on how I was doing showed a great level of care and made us feel very welcome and looked after. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon and we look forward to coming back to stay soon!

The location of the Hotel was fabulous. Very central so very easy to walk to most places or grab a taxi (Taxi's were very cheap compared to the UK!) You can also catch a bus or tram too. The rooms were amazing and massive comfortable beds too! Breakfast was brilliant, so many choices and we would definitely recommend the eggs benedict - yummy, yummy. The sparkling wine was also a very nice touch x There's also an amazing "Roof Top" terrace with outstanding views, probably the best in Lisbon. The Team at the Altis Avenida Hotel were absolutely outstanding. They made you feel like royalty and very special. They really couldn't do enough for you. We would like to make a special mention to the "Front Office Team" in particular, Leonor, Claudia & Marco. They "stand out" from the crowd and the Altis Avenida Hotel are VERY LUCKY to have them! There really wasn't anything that we didn't like!

It’s often a gamble when picking hotels, there’s so many to choose from. This one is absolutely flawless. We definitely made the right choice. Staying here was an absolute treat as it was my wife’s birthday. We did get a free upgrade but even if we hadn’t this hotel would be worth every penny. We LOVED the art deco decor, was like stepping into the 1920’s but with all the modern luxuries. The breakfast was superb and the staff could not have been more friendly. The bar on the top floor does some outstanding cocktails all with an impressive view, do not miss out! In the spirit of balance I would generally suggest some improvements but hand on heart, there is simply nothing I can say. There’s a real danger you won’t want to leave the hotel and explore the city. Lisbon is one of my favourite cities to visit and I would not hesitate to stay here again. A massive thank you to absolutely everyone who make the stay so special. See you again soon.

Fabulous hotel with superb facilities, including a rooftop restaurant and bar where you can enjoy excellent breakfasts, cocktails or meals, whilst enjoying panoramic views and beautiful sunsets. The staff are always friendly and helpful and we have been so well looked after, especially by Daniel and Inês, that we keep returning again and again. The hotel is situated in the perfect location for exploring Lisbon, or if you have mobility issues, as the surrounding area is mostly flat. Highly recommended.

Free upgrade was a nice surprise

The location was perfect! Central, safe and convenient. Our room was spacious and so quiet and dark for sleeping! Bed was perfect. This was a birthday trip and the staff treated us exceptionally well! Beautiful champagne and cake for my wife’s birthday and lovely wine and treats as a thank you at the end. True five stars - and the roof top bar is awesome! Splendid!

It was old hotel, but very clean and comfortable. Staffs were very kind and helpful. We reserved two rooms for our family and they were connected! Inside the bathroom there was a small plastic chair so it was really good for my old parents to sit down. Beautiful hotel with good price, so I will definitely visit again.
