I appreciated the breakfast selection, not just sugar and carb laden muffins and waffles. Comfortable lobby sitting area, easy access to Outback for food and beverages. Nice courtyard and facilities. Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Quiet, clean, comfortable beds, micro and fridge.

My only complaints are that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom to remove steam after showing and the room felt like a sauna with no window to open for fresh air. Also, no towel bars to hang up damp bath towels and wash cloths.

Night staff was friendly and caring.

The morning staff was very rude when I try checking out her offer everyone a receipt but me and my girlfriend and the whole time we were waiting for the airport shuttle he was staring at us making disgusting faces he refused to give us any information about when will the second hotel shuttle would arrive since the other shuttle had locked the keys inside and they couldn’t open it so me and my girlfriend have to end up taking an uber and when I asked for my receipt he just stared at me and make a disgusting face and was really bother about it.

My grown son and his business associates/ friends stayed in this room thst I had booked for them They didn't say too much to me to express their satisfaction. But I do know, they came in late after flying all day and left early to catch their next flight and were happy about the proximity to the airport, slept well, and enjoyed their.breakfast. My son was delighted that there were two choices of protein in the breakfast. He's eating the keto diet.

I cannot say. I was not in the room and my son said nothing negative. I only spoke briefly with him via text the next day and he was pleased.

They have a hard working team who went above and beyond in every way possible. The shuttle service had a personal touch. The front desk was able to watch our bags while we shopped at Mall of America, and the staff was able to comp a cot for us when we found out that we didn’t have a pullout couch in our room. Very good value for what you pt when comparing this to other hotels in the area.

The room seemed dated and old, but we didn’t have any problems. The waffle maker was broken in the breakfast are, but the hot food was actually pretty decent.

The shuttle was not good. Took me to the wrong terminal and I had to take uber to the right terminal and almost missed my flight. Wish staff should have told me that they were only taking customers to the one terminal, I always had shuttle where the driver would ask which terminal your going to and take each customer to their terminal.

I needed a hotel room near the airport to go out on a 7 a.m. flight on short notice and the Comfort Inn seemed like a great value so I booked it the day before. Room and bed were very comfortable, very clean, quiet and the hotel is located right next door to an Outback Steakhouse for a dinner. Shuttle bus (requires booking at the front desk) was early the next day, on time and a quick ten or twelve minutes to the airport. All in all a great value for under $100 for the night.

Location, breakfast, free shuttle

I was unsure how to get the shuttle to take me from the airport to the hotel and actually seemed to have to phone because there were no instructions on the booking. The biggest annoyance was that the plug-ins on both sides of the bed didn’t work. Modern day travelers need to charge their phones, perhaps their earbuds, their external batteries, and having plug-ins that didn’t work on either side of the bed was ridiculous.

Close to Mall of America, facility was clean plus the room. Staff was friendly breakfast good just a nice place to stay.

Only problem was trying to find a place to part. We got there later so the lot was full. It’s a big hotel and does have lots of parking but not enough to cover everyone staying there it seems like and you can’t park in the Outback Steakhouse area.

This property has a perfect location, close proximity to the airport and also the mall of America. They offer free breakfast every morning which is good but the options were limited.

On the last night of my stay, there were some crazy people fighting in the hallway and going in and out of their room until 4 AM. I wish they would’ve had security kick them out of the hotel. It was really a nuisance.

Their pool was great. They were able to provide a great crib. Sturdy. Clean, safe. The room was old but remodeled recently and I loved the flooring and space. Loved the ability to get a drum at the restaurant and was able to bring to the room so easy with kids.

We needed on more towel that was never provided but they did bring a crib when asked. It was really busy.
