It was our first visit to a B&B and we were not disappointed. Julia and John were most welcoming, they did everything to make our stay in the area amazing! They arranged a bus tour of the ring of Kerry for us that was fantastic, we would never have found this tour company on our own. Breakfast was cooked to order and the house was so very clean and comfortable. Staying at Ashbrooke house was a great choice for our stay in Killarney.

We were made to feel very welcome and the facilities were very good. Breakfast was prepared to order and was plentiful and tasty. There was adequate safe parking and the run into Killarney was straightforward although it was necessary to use a car as it was too far to walk. The local pub, the Sherwood, served good wholesome and very reasonably priced food. Travelling a little further into Killarney opened up a whole world of gastronomical delights albeit parking could perhaps be a little difficult.

Wonderful location for exploring the area. The hosts were great. Breakfast was large and wonderful.

Our rooms were small, but that was 100% my fault. When booking, I didn't change the number of guests from 1 to 2, so we were assigned smaller rooms. They were still comfortable and, since we were really just sleeping and showering there, the rooms were fine.

The host was absolutely amazing. They were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast choices were great and the food was delicious. It gave us the opportunity to taste and enjoy an Irish breakfast. The shower was nice and hot.

The room was small for two people but that was definitely our fault. We should have requested 2 rooms.

Location was great for the town centre & local places of interest. House & garden were immaculate, hosts were absolutely lovely, Julia was very friendly & knowledgeable about the area. Emily the daughter was so helpful with my dental emergency, & directions. Breakfast was delicious. Room was serviced regularly. Bed was super comfy. The facilities were amazing. Ample Parking. Julia could not do enough for you. Both Julia & John met us on arrival, & Julia saw us off. We were sad to leave but will highly recommend, & hope to return one day.

This property is well.located, a short drive from Kerry Airport and Killarney. Ample off road parking, large bedrooms each with a very nice bathroom. The hosts are amazingly helpful, knowledgeable about the area and provide a fantastic breakfast. We will visit Killarney again and Ashbrook will be our first choice for accommodation.

I struggle to think of any reason.

A superb B&B in Killarney. Super comfortable and the hosts were fantastic. Really lovely breakfast each day we stayed. Facilities included a large guest lounge and great off street parking. We highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a welcoming, comfortable and classy place to stay. 10 out of 10.

The property was spotlessly clean and Julia and John were very welcoming and made every effort to please us all. Breakfast was made to order with a good variety and plentiful. Julia provided us with information on places to go, with maps etc and patiently took care of our every need. I would highly recommend their BnB to anyone travelling to Killarney.

Lots of parking on a spacious block . Clean facilities, with use of lounge area if needed. Friendly & welcoming hosts. Delicious breakfast with extensive options. Best accommodation of our trip to Ireland. A good base for exploring Ring of Kerry and around Killarney. Many many options for eateries in Killarney, and shops are open well into the evening over summer.

A wonderful stay in this easy to find B & B made our holiday even more special. Julia made us a wonderful breakfast every morning which was a great start to our day. You will need a car to get there but we used it as a base to the Ring of Kerry. Beds were very comfortable too. Supermarket not that far away

We feel it was a perfect stay, so no improvements needed. 😀
