I didn't like the fact that I booked through Booking .com and I thought I was getting the best rate only to find out that I paid way more for the two rooms I booked than those that met me there booked through the hotel paid. Not happy about that.

We went for our anniversary, we had left out late so we arrived at 3am and checkin was so quick and easy which was such a relief after traveling so long and late, the room is as pictured, it does feel a lot smaller than it looks but it was still spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, The shower was amazing the pressure did go off and on but it was still great and the bathroom was so bright! We forgot to put the do not disturb sign up and while we were gone our bed was made and linens replaced (and all of our personal items were left alone!)it was really nice we would stay again!

There was like an old smell to the room and there were smashed bugs on the wall, the phone didn’t work, and the door handle was a little janky but it wasn’t bad, if you want a boujee feel maybe not this one but we would happily go again

It was very clean and in a good location, about halfway of Pigeon Forge. The breakfast had good choices, but if you want the main breakfast you have to get there early as it gets eaten by 9. (6am-10am) The king room was very large, with a large bathroom and shower. For the money we spent (In March) it was WELL worth it.

There was only one elevator that was on the other end of the building, and we were on the 3rd floor, so we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. But it wasn't really a lot of stairs, so we managed it. There wasn't a whole lot of drawer/cabinet space but we made that work also. All in all it's a very decent place.

The breakfast was good with both hot food options and cereal. We booked two rooms and both were clean and the beds comfortable. I also liked the location. The property is on Parkway but we could not hear traffic, and the parking lot is as close to being a private lot as you can get. I read some reviews that described the lot as a maze which is a good description. In my mind, it keeps people out of the lot who aren't supposed to be there.

My only complaint was that the water heater took several minutes to heat the water in the shower.

Cleanliness of the rooms and the property and much friendly staff. We had a great time close to everything that we wanted to do and see gorgeous pool very nice wood visit the hotel again I would stay there again. We absolutely enjoyed having the breakfast every morning.

If I had to say one thing bad about the property is they have water and pot machines the water machines need to be filled all the time but besides that everything was great

Over all this hotel was great. Nice location, right next to the Dixie stampede, great hot breakfast selections, rooms were great. Very spacious and clean.

My only complaints would be that the pillows are not that comfy. Next time I will be bringing my own pillow. And also the breakfast area was quite small. You can get a seat if you’re lucky but my boyfriend and I had to eat outside at the car a time or two.

The room was clean and met our needs The staff was friendly and helpful especially Damon who checked us in. There was a problem with booking.com sending full payment to hotel even though my credit card had been billed for the full amount. Damon was on the phone for about 30 minutes with the agent from booking.com to rectify the issue

The convenience of places we like to visit.

When we arrived on the 27th the ladies at the front desk were very rude to my husband as he was checking in. Other than that the visit was a great one. Damion was very friendly & helpful.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Included eggs, sausage, cinnamon apples, biscuits and gravy. They had bagels and toast along with yogurt. There was only Raisin Bran cereal and were out of fruit loops. Pool was clean. Room was nice and clean. Housekeeping came every morning and made up beds and cleaned and supplied fresh towels! Haven’t seen that in a while!
