We like its location though we didn't have sea view rooms. Its breakfast (which was served in their neighbouring sister hotel) was good and satisfying. The main problem was 2-3 minutes walking distance through hotel car park. My family enjoyed swimming in nearby sister hotel too. It was not noisy and we had a comfortable stay after all.

The fact that for breakfast we had to walk to the other hotel. Also, getting to our rooms in the back side of the hotel was not quite straightforward and we had to find our way through couple of doors and corridors.

The receptionist Ben was really friendly, polite and willing to go the extra mile. As the electronic system was not working he offered us a room with a view of the sea as it took a little longer to check in. He was always willing to help. The breakfast was good and slept like a baby in the bed

There was a receptionist their in the morning who was quite rude and unhelpful. Her manner was the complete opposite to Ben. She even seemed quite hostile when you spoke to her. I also don’t believe you should pay for parking when staying in a hotel think it’s something to consider changing.

Saff are friendly they always asking us if how our stay. The place are perfect clean and beautiful you can just walk going to beach and they have beautiful views from hotel.

There's a limited time to enjoy the facility specifically pools and gym.

I liked the cozy room, clean and with what we needed.

I was disappointed that the carpark outside the hotel needs to be paid for in addition. I have never had that before. I thought I was coming for a well priced one night stay, while when I arrived I had to pay £20 for the car park. The next morning I went to the swimming pool in the next door hotel and had to extend my carpark by another 2h (only 2h) and it cost me another £8! The hotel was really nice, breakfast was great but this carpark thing put me well off and I don't think I will be returning.

The location was very good and the staff were excellent and very attentive. The breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of hot and cold food to choose from. The bedroom and everywhere inside the hotel was spotless. I would consider staying again but I would need to have clarity about the bedroom type

The rear of the hotel where I parked my car looked extremely tired and needed painting and a face lift. I was told I had a superior room with a sea view, however the room was extremely small, it didn’t have a fridge and as it was a room in the very top of the hotel the window was small..

Huge room huge bathroom but not a good view from our room plus trouble makers Monday night in east Cliffe, we stayed in Carlton hotel that I thought was very good ,floor boards a bit creaky but lived with them ,bathroom was great ,bed nice and comfy ,plenty fresh air and safe room ,staff brilliant cheers

The view from the room but soon got out the front and on the beach each morning for a long time with Poppy our Puppy who loved it there, staff were so nice to her especially Sue and Carl ,they treated me so nice ,thankyou xx

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choices. Our room was better than expected. Perfect view- of sea and adjoining hotel. Overall quiet. Staff were professional and helpful.

Pool wasn't working.Overall building desperately need refurbishment especially looking at it from the outside. Limited or no outdoor space to relax and chill. No option for lunch or dinner in the hotel. However, it was helpful to access these facilities at the Carlton Hotel next door. However, it was good to

This is a perfect location for the beach and sea views. You can walk to most places and has a great bus service. The beds are really comfortable and there is plenty of choice in the breakfast buffet. The star of the hotel is Jamol who looked after us throughout our stay. I saw him really interact with lots of guests and was always helpful to everyone. The open top bus trips to Swanage is lovely as you cross on the chain ferry, great value day out.

I did like having a mini fridge in a previous hotel to keep milk cold. You can hire one but I thought it was expensive. That would be a nice added touch.

The room was enormous, and so was the bed. In fact, I had to telephone my wife in the night to ask her to stop snoring.😂 The breakfast was also really good, one the best I have had in a hotel.

The parking for a start, £20???? With hindsight I would have parked outside in the street, it would have been much cheaper. Bournemouth council, like so many have increased their parking rates and times since I was last here, but still cheaper than £20. The room although huge was a bit run down and tired. The guests next door were noisy most of the night, although this wasn't the hotels fault. There wasn't any glasses, neither in the bathroom nor with the tea facilities.

My room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious. The staff were friendly and answered my requests promptly. I was also very impressed by your free drinks in return for no housekeeping -beer and wine on the house just for myself tucking in my bedclothes seems a really good deal to me!!

It did take several minutes for water from the hot taps to warm up, and not all channels were available on the T.V.
