The location was absolutely fantastic, quiet but literally round the corner from Earl’s Court tube station. Bedroom was beautiful. I had a fantastic night sleep in a very comfortable bed with crisp white sheets & lovely cool air conditioning which was much appreciated during this hot humid weather.

There was no bedside table so nowhere to rest my cup of tea while in bed & no place for phone next to bed or a reading light. Also,a small thing but the cups had no handles & the cup became very hot when containing a hot beverage so I had to wrap it in a towel to drink my tea.. Biscuits in the room would have been nice. Coffee machine was a nice touch but mine had fault message (scale required) and didn’t work. Breakfast was fine as was included but was a buffet, no made to order items.

Very friendly staff. You can leave your luggage in the hotel before check-in and after check-out times. Modern interior, clean room, nice towels and they provide bath robes and slippers. Room was cleaned daily. Lovely and relatively quiet street within a two minute walk to Earl’s Court station (Piccadilly Line and District Line). Felt very safe here as a solo traveller.

The breakfast was very basic. I wish there were more vegetarian options and maybe some more fresh vegetable and fruit options (there were for example not just bananas or kiwis, only a little fruit salad). I also would’ve wanted some more variety for the bread (there was only some pre-packaged bread you had to toast).

Convenient location for links to city centre only 1 block away. Quiet residential road. Room 408 nicely adequate for our needs. Delicious breakfasts. Excellent staff. Hotel is recently renovated and clean. We will definitely book here again for London trips.

The hotel is an old building with lots of charming original features but our first room 410 was very claustrophobic for a couple. Staff were very kind and moved us to a larger room. Lift is slow, but all part of the old & new facilities. Named after actress and former resident Ellen Terry, we would have liked the hotel to celebrate her life with photos or connection to her history. There was nothing displayed other than a blue plaque outside.

I had an unexpected and unfortunate experience during my trip as I got robbed, but the staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to help me. From assisting with my documents to offering genuine care and support, they made a very stressful situation much more manageable. The location is also excellent — close to everything you need and very convenient for getting around. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. Highly recommended for both the quality of the hotel and the outstanding service.

Location was brilliant in a relatively safe area and just a couple of minutes away from Earl’s Court tube station. So many amenities, food and drinks options nearby. Exceptional service by all staff present from reception, to bar and kitchen, to cleaning staff. I was there ahead of check-in time and had wanted to leave my bags at reception but the reception staff were so kind to let me check-in early as the room was ready and was nothing but excellent and wonderful. Everyone had made our stay a very pleasant one.

Beautiful frontage and reception. Staff were so welcoming, offering us tea/coffee while we were waiting for our room( we were early) Our room was beautiful, I don't think I have ever stayed in such an immaculately clean hotel.. Nothing was too much trouble, advise on area, underground places to wat etc. We were given a complimentary breakfast, and wow, the quality of food and how it was prepared was top quality. The scrambled eggs are a must. Pastries, full cooked breakfast, and continental. The staff all work really hard yo make your stay the best it can be and they succeed. The area is perfect, we 100% recommend this beautiful hotel.

Bedroom was s bit cold though. I tied to put heating on. . Alcoholic drinks are a little yoo expensive in the bar. Rooms are a little small.

There is a green light on the ceiling of the room that stays on all night and lights the whole room green. Found it hard to fall asleep at first.

The location was perfect for hopping on the tube to pretty much anywhere in the city. The beds were comfortable and clean. There was a mini fridge to keep snacks. The breakfast was excellent every morning and the restaurant area was beautiful. My husband forgot his razor and they provided a shaving kit for him.

Being in an old building I expected it to be small, but it was very small and was hard to squeeze by the bed to get to the bathroom. Also there was a green light in the ceiling that lit up the entire room at night. It didn’t bother us enough to say anything, but it was strange.

Excellent location, convenient to travel from the airport and to the downtown. Very clean, nice place. Strongly recommend
