The property feels wonderfully new and exceptionally well maintained. Its traditional charm shines through both indoors and outdoors, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. The ample parking and easy access make the stay even more convenient. It’s clear that Peter put a lot of thought and care into establishing this property, and his warm hospitality makes the experience even more special. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Interlaken.

To be honest there is nothing about this property which i dont like. I think it is design with lot of care and consideration.

It’s really beautiful place to stay. It was clean and really close to everything we needed. The breakfast was tasty. Few options, but the taste was really good. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

The toilet and the shower was really, really dark. The receptionist was pretty condescending, talking as if we were too stupid to understand basic sentence, I do understand that some people need to be told multiple times ( I was a receptionist for 2 years) but he should really work on his face card, maybe if I was a man with Maserati I would have gotten different treatment. We did order takeout and couldn’t consume it in the room. I knew cooking and smoking was prohibited, but eating in the room we paid for is just ridiculous. We were told to eat it outside in the drizzle of rain. I have never came across such thing.

Everything was absolutely amazing during my stay! 🌟 The staff were exceptional – so kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The view from the room was breathtaking, a true postcard scene of Interlaken. I loved waking up to that every morning. 🏞️ Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, and the restaurant was a highlight on its own – every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. 🍽️ I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Interlaken. You won’t regret it – it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Switzerland!

Everything was amazing

We really enjoyed our room in a charming chalet style, with a wonderful spacious terrace — it was definitely a highlight. The restaurant downstairs was also very good, making it convenient to simply head down for dinner.

On the downside, it was a bit pricey, although to be fair, accommodations in this area generally are. The breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing: when items ran out, they weren’t replenished. Althought was tasty and good quality. It would have been nice if the waitress had been a bit more patient.

The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The food in the restaurant is cooked professionally, albeit a bit expensive. When there is no fog around, the view from the terrace is appealing. No TV in the room.

During your winter stay a fog which often stays in the valley can make it impossible to enjoy the view of the surroundings (you will see nothing further 100 m away). The local road is right in front of the door, which adds a bit noise during the day. The bus to the town is every 30 minutes from the stop of 10 mins by foot.

Cute little hotel in front of a lake. The staff communicated instructions well in advanced. I had some questions prior to arrival and they responded quickly. I let them know our estimated time of arrival which was prior to the normal check-in time and the staff made sure that our room is ready by the time we arrived. Breakfast was good and the eggs were cooked according to our preference. The restaurant patio where we had our breakfast was very nice.

We stayed during a heat-wave and the room got very humid. The shower and toilets have no privacy and visible to someone else in the room.

I had a very pleasure stay with the cozy single room and a stunning mountain and farm view thru the room window. As this is my first solo trip, the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel right at home and even allowed me to keep the luggage at hotel after checkout. The hotel breakfast also tasty and there is a friendly stuff asking and serving the egg dishes and drinks. The stay here make my first Switzerland trip wonderful and definitely will return again to this hotel.

The power socket not much but didn't affect the stay experience.

The layout of the lights and power outlets in the room could have been better. There were three small lights, all of which were plugged into sockets. This setup made it impossible to turn on all the lights if some of the outlets were occupied by other devices, such as phone chargers. Even with all the lights turned on, the room was still quite dark in the evening. This was the only aspect of my stay that I did not like.

The receptionist Rachel (sorry if Im spelling it wrong) was so helpful and friendly! It was so comforting to stay somewhere where you felt the staff and people cared about your stay and wanted you to love their town as much as they do. We loved the location as it was just outside of the town close to a bus stop. Being outside the busy part of the town was peaceful and breathtaking. Transportation from this location was super easy and they include a travel pass for busses and trains within interlaken, which was great! For those who are interested in hiking up to Harder Kulm, there is a great trail located near the hotel. We ate breakfast, and walked a short distance away (2-3 min) and began our adventure. Beware, it is a consistent climb, but if you like a good workout do it! There was no better way to start out our morning. We faced a situation where our flight ended up being later and we were already checked out, but the staff were more than happy to make sure we were comfortable and had somewhere to relax and work while we waited. We definitely would stay here again!

The bedding was hot to sleep in. The fabric of the fitted sheet was heavy and there was only a thick comforter. I wish there was also a light sheet or blanket incase you are a hot sleeper (that’s me)😅. However, it didn’t keep me from sleeping, just would have been preferredz

It is a nice little hotel in a quiet location with a breathtaking view. The rooms are comfortable, very nice and very clean. The bed is very comfortable, the sheets are high quality and the pillows are very comfortable. There is a coffee machine in the room, with chocolates offered. The staff is very kind, friendly and attentive to the needs of the customers. The breakfast is very good, made with high quality local products. Everything is perfect, and I will definitely come back again.
