The location was good, with ample tram and bus links into the centre. Our 11th-floor room was easily reached with a suite of three elevators. Reception was open 24 hours.

Although presumably secure, our room door wouldn't fully close tight. The room features a bunk-bed arrangement which would suit a couple with a child but we didn't need it. We swapped the pillows around so we weren't sleeping with the extra bed above us, to guard against banging our heads! The bathroom sink & mirror are in the main room which is okay but surely these could have been in a separate bathroom. The shower and toilet are in separate areas with intervening doors but not the sink.

Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center of Bern, transportation is really easy. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel, so you can easily reach anywhere in the city. With the reservation confirmation from Booking.com, you have free transportation to the hotel, which is very convenient. Additionally, a detailed email is sent about how to reach the hotel, so you don’t have any questions.The staff at the reception are very helpful and friendly, and you immediately feel at home as soon as you arrive. During check-in, they also explain in detail how to use Bern’s free public transportation, which is an extra bonus. The room we stayed in was a double room, and both the room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. The area where the hotel is located is quite quiet and safe, so you can comfortably go out even late at night. Overall, we had a pleasant stay that exceeded our expectations in terms of both comfort and transportation.

I stayed for one night and had a great experience. The room was larger than expected, actually more spacious than it looked in the photos and located in a very central area, which made getting around easy. I had requested a cot, and it was provided without any issue. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. Excellent value for money, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

The shower floor was a bit slippery, so a non-slip mat would help enhance safety. Also, there was only one power socket near the table and none near the beds, which might be inconvenient for some guests. Despite these minor points, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. The location was great, and the practicality of the room was well too. The view from the window was great too, it didn't feel like we are in the middle of the city. Parking the car was no trouble either. The staff was very friendly and we got all the information we needed. The city public transportation ticket which came free of charge with the room was a nice bonus, we utilized it during our stay. Breakfast was great as well.

The toilet seat was on the small size to my taste, but it was no show stopper! ;-)

Nice room, clean and tidy. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Very easy access to the city center, although the hotel is located a bit outside. They offer free transportation in the city, even for the first route from the station to the hotel.

I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay or for someone who plans to spend at least some time in the room, as it us quite small. The bathroom door does not offer much privacy, so keep that in mind if you are not very comfortable with your co-traveler.

We stayed in one of the rooms on the 12th floor overlooking the horse ranch. Our room was spotless and the room size was adequate for two people. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, offering us local recommendations. There's a water dispenser, a microwave, disposable plates and cutlery on the first floor. We shopped at the market and ate dinner there. We didn't buy breakfast at the hotel, so I don't know about it. We'd love to return!

Great budget option - room was spacious and shower and toilet in room was functional and clean. Staff was hugely helpful, especially one person in reception who went above and beyond to find me a working converter plug - hugely appreciated. It was super convenient for us in terms of being close to the stadium, but it is also very easy to get to the centre using a tram and bus - taking about 20 minutes or so.

Loved the location and the accessibility of the city with the public transport pass provided. Our stay was only three nights but felt longer - in a good way. Looking out the window was enchanting. Breakfasts were good but better value on level 1 and in an expensive city like Bern really worth it. The room itself was basic but pleasant

The privacy factor with the shower (glass frosted door) is worth knowing about depending who you’re travelling with but not a deal breaker for us at all.

The hotel is located in the Expo area, but it’s very easy to get to the Old Town. There’s a train stop right across from the hotel, with trains running every 2 to 5 minutes. It’s very easy to get around the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very polite and helpful. We had a great time in Bern and will definitely come back soon.

Very good location, near the tram station ,10’ from the centre.The hotel gave us a card with free unlimited access to public transport of the city . We bought extra brunch because we didn’t choose it at the beginning, and it was great and tasty .

We were 3, and we had a see through shower that wasn’t very comfortable. The shower also had an issue when you had shower with a lot of pressure, the bathtub was clogged and the water was pouring out. Also the rooms were a bit smaller than they are at the photos . They look more with a cabin of a ship .
