Breakfast had a nice choice. Taxi cannot stop in front of hotel entrance. Coffee in room was not replaced. Should have a coffee vending machine at least as not everyone opts to have breakfast. Location was perfect. Easy to reach all landmarks, shops and especially restaurants.

The hotel was in an incredibly convenient location with many restauraunts on the doorstep and nearby, tour meeting points within walking distance, and a metro station around the corner. The staff were very helpful and gave great dining recommendations. The hotel was very clean with daily room cleaning, complementary toiletries, and chocolates left each day for guests in their rooms. The hotel provided free access to coffee/tea/hot chocolate machines and had a bookshelf for guests to borrow from during their stay.

The rooms were a bit hot sometimes but after letting the staff know, this improved.

The hotel is very well located, with easy access by a direct bus from the airport and a nearby metro station. Many major attractions are within walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient. The hotel itself is very clean. Breakfast was good and varied – real fried eggs, decent coffee, plenty of fruit, and even sparkling wine, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and spacious enough. I requested a courtyard-facing room for quiet, but in the city center, complete silence is hard to find. There was no real view, but the air conditioning worked well, even with the window open, and could be controlled individually. A big plus was the daily housekeeping and restocking of complimentary drinking water and shower gel. The staff were friendly and spoke English well. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised by how widely English is spoken in Lisbon overall.

The only thing I missed was some fresh vegetables on Breakfast.

Big spacious room with a very comfortable bed and very clean. Location was amazing, restaurants everywhere train station very near.

The room temperature was not comfortable. The a/c was on a 3hr timer which I could not deactivate and it was quite warm.

The room was very clean and we had cleaning service each day which was nice. For two of us, the room was a good size with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. We were also provided with packets of coffee, tea, chocolates, and bottled water replenished daily, which was a huge plus. The front desk staff was friendly and suggested tours for our trip. The location was great, with restaurants right next door and across the street and easy walk to a lot of destinations including the train station (to Sintra and other locations) and Chiado neighborhood. Overall very nice place to stay and a great location to be in for the week of our trip.

I liked the breakfast but it could have used a little more variety and some hours during the day for coffee, tea, snacks, and ice. Also a mini fridge would have been nice for takeaway food.

We stayed here for 1 night before a cruise. Unfortunately, our flight arrived at 0500 and we couldn't check in until 2:00pm. Ronny helped us store our luggage and we sat out on the patio until things opened up in Old Town. The very kind chef brought us a toasted cheese sandwich and juice while we waited. When we returned from Old Town at 1:00 pm our room was ready and Norma let us check in. The room was a 1 bedroom with a kitchenette and sitting area. There was plenty of room for 4 women and our luggage. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. I want to extend my thanks to Norma, Ronny and the Chef for taking good care of us. Their kindness and assistance was much appreciated.

Everything was good.

We stayed in a renovated room at back of hotel, nice and quiet (double glazed windows) with very comfortable beds. Free all day espresso machine coffee and the buffet breakfast at €10 was very good value (dining area was either outdoor garden courtyard or in a sunroom). Wifi and AC were excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

These are only slight inconveniences but worth mentioning - hotel on pedestrian only street (slightly bumpy cobble stone) so you need to walk approx 150 metres with luggage from taxi drop off. Our room was in a seperate (joined by covered walkway) building so we needed to catch 2nd lift. These may cause issues for wheelchair access.

Beautifully located in the heart of the city. Buses, metro, trams within walking distance a few mins from the hotel. I booked a double room which was very spacious, clean with housekeeping every day. Good air conditioning. The reception staff are fantastic and knowledgeable about the city, provided sound advice on best way to get to where you need to go. Higor at the hotel reception was exceptional !

Better hair dryer. The one they have in the bathroom is very mild and not enough power. Another chair in the room would have been welcome but not a show stopper.

Breakfast was typical European buffet & good with multiple choices. We ate breakfast nearly every day by our choice. Location in area was better than anticipated. Multiple very good to excellent restaurants immediate to hotel & short walking distance. Theatre & movie, mall with numerous shops, upscale shopping, train station 2 blocks away, taxi stand, UBER access, etc… all close by.

The standard room wasn’t big enough to even hold our suitcases. We upgraded for 50 or 70 EU & room was ok, overlooked restricted street below over several restaurants, but pricy for size. However, checking other area accommodations $250-$300+ EUs were common. Most all the off Main Street hotel are conversions from older apartment buildings.

Everything was great! The location is right in the centre of Lisbon and less than a 5 minute walk to the metro. It’s right around the corner from Rossio square too. The staff were lovely and the hotel itself was very comfortable and well decorated. Great value for money, we couldn’t believe we got it so cheap!

The only minor thing to mention is that there was construction work going on in a building across from the hotel which started early in the morning, but it could barely be heard from our room. It was only a very minor inconvenience and the hotel can’t really do anything about that
