The hotel was clean and in a convenient location for what I needed

I liked the hotel, but didn’t find the staff very friendly…they didn’t say hello or anything when I checked in, I waited for a man being the desk to end his phone conversation then he just turned and went away, the lady who checked me in also didn’t greet me, she didn’t tell me of the code I supposed to use in order to obtain WiFi, the morning after I passed a different member of staff, I said good morning to him he didn’t respond. The hotel staff let down the hotel

Location was the best part of our stay. Very easy to find only 5 mins from station and ideal for using the exhibition centre nearby. Sound proof rooms, really like the shower gel/shampoo brands used in the bathroom. Very posh tea and coffee.

Somehow we ended up with two single beds but I found the room very tired and dated. Definately in need of an update as the table was so small completely dominated by a HUGE tv which took up too much space. The bath was so small my partner couldnt fit in the length (he's over 6 ft but doesnt have a problem anywhere else) Windows wouldnt open no matter how hard we tried so the air was very dry making night time sleeping uncomfortable.

Location of the hotel was perfect for our itinerary. Room was basic but adequate for our needs. Staff were polite, friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of foodstuffs to suit all palates. All the breakfast staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, but a special mention to Labisha who was exceptional and went out of her way to look after us.

We were in room 828. It was basic and functional, but a little tired. One of the bedside lights was not working - meant to mention it at checkout but forgot. The bed was extremely creaky but still fairly comfortable - probably due for replacing?

The room was comfortable and the location of the hotel was excellent, especially for anyone attending an event at the Olympia Exhibition Center. The only downside is that the hotel isn't near a Tube station.

The "work area" in the room is inadequate. I was in a Superior King room, and all I had was a small round table with an uncomfortable chair. These rooms have to be updated to provide a better workspace for business travelers -- i.e., a desk and an appropriate chair -- and most importantly, the outlets in the room have to be modernized to add more connectivity options. A laptop can't be charged on a USB connection (and the USB ports available do not accommodate new connectors, like USB-C.) It would also be helpful if some of the outlets accepted plugs other than the UK standard 3-prong device -- add U.S. and European versions.

Perfect location in central London, near Hyde park & various other attractions, as well as Olympia and High Street Kensington stations. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Particularly Emily at the front desk was wonderful to us on check-in. Rooms clean, quiet and comfortable.

The gas alarm started beeping on two occasions. The engineer that attended the first time turned it off but did not check for an actual gas leak, he just advised us that if there was one we would smell it which did not seem thorough or safe practice.

The size and quality of our room exceeded our expectations. The bed was very comfortable. The room had an enormous TV. There was a kettle with tea and coffee supplied. The shower worked well and there were plenty of towels. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Checking in and check out were quick and easy. There is direct access from the hotel into Costa Coffee. There is a nice bar with friendly staff.

We had a room on the 8th floor. The floors are not all on the same level, so having arrived in the lift we still had to negotiate a flight of steps. Not ideal when carrying heavy luggage.

We loved our room, it was comfortable and quiet within the hotel, lots of traffic noise outside but once the window was closed we couldn't hear it and the room was more spacious than I had imagined. The location was ideal for our needs and the staff were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast had great variety and again staff were all really pleasant and available to support us with anything we required.

To get to our room there were two sets of 3 steps which were unavoidable which wasn't ideal for me when carrying luggage/shopping due to health conditions.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, particularly in the dining room for breakfast, which ran like clockwork even at busy times. The food was very good, with breakfast catering for all tastes. Bar staff and front desk staff were attentive and helpful. Our bride and groom had complimentary champagne and sweets which was a lovely touch. The rooms was were laid out with large tv, fridge, ample wardrobe space and drawers. Complimentary waters, tea and coffee replenished every day.

The air con was adequate but could have been colder as we were in London during a hot spell of 30c plus.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Kensington. First off, the location is fantastic, right in the heart of one of London’s most charming areas, with easy access to Kensington Gardens, museums, and great shopping. It was the perfect spot for exploring the city. One of the standout features was the complimentary breakfast. It had everything you could want, from fresh fruit and pastries to a full English breakfast. It really set the tone for the day, and I loved starting off with such a satisfying spread. The bar was another highlight. It’s the ideal spot to unwind after a busy day in London. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the cocktails were top-notch, definitely a great place to enjoy a drink or two. Overall, the Hilton in Kensington offers excellent service, a great location, and plenty of thoughtful touches like the breakfast and bar. I’d happily stay here again!

Buffet style breakfast was excellent, as you could choose what you wanted on a daily basis. However, the cost for breakfast was often confusing with more than one price being quoted for it. Get that straight please and thank you. Breakfast team were amazing, especially Mr. Samir. Very welcoming, attentive and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Many others followed his lead and made breakfast the best start to every day.

Reception staff (except one) only greeted when the guest greeted them. They need to be more proactive in this regard. Standard room needs two chairs when two people are staying in it.
