Its location is good. 15 mins from central train station and less than 5 mins to Grand-place. Food quality and variety on breakfast is awesome. The chief was very helpful in preparing boiled eggs specially for our 10-months old. Room service (House keeping) was excellent.

They didn’t offer bottles of water in the room upon arrival which seemed a little strange as most branches of Holiday inn express provides free drinking water bottles in the room. While it’s not practically their fault, but it’s impossible to walk from the train station with luggage as the rood is cobblestone.

Breakfast was not the best, but not the worst. The croissants were very, very good and the coffee machine with all those different coffees was very nice as well. It’s convenient to have a little bit of something before you go out for the day.

Everything was nice, beds were comfortable. Nice big walk in shower. Nothing spectacular but I think pretty much you get what you pay for price was right ..The only thing housekeeper needs a little bit more training. They never left enough towels, and there was two of us in the room, one day we didn’t have the wash towels another day. I had to dry myself with a hand towel because they only left one large towel…. I’m sure if I would’ve called they would’ve brought one up, but it was too late. I was already in the shower when I noticed.

The room was very spacious, had everything and more what you could need and clean. The staff were very friendly and always attentive - we had a few issues when we first got there and they got them sorted quickly. The location is great, within short walking distance to most attractions and the breakfast was lovely. Always being re-filled and cleaned constantly.

The room was for 3 people and when we arrived the sofa bed hadn't been made up and the extractor fan in the bathroom had fell out however these were quickly rectified. The sofa bed wasn't particularly comfortable and squeeked with the slightest movement but okay for a couple of nights. There was alot of noise coming from the lift as it was at the back of the room and the bar wasnt very well stocked. Most of the drinks were either were out of stock before we got there or ran out during which was a bit of a shame as it was a lovely atmosphere.

A lovely modern, clean hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. A good selection of foods for breakfast and in a pleasant and spacious dining area. The bed was very comfortable. A good size room and aircon that works really well. The shower was great, a nice big walk in shower with good water pressure. The location is great and a very easy 10 to 15 minute walk into the city centre with all of its attractions. I would definitely stay again.

Only that there is a lot of road work going on in the area around the hotel, but of course this is only temporary and the work being done is only during the day so didn't disturb us at all.

The location is perfect to explore the city center on foot and there are 2 metro stations nearby.the room is spacious with very comfortable beds.breakfast is very good with many options and very fresh croissants !the staff is friendly and helpful, they organized a taxi transfer to the airport for us.

As it is in the center with many tourists around there is noise at night.bad sound isolation from the windows and too much noise came from the road at night.we had a room facing the road and opposite a building where people had party on Friday and Saturday night...but we used our earplugs so we managed to get some sleep. Maybe the rooms at the back are more quiet...we also didn't found the pillows firm at all...very soft to our taste , but we bought pillows from a nearby shopping center and used them to sleep well.so if you like firm pillows bring your own and certainly bring earplugs...

Convenient Central location. Comfortable rooms, a mini refrigerator could have helped though.

Charging €1.75 per day for an adapter. C'mmon, atleast for those staying 4 nights, a good complimentary gesture would have been appreciated. Paying almost€700 for the stay and then, while €7 doesn't kill, doesn't leave a good taste either. A deposit would have been appropriate.

Nice mattress. Nice shower and bathroom. Room and bathroom are well cleaned. Very fast internet. Room is not big but it's good enough. Simple and good breakfast.

The entrance of the parking lot is tight and requires some maneuver expertise for big cars. TV is new but there are just few channels available and HDMI connection is not available. Room temperature control doesn't work. I set to 23C and still blowing a cold air. There is no wardrobe in the room. Room was not ready at the check in. We had to wait.

The location is in the historic centre, many restaurants are near..The bed was enough comfortable and clean. The limited selection of food for breakfast was tasty. There was a kettle in the room. Comfortable and clean bathroom.

I didn't check it during the booking and was surprised that there was not a safebox, and mini fridge in the room. In fact there was not any wardrobe in the room. But the only thing that was honestly disturbing, was the cool air in the bathroom (probably from the air conditioning system)

Excellent location, just a a minutes of walk from Grand Place. Quite area, however in just a 2-3 mins of walk - lot of opportunities to grab something to eat. 5 mins walk from metro station (travel from airport takes 45 mins by bus and metro). Very friendly staff, clean room, everything was setup according to our wishes. Good value for this price. Highly recommended.

As said - hotel is superb, there is some opportunity for improvement in breakfast - was OK, however after 4 days - it was just boring. And room could be a bit bigger (and have some more place to store the clothes), however everything concerning facility was clearly stated in the offer. Therefore I would say more towards 9,5, than 10 in rating.

The location of the property is its best asset. It is 1/2 minutes walk to the Christmas markets, a few minutes walk to the Grand Place and there is a metro line just over the road which you can take for forward travel to Brugge. Shops and restaurants all around. A small bar and cafe directly outside. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean/comfy and hotel was generally clean and tidy.

Breakfast is a small continental one, choice of 4 cereals, some cold meat and cheese, bread, 3/4 pastries and boiled eggs. I don’t remember this being well advertised at the point of booking and had it been would have most likely chose another hotel as our group likes to have a full selection at breakfast especially at the price it was. I was in room 222 and the noise from the road outside was loud enough to continuously wake me up during the night. The windows don’t seem sufficient to keep the noise out.
