The location is excellent and the room I booked has a kitchenette. The hotel provided beyond my expectations of kitchen utensils and electrical goods. A SMEG toaster, high spec Nespresso machine, cooking knives, salt and pepper grinders, washing up liquid, tea towel not to mention the usual plates, cutlery, fridge and many more. The shower’s water pressure was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my room overlooking the Geneva station seeing the wonderful trains pull in and depart were an added bonus. The staff were amazing. A few days before my arrival I was sent the link to register for a free Geneva transport travel card. When I checked in, they asked again if I have received the free travel card information. They were so meticulous, going over and above to ensure I have a sensational time during my trip. I had a marvellous time in Geneva and my stay at this hotel further enhanced my delightful trip.

The staff are friendly and helpful, gave good recommendations. Loved that we felt welcome from the very beginning to the end. We also got free public transport tickets to use around the city, which was a nice touch. The room was clean, confortable bed and pretty much all you need for a nights sleep. Breakfast - although very basic, but very fresh. Freshly baked pastries, boiled eggs or omelette, some charcuterie and salmon... what else one needs for a breakfast that starts your day ☺️ Breakfast starts very early which is great for those who want to take a day trip to Chamonix or Matterhorn. Great location, train station, bus station, the lake, and attractions all within walking distance.

It seems there is an issue with drainage in the sink, which left a lingering drainage smell in the room. The room rates are pricey for what you get in the room, but I suppose it's just the way Geneva is. Most hotels were the same price category. And here is me thinking that the luxury hotel I work in is expensive 🙃

This is a nice, well maintained hotel. The rooms were kept very clean. The beds were very comfortable with good pillows. The A/C worked well. It's close to the station, a short walk from the lakeside, and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The reception staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 7th floor, at the front of the building. There was some traffic noise when the window was open, but the efficient A/C meant that this wasn't a problem.

The air conditioner only offered heating but not cooling during the time of my stay. It was too hot during the night time. Unfortunately, it is too noisy from the railway if I opened the window. It would be good to have the option of ventilation only for the air conditioner during non summer months. In fact, the rail view is enjoyable for train lovers. The shower was with strong and hot water. Appreciated it.

Very well located right next to the train station, got an upgrade to the 8th floor with a great view of the lake the "Jet d'eau" of Geneva - great coffee machine, free chocolate, big bed, great balcony to bask in the sun enjoying that coffee in an early morning, toiletry provided was great.

Not sure if that door for the rather small (but comfortable) toilet/shower is needed, with a super strong "snap close" system that hit my toe and knee on two occasion :-D

Rooms are good and clean, comfy bed. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly.

If you are a light sleeper, make sure you don’t get the room with the windows to the train tracks (which was my case). The staff was very understanding and kind, but the hotel was full. They suggested to relocate me to the room on the floor above, which I decided not to do as it would have been the same. So if you don’t care about the noise, it’s a great hotel.

Small lift for 4 people, x 2 and other guests determined to fit into the lift with you even though the door will not shut. The lift can only accommodate 2. Having to create solutions myself for staff who work in. Staff employed in a 4* hotel should be able to problem solve for simple requests. Crockery can be replaced with clean ones, the reception staff forced the cleaner to come and clean the crockery when she was about to finish her shift. The receptionist made it seem as I was forcing her to stay when in fact they could have circumvented all of that and provided clean crockery for the kitchenette. Do not appreciate the gaslighting. Please train staff adequately to problem solve. There seems to be tensions within the reception staff.

We loved our stay from start to finish! The check in was easy and we managed to check in earlier as our room was ready, the decoration of the hotel was beautiful and our room was lovely! We got tea, coffee, shower things provided and a comfortable bed with a decent view. Very comfortable, relaxing and a good base for our trip being very near the main station! Thanks

The location was perfect, the reception staff were very friendly, and the room was super comfortable The room was very spacious especially the bathroom which I liked more (the toilet is separated from bathroom ). I visit Geneva very often, 3 to 4 times a year, I stayed in various hotels, but this one was awesome and I will definitely come back again next time
