The location was perfect, right in the centre of bars shops and restaurants. 10 min walk to night life areas, metro station nearby. The hotel also arranged a gorgeous surprise with my partner, as I was travelling for my hen do. They put flowers, a donut, champagne and a lovely note in the room and even sent my partner a photo to show him. Really really kind and went the extra mile! Also loved having a nespresso in the room, ideal for the morning pick me up! And fresh towels etc daily. The rooftop bar is also a lovely little spot, if a little expensive compared to other bars nearby!
The shower in one bathroom (we had a family room!) was quite weak.

The hotel was in a perfect location! It was right in the middle of everything I wanted to do, and was centrally located for any transportation further afield. The hotel itself was really fun and funky and I liked the vibe.
I stayed in a studio apartment and it could have been a little more functional given that it was an apartment for a five night stay. There was nowhere to store anything, be it clothes in the bedroom area, food in the kitchen area, or toiletries in the bathroom area. I was traveling alone so I was able to make do, but I would have appreciated more places to put all my stuff.

We were here for 5 nights. The location was very central, convenient, and closed to everything. The hotel had a 24 h reception desk with a very nice and helpful staff. Room service was offered every day. The small studio room was relatively comfortable, with a small but very well equipped kitchenette, small but functioning bathroom. The shower was excellent. We like the availabilities of the elevator and AC. We appreciated the pastries, fruits, and cold water at the reception area. There was a nice welcoming bottle of wine and snack in the room upon check-in. We booked the shuttle service to the airport at 3 am. We were very thankful for the punctuality of the driver in the early hour 🙏
We thought that the hallway could be improved with more lights and could use a different cleaning product to prevent a strong chemical smell. The wifi may not be working all the time.

Really well located, room was spacious for sure and had a wonderful view of the street below and the arch at the end. Staff was always helpful and cheerful. Didn't hear anything from the hall/other rooms, and room was made up every day- even when I really slept in. The wine was a nice touch!
Some of the "rules" definitely spoke to a younger crowd, the AC temp couldn't be adjusted to a bit cooler, and it was pretty scorchingly hot while I was visiting, so you know, let people who are paying for the service of AC adjust it to a comfortable temp for themselves. Could use some small touch ups to make the place look "fresh".

Nice hotel in the very touristy part of the Lisbon. Located right in the middle of Baixa district with all advantages and disadvantages of such location. Perfect access to public transportation (metro station ca. 150 meters away), walkable distance to at least two main railway stations and a ferry terminal. Nice breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, cereal and fruit salad. Not an opulent choice, but it was okay even for a weeklong stay. Beds were quite fine. Rooftop bar was worth visiting, in my opinion.
The floors in the apartment were squeaky... but otherwise nothing really to complain about. The heating was typical for Lisbon, with the air-conditioning unit. It was sufficient. All other utilities functioned well.

Really interesting spaces, maximalist arty vibe throughout. Super friendly staff both on check-in and check-out. Comfortable and interesting room in the building next door, very pleasant spaces, plenty of room for three of us (two beds in separate rooms, two bathrooms, small kitchenette (with espresso machine) and dining table). I don't know how the other rooms are -- I get the sense that they vary -- but we were very happy with ours. Awesome rooftop bar as well -- pricey but worth it for the view, decor, and creative cocktails. Really nice location , too -- in Baixa-Chiado, the beautiful shopping and dining district, and an easy walk to the waterfront (where you can rent an e-bike or scooter), Rossio station, the tram stops at Rossio Square (take tram 12, not 28, if you want a fun ride up to the castle without waiting in line for an hour), and the historic Calçada do Duque stairs (lined with cafes and bars) up to the happening Barrio Alto. Restaurants, bars and cafes everywhere, and wonderful pastel de nata at Manteigaria around the corner. We loved this hotel, and would definitely stay again.
There is a bit of street noise at night -- mostly from trucks making deliveries (which is impossible during the day). It wasn't bad -- just a small thing.

Very easy to check in with the friendly helpdesk team, despite it being nearly 2am when we arrived! The staff showed us to the correct door and demonstrated the key fob. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and we loved the quirky design. The facilities were very good - the bathroom did have some smells throughout the stay (possible drainage) but this did not bother us. Additionally, it was a warm weekend and we could not get the air-conditioning to work well enough which meant we had some toasty nights in bed, but again, this did not bother us too much. We were lucky enough to have a balcony which was fantastic as we could watch the world go by on the street below us - and the location was amazing! Right in the heart of busy shops, restaurants, and very easy to access anywhere in the city. We loved our stay - thank you!
Nothing! We loved our stay. Perhaps you could ask for preference for the freebie bottle of wine, as none of the group liked red, so it went to waste! But a lovely touch nonetheless - as well as the coffee machine capsules and the option of daily cleaning/replenishment!

Loved the styling of this hotel. You walk in and go 'wow'. It far exceeded my expectations. Heaps of very cool furnishings that make you feel like you're in somewhere far more posh. The breakfast was amazing. Definitely include this extra in your stay, you won't regret it. The hotel is in a central area which is nice and flat, a stones throw from the river and an easy walk up to the cool Alfama area. Its close to the tram 28 stop if you don't like hills.
Nothing. This place is well-worth it. We loved it all and stayed 6 nights in January. Complimentary wine included and very helpful staff.

This hotel has an amazing location. When I say amazing, like walking distance from literally most places you'd want to see. The room was comfortable, virtually no noise even though it is in the heart of the city centre. Rida from reception was exceptionally helpful and gave amazing tips on what to do etc, do ask her if you are staying here! 😀 Breakfast is also decent for €15 or there are great coffee shops like Copenhagen coffee labs near by for great breakfast!
Everything was great. One day the water broke down but the fixed it in a while. The hotel is in an old building I believe so the plugs etc aren't super modern but other than that, it was a fantastic stay! B

Everything was great. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Complimentary bottle of wine in our room on arrival and there was even pastéis de natas and fruit at the reception every day. I loved the rooftop bar, the cocktails were delicious and there is great views of the castle and the rest of Lisbon. The decor of the hotel was very cool and the location was right in the centre of Lisbon and we could walk everywhere (even to the train station that goes to Cascais).
The only bad thing was that the tap at the kitchenette was very hard to work to get water and there was no iron in the room but after asking in reception they kindly dropped one up to the room.
